4/21/06
According to police reports:
Police are investigating the report of a rape
involving a minor female and
an adult male that allegedly occurred between
Feb. 28 and March 31. The
incident was reported to police Thursday at 7:40
p.m.
Thursday at 9:50 a.m. a Marysville Middle School student reported the
theft
of cash and an iPod from the locker room of the school.
The front
and rear license plates on a vehicle parked in the Marysville High
School
were reported stolen Thursday at 4:08 p.m.
A 16-year-old female in the 1500
block of Bay Laurel Drive reported Thursday
at 6 p.m. that she received
unwanted and menacing letters and phone calls
from a male in prison. The
correction institution has been notified.
A 9-year old female was reportedly
bitten by the neighbor's dog on Hemlock
Drive Thursday at 8:30 p.m. The dog
was taken to the Union County Humane Society.
Thursday at 9:40 a.m. a
person reportedly tried to enter a vehicle parked in
the 900 block of Watkins
Glen Boulevard, causing damage to the door and lock.
Terry A. Rouse, 49,
of Raymond, was arrested Thursday at 2:22 a.m. for
disorderly conduct. He was
found intoxicated in an alley behind a North Main
Street bar and posed a
threat of harming himself.
Rouse was arrested again today at 4:50 a.m. for
persistent disorderly
conduct after he was verbally abusive to officers while
walking down the
middle of the alley between the Marysville Police Department
and Marysville Public Library.
Richard E. Spitznagel, 37, of 570 Glen Oaks
Drive, was arrested today at
2:35 a.m. for domestic violence. Spitznagel
reportedly threw a candle/glass
jar at his girlfriend, resulting in a head
injury.
According to sheriff¹s reports:
Burglary was reported Thursday at
9:29 p.m. A residence on North Main Street
in Magnetic Springs was broken
into and $240 in alcohol and tools were stolen.
A woman in the 23000 block
of North Darby Coe Road reported that she checked
her credit report over the
Internet and discovered someone had opened a
phone account in her name in
2005. The account had raised a $950 bill.

According to police reports:
A 14-year-old female was charged after school
personnel discovered she
was in possession of marijuana Wednesday at 9:35
a.m.
Larry A. Snyder, 39, of 670 Kenny Lane was charged with theft of
liquor
from Community Markets at 700 Milford Ave. Wednesday at 9:40 a.m.
Snyder
was identified on a surveillance video, taking liquor on three
different dates.
Wednesday at 12:50 p.m. a resident in the 300 block of
South Walnut
Street reported a check was stolen and forged from his
account.
An 11-year-old male was charged with disorderly conduct after he
was
ordered to leave the athletic fields at the Marysville High School by
a
school employee Wednesday at 12:20 p.m. As the male left he
was
belligerent and "mooned" the employee several times.
A gray 10-speed
bike was reported stolen from a residence in the 200
block of West Third
Street Wednesday at 3:20 p.m.
Criminal damaging was reported Wednesday at
6:17 p.m. after a vehicle
was damaged by a 5-year-old male in the 600 block
of West Third Street.
A resident on Preakness Drive reported that a juvenile
shot his sons
with an air-soft pellet pistol Wednesday at 8:28 p.m. in the
area of the home.
Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. officers are investigating a
report of domestic
violence after a man claimed being assaulted by his
ex-wife.
According to sheriff's reports:
Sometime between April 4 and 8, a
faded truck cap and a black yard
roller, with a combined value of $950, were
stolen from a property in
the 19000 block of Main Street in Broadway. The
theft was reported Wednesday.

According to police reports:
Police are investigating the death of a
3-year-old male from 14200
Industrial Parkway. The child was pronounced dead
at Memorial Hospital
of Union County after his parents found him unresponsive
at home today
at 1:25 a.m. No foul play is suspected.
Police reported that
the child's twin brother was later found to be in
respiratory distress and
was transported to Children's Hospital in
Columbus, by MedFlight. The twins
had recently undergone a medical
treatment. The incident remains under
investigation by the Union County
Coroner's Office and the Marysville Police
Department.
A resident on Windsor Court reported the theft of checks, a debit
card
and a credit card that happened sometime between March 14 and
Tuesday.
The theft is under investigation.
A gas grill was reported stolen
from a business on North Main Street Tuesday at 10:15 a.m.
A 13-year-old
male was reportedly assaulted by a 17-year-old male on a
bicycle path on
North Cherry Street Tuesday at 4:52 p.m. Charges are pending from the
incident.
A resident in the 600 block of West Third Street reported his
vehicle was keyed overnight Monday.
Charges are pending from Tuesday at 11
p.m. against Robert L. Hamilton,
25, of Pleasant Ridge Drive for domestic
violence. According to police,
Hamilton repeatedly telephoned his estranged
wife and threatened her.
According to sheriff's reports:
On Tuesday it was
reported that overnight unknown suspects had gone
through vehicles parked
along the 7000 block of Montgomery Drive. Nothing was reported
stolen.
Kara M. Ramey, 27, of Delaware, was cited for driving under
suspension
and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop Tuesday at 3:26
p.m. on
Watkins Road at Jerome Road.
According to OSP reports:
A
two-car crash today at 7:15 a.m. resulted in two injuries.
Driver Kathy
Fitzpatrick, 46, 10680 Maple Dell Road, was reportedly
westbound on Collins
Road. At the same time, driver Amy Higinbotham, 36,
of Milford Center, was
northbound on North Darby Coe Road. Higinbotham
stopped at the stop sign and
then pulled into the path of Fitzpatrick's
car, which hit the right side of
her vehicle. Fitzpatrick was injured
and transported to Memorial Hospital of
Union County by Allen Township
medics, with minor visible injuries.
Higinbotham was not injured in the
crash. Her passenger and son Andrew, 2,
was MedFlighted to an unlisted
location with minor visible injuries. Another
juvenile passenger was not
injured. The crash remains under
investigation.

According to police reports:
A juvenile was injured in a crash involving a
car and a bicycle Saturday at 9:14 p.m.
Donald Schalip, 42, of 421 S.
Maple St., was westbound on West Eighth
Street near Elm Street when an
8-year-old male riding a bicycle
allegedly pulled into his path. The juvenile
was transported for
injuries and no citations were filed against
Schalip.
Charges are pending against Michael A. Cardine, 28, of Columbus,
for
assault. Sunday at 2:01 a.m. police received a report of an assault
at
Lee Dog's Locker Room in the 100 block of North Main Street after a
male
was struck several times during a fight. A medic was called for
the
victim. Later on at 2:26 a.m. that night officers charged Shane
M.
Gorslene, 28, of Columbus, for assaulting a female at the same bar.
One
person was slightly injured in a crash Saturday at 9 a.m.
Laura L. Kibler,
51, of 17925 Timber Lane, was headed southbound on
Coleman's Crossing
Boulevard when she lost control north of East Fifth
Street and went off the
right side of the road, striking a no parking
sign and knocking down an
electrical pole. She was cited for failure to
control her vehicle. Marysville
fire crews were called to the scene to
deal with the power line.
Amber
Dingey, 20, of 431 1/2 E. Sixth St. was arrested for driving under
the
influence and driving under suspension after a traffic stop on East
Fourth
Street Sunday night.
Sunday at 2:52 a.m. witnesses observed a male crawling
through an
overhead door panel to the Firestone business in the 400 block of
North
Main Street. Officers located an employee hiding in the business.
The
owner declined to press charges and stated the employee had
permission
to enter. Police ended up charging Lucas E. Grimes, 21, of 606
Chestnut
St., for disorderly conduct because the police were called and
for
causing general alarm.
Chad M. Rausch, 29, of Nashville, Tenn., was
arrested Sunday at 8:51
a.m. for operating a vehicle intoxicated after
officers found him on
Cottage Street, slumped over the wheel of his
vehicle.
David C. Rednour, 56, of 6141 Route 245, was charged for failure
to
control after a crash on U.S. 33 near the Mill Creek bridge. Rednour
was
reportedly pulling a trailer with trained rescue dogs. One dog
was
ejected in the crash and died at the scene.
A resident in the 1500
block of Valley Drive reported that someone had
misused his 12-year-old
daughter's Social Security number Friday at 12:17 p.m.
Memorial Hospital
of Union County emergency room personnel reported a
person attempted to
obtain a prescription for drugs and was denied for
false representation
Friday at 9:46 p.m. The person left before police
arrived and the incident is
under investigation.
Several items were reported stolen from a vehicle parked
in the 1000
block of Coventry Way Saturday at 9:46 p.m.
A window was
broken in a criminal damaging report from the 300 block of
West Sixth Street
Saturday at 12:28 p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Jeremy P. Pacha,
21, of 925 W. Fifth St. was charged with criminal
trespassing Friday at 2:27
a.m. and curfew and trespassing charges are
pending against two 16-year-old
females and one 16-year-old male. The
suspects were reportedly caught
"tipping cows" at a farm in the 25000
block of Lunda Road.
A business in
the 7000 block of Memorial Drive reported Friday that a
customer had paid for
$2,300 in merchandise with bad checks on March 10.
Scott F. Ray, 44, of
Ridgeway, was arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated Saturday at 2:28
a.m. after crashing into a an electric pole
on U.S. 36 at Delaware County
Line Road.
Saturday at 3:42 a.m. deputies were called to a cornfield on Pine
Lane
for a car struck in the mud. Two 17-year-old males were
reportedly
"mud-running" in the field and became stuck. Charges are pending
against
the driver for underage consumption of alcohol.
Saturday at 2:08
p.m. a resident in the 27000 of Ford Reed Road reported
the theft of $415 in
change from inside his home during a party.
Mack R. Hamilton, 47, of 22804
Hoover Bault Road was charged with
operating a vehicle intoxicated and
driving under suspension Sunday at
12:59 a.m. A person in the 24000 block of
Route 31 reported to law
enforcement that a man rang the doorbell to his
home. Deputies arrived
at the home and found Hamilton's car at the driveway.
He had run out of gasoline.
A resident in the same block reported Sunday
at 1:28 p.m. that two
gasoline cans had been stolen from his detached garage
overnight.
Maryann Cooper, 48, of 8545 Route 736 was charged with operating
a
vehicle intoxicated, driving under suspension and driving outside
of
marked lanes Sunday at 3:38 a.m. Cooper was stopped on U.S. 42
headed
southbound at New California Drive.
A resident in the 19000 block
of Bearswamp Road reported the theft of
$3,100 after a person outside the
country used his debit card numbers to
make online purchases.
Domestic
violence charges are pending against a 13-year-old female for
assaulting her
grandmother on the arm Sunday at 7:22 p.m. in the 10000
block of Route
739.
Thursday at 8:53 p.m. domestic violence was reported after a
45-year-old
female claimed to have been assaulted by a known male while
driving in
the 10000 block of Route 739. She was struck in the face, causing
her
nose to bleed. The incident is under investigation.

A window was discovered smashed on a vehicle
parked in a lot behind a
business in the 100 block of North Main Street today
at 4 a.m.
Thursday police recovered a wallet found in the 600 block of
Millwood
Boulevard at 3:30 p.m. and then a black purse on East Fifth Street
near
the railroad crossing at 6:49 p.m. An uptown Marysville flower pot
was discovered
vandalized today at 3 a.m.

Wednesday at 8:48 p.m. a resident on Elwood
Avenue reported that someone
may have entered her home and taken money out of
her jewelry box. No
forced entry was found.
Three juvenile males were
charged after fighting at a bus stop Wednesday
at 2:45 p.m. outside of
Marysville Middle School. A 15-year-old male was
charged with disorderly
conduct and assault; a 15-year-old male was
charged with disorderly conduct
and a 14-year-old male was charged with
disorderly conduct.
Unknown
suspects damaged a green house, attempted to burn a stack of
papers and moved
an outside picnic table overnight at Mill Valley
Elementary school on
Millwood Boulevard Wednesday at 1 p.m.
A resident on Millcrest Drive reported
the unauthorized use of a 1995
Ford Thunderbird today at 5:52 a.m.
A
business on Allenby Drive reported a spare tire stolen from a rental vehicle
Wednesday at 9:17 a.m.

A battery was
reported stolen from an ATV parked in the 30000 block of Lemasters Road
Monday night.

According to police reports:
The Union County Department of Job and Family
Services reported the
possible sexual abuse of one juvenile by another
Tuesday at 11:21 a.m.
The report is under investigation.
Tuesday at 10:11
a.m. a resident of West Fifth Street was reportedly
contacted on April 1 by a
business on North Main Street concerning
someone attempting to make a
purchase on her credit card. The resident
also learned of another purchase
made at a business in Columbus.
A 16-year-old female reportedly was assaulted
by a 17-year-old female on
North Maple Street Tuesday at 3:15 p.m. The
incident is under investigation.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Roberta Moore, 43, of 11480 U.S. 36, lot 17 was charged with
persistent
disorderly conduct after she was found intoxicated and refused to
leave
a residence near her home Tuesday at around 1 p.m.
A possible sexual
imposition suspicion was reported Tuesday from a
resident in the 400 block of
Railroad Street in Unionville Center.
Reportedly a male was watching three
children, ages 5, 7 and 8 years
old, and had allegedly been going into the
bathroom while the children
were using the bathroom. The incident is under
investigation.
Deputies responded to a shed fire in the 25000 block of Holy
Cross-Epps
Road. The fire's cause was reported undetermined and the state
fire
marshall arrived to investigate.
Andrew Biggs, 36, of Richwood was
cited for two counts of failure to
control his vehicle and one count of
having an open container of
alcohol. Biggs reportedly crashed his car in the
32000 block of Route 37
Saturday at 12:13 a.m. He then left the scene and
went to retrieve a
tractor to haul the vehicle out, but then overturned and
crashed the
tractor in the process. He then left the scene again. When towing
the
vehicles, alcoholic beverages were found inside the car.
Ronald Waley,
48, of Dublin was cited for driving with an open container
of alcohol and
driving under suspension today at 1:01 a.m. after a stop
in the 9000 block of
Heritage Drive.
According to OSP reports:
One person was injured in a
one-car crash Tuesday at 9:35 p.m. in
Taylor Township. Driver Cassie R.
Sloan, 21, of Findlay was headed
westbound on Route 347 when she lost control
and went off the left side
of the road. The rear of her car struck a pole in
the crash. She left
the scene of the crash and was transported to Memorial
Hospital of Union
County today by her family. She was cited for failure to
control her vehicle.

According to police reports:
The Union County Department of Human Services
reported the possible
sexual abuse of a juvenile that occurred in April 2005.
The report was filed on Monday.
A child endangering report is being
investigated after a 3 year-old
female was found walking alone inside a
business in the 500 block of
North Main Street Monday at 10:15 a.m. The girl
had wandered off from
home. Her 7 year-old sister arrived to get her and it
was discovered
their mother had left them alone. The report is being
investigated by
the Union County Department of Children's Services.
A
pharmacy in the 400 block of West Fifth Street reported fraudulent
checks for
$22. The business had been trying to collect the money since February.
A
CD player was stolen out of a vehicle Sunday night in the 200 block of West
Fourth Street.

Sometime between March 25 and Sunday a resident in the
29000 block of
Route 739 reported that someone purchased $275 of items on his
credit card.
Today at 2:55 a.m. Paul M. Wright, 28, of Huntsville was
arrested for
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S.
33.

According to police reports:
One woman was injured in a Sunday crash at 5:08
p.m. Driver Brenda
Jordan, 42, of Marysville was traveling eastbound on U.S.
33 East, after
entering the road from West Fifth Street. She reportedly went
off the
left side of the road, then overcorrected and went off the right side
of
the road. She struck a bridge and the guardrail and was injured in
the
crash. Medics transported Jordan to Memorial Hospital of Union
County.
She was cited for failure to operate her vehicle within marked lanes
of traffic.
Roby Inc. dealership reported that a 55-year-old man stole a
vehicle
from the business Friday at 3:11 p.m. The theft is under
investigation.
Branden Lowe, 24, of 109 E. Center St. was charged with
criminal
trespassing and theft Saturday at 4:40 a.m., out of an earlier
report of
a stolen dog. A woman in the 500 block of East Fifth Street
reported her
dog was stolen, possibly by two male suspects.
Aaron J.
Collins, 21, of 21147 Cottonslash Road was arrested Saturday at
6 a.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated and driving without
headlights, after a stop
on Milford Avenue.
A man in the 1800 block of Creekview Drive reported
Saturday at 9:55
a.m. that his mailbox had been stolen.
Memorial Hospital
of Union County reported Saturday at 11:27 a.m. that a
front door was
damaged.
The Goodwill business near the downtown area reported Saturday at
2:22
p.m. that items were stolen.
Lawn ornaments were reported stolen from
a residence in the 700 block of
Kentucky Circle Saturday at 6:15
p.m.
Charges are pending against a 15-year-old male, a 16-year-old male and
a
17-year-old male for trespassing, underage consumption of alcohol
and
curfew violations. A resident in the 100 block of Caraway Lane
reported
trespassing by three juveniles at Mill Valley Elementary school
Sunday at 1:08 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies are
investigating a report of aggravated menacing, after a
resident in the 19000
block of Pine Lane received numerous cell phone
calls from a person
threatening bodily harm on Friday.
Bethany R. Haught, 19, of Fairmont, WV and
Margaret L. Tracy, 19, of
16257 Hunters Run were charged with underage
consumption of alcohol
after a traffic stop Saturday at 3:38 a.m. on
Industrial Parkway at Brock Road.

vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. 36 Saturday at 1:47 a.m.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 300 block of Gables Drive
reported Thursday at 1:31
p.m. that her wallet was stolen from her
purse.
Thursday at 3:16 p.m. a resident on Buerger Street reported that
her
husband denied her visitation with her child. The incident is
under investigation.
Angela Campbell, 26, of the 600 block of Kenny Lane
was cited Thursday
at 5:20 p.m. for having an uncontrolled dog. Her dog
reportedly attacked
another dog and a person while they were walking on
Riverwind Drive.
A Hemlock Drive resident reported that money and a mountain
bike were
stolen from the residence today at 12:15 a.m.
Criminal damaging
was reported today at 12:58 a.m. after a resident on
Windmill Drive witnessed
a male suspect scratching a vehicle with a key.
The owner of the vehicle
requested that no charges be filed.
According to sheriff's reports:
A
four-wheeled ATV, valued at $4,500, was reported stolen from behind
a
residence in the 16000 block of Martin Welch Road sometime
between Monday and Thursday.
According to OSP reports:
Brian Huber, 43,
of 117 W. Third St. was arrested today at 2:43 a.m. on
U.S. 36 for operating
a vehicle intoxicated, speeding, and driving with
an open container of
alcohol.
A two-car injury crash was reported Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in
Paris Township.
Driver Lucas McClincy, 33, of Richwood was headed
southeast on Route 4
and was stopped in traffic. Driver Angel Shaffer, 36, of
16640 Martin
Welch Road was headed southeast on Route 4 behind McClincy.
Shaffer
swerved right to avoid the stopped car, but struck McClincy's car in
the
rear. Shaffer was cited for failure to leave assured clear
distance
ahead and was injured in the crash and transported to Memorial
Hospital
of Union County. Shaffer's passenger, Patricia Hoodlet, 75, of
Richwood
was also injured but was not transported.
A one-car crash in
Claibourne Township resulted in injuries Thursday at 5:50 p.m.
Driver
Joshua M. Retterer, 16, of Prospect was headed southwest on Route
4 when he
lost control of his vehicle and went off the left side of the
road. The car
overturned several times and Retterer was injured. He was
transported to
Marion General Hospital for care. Two other passengers
were also inside the
car, although information was not available on
their condition before press
time.

According to police reports:
A business on South Oak Street reported
Wednesday at 7:20 p.m. that
sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday $868 was
stolen from the manager's office.
Matthew T. Straight, 21, of 1049
Coventry Way apt. C, was arrested
Wednesday at 9:01 p.m. at his home for
domestic violence, child
endangering and violation of a protection order. A
6-month-old child was
present at the time of the incident, but was not
injured.
Charges are pending against a female who was found extremely
intoxicated
and yelling for help in a dark stairwell to a downtown
Marysville
apartment Wednesday at 3:07 a.m.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Two people were injured in a two-car crash north of Richwood
Wednesday.
At 4:38 p.m. driver Carol S. Young, 52, of Richwood was
traveling
westbound on Boundary Road, when she stopped at the stop sign at
the
intersection of Route 37. Young then proceeded across the road. At
the
same time, driver Laura Anderson, 60, of Richwood was headed
southbound
on Route 37 when she struck Young's vehicle as it crossed the
road.
Anderson's car spun around from the collision and Young's car struck
a
utility pole, which pulled down the electrical lines from a
nearby
residence. Young was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
Both
were injured in the crash and were transported by Northern Union
Fire
Department medics to Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Robert L.
Paice, 34, of 15551 Bellepoint Road was arrested on two counts
of domestic
violence Wednesday at 7:03 a.m. at his home. According to
reports, Paice's
wife called deputies stating that she was being held
against her will at
home. She had recently confronted her husband on
some personal issues. She
later called to report she had left the house.
Police were able to take Paice
into custody without incident.

According to police reports:
A business on North Maple Street reported an
empty safe was found on the
property Monday at 9:15 a.m.
A resident in the
Marysville Estates reported that sometime between
Saturday and Tuesday the
lock to his shed was broken off and $350 worth
of tools were stolen.
A
house was reportedly "egged" in the 100 block of North Maple Street
Tuesday
at 2:15 p.m.
Toby S. Stebbing, 37, of 119 Birch Drive was arrested on Holly
Drive on
an outstanding warrant for driving with an open container of
alcohol.
According to sheriff reports:
Two cars were reportedly broken
into at two businesses on Memorial Drive
Tuesday at 3:59 a.m. A compressor
and various tools, valued at about
$600, were reported stolen.
A resident
in the 20000 block of Route 245 reported a theft on her
credit card Tuesday
at 8:44 p.m. She was charged for placing an
advertisement in an Iowa
newspaper. The theft is under investigation.

According to police reports:
Monday at 3:06 p.m. a Milcrest Drive resident
reported possible sexual
abuse of a juvenile female.
Possible child abuse
was reported in the area of Rebecca Drive Monday at
9:45 p.m. The information
was forwarded to the Department of Human
Services and is under
investigation.
Several prescription pills were reported missing from a
residence on
East Fourth Street Monday at 10:22 p.m.
According to
sheriff's reports:
Sometime over the weekend, an unknown person forced the
door on a
residence in the 12000 block of Route 347. Nothing was reported
stolen.
Deputies are investigating the possible child abuse of a
4-year-old
female, reported Sunday at 6:12 p.m. in the 11000 block of U.S.
36.
A purse was stolen from a vehicle Saturday night on First Street
in Milford Center.
Identification theft was reported Monday after a mobile
phone account
was opened in the name of a resident in the 8000 block of
McKitrick
Road. The account had been charged up to $500.
According to OSP
reports:
One person was injured in a two-car crash in Jerome Township Monday
at 11:50 a.m.
Driver Nancy L. Neal, 43, of 161 Hemlock Drive, was headed
northwest on
Industrial Parkway. At the same time driver Paul S. Kendel, 22,
of
Akron, was headed northeast on U.S. 42. Kendel entered into
the
intersection on a red light and was struck by Neal's vehicle which
had
the green light. Neal's car spun off the right side of the road and
she
was reportedly injured. She was transported by Jerome Township medics
to
the Ohio State University Hospital. Kendel was not injured, and
was
cited for disobeying a traffic control device.

Stephen Milleck of Springfield was charged
with OVI and failure to
travel within marked lanes following a traffic stop
on Route 161 near
Axe Handle Road Sunday at 2:52 a.m.

against three 16-year-olds - one female and two
males - who were found Sunday
at 8:41 p.m. in a vehicle at the Milford
Center cemetery with marijuana
paraphernalia.
Kenneth Taylor, 19, of Mt. Gilead was charged with underage
consumption
of alcohol. He was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Spencer
Sarver,
18, of Richwood. Sarver was charged with failure to drive in
marked
lanes and OVI. His vehicle was stopped on Route 4 south of Amerine
Wood
Road Sunday at 3:13 a.m.
According to OSP reports:
Jeffrey Freeman
Jr., 29, of Delaware was charged with OVI following a
traffic stop Saturday
at 2:02 a.m. at U.S. 36 and Watkins Road.
According to police
reports:
Officers arrested several individuals after responding to a
noise
complaint in the area of 1007 Coventry Way Saturday at 1:42
a.m..
Charged with underage consumption were Mathew Kandel, 18, 560 E.
Fourth
St.; Ryan Gardner, 19, 531 E. Fourth St.; Nicholas Skelton, 19,

Fairwood Drive; John Hull, 19, 126 E. Fifth St.; Stephen Odell, 19,

W. Fourth St.; and Michael Sanderson, 19, 21277 Paver Barnes Road.
Jack
Richardson, 23, and Meagan Richardson, 25, both of 1021B Coventry
Place,
were charged with furnishing alcohol to underage persons.
George
York, 39, Papaya Drive, and Shad Ervin, 29, 21535 Paver Barnes
Road, were
both cited Saturday at 3:30 a.m. for disorderly conduct in
the area of Sumac
Drive after officers were summoned for a dispute.
Jeffrey Larsen, 19, of
North Lewisburg was arrested for possession of
marijuana in the 600 block of
Milford Avenue Saturday at 8:17 p.m..
A 17 year-old male from Prospect was
cited for OVI and lane violations
and a 16 year-old Marion juvenile was cited
for underage possession and
open container in a motor vehicle after a traffic
stop on U.S. 36
Saturday at 10:26 p.m.
Laura Lee Barrett, 27, 546 Meadows
Drive, was cited for open container
on East Fifth Street Sunday at 12:43
a.m.
Charges are pending against Robert O. Edwards Jr., 45, 479
Windmill
Drive, for domestic violence after he assaulted his wife and
damaged
windows in her vehicle Sunday at 1:55 a.m.
Joseph Miller, 34, of
Court Street was cited for violating a court
protection order Sunday at 3:49
a.m.
Justin Frye, 22 of North Main Street, was cited for disorderly
conduct
after a loud noise complaint today at 2:05 a.m.
A vehicle was
vandalized in the parking lot of a business in the 500
block of Coleman's
Crossing Drive Friday at 2:10 p.m.
A vehicle was damaged in front of a
residence on Pepper Lane Friday at 7 p.m.
A female was reported to have
been assaulted in the lot of a business in
the 400 block of South Oak Street.
The incident occurred Friday at 10
p.m. and is under investigation.
A male
confronted another male on east Fifth Street, pushing him during
a dispute
Saturday at 12:01 a.m.. No charges were filed.
Officers confiscated possible
cocaine on a traffic stop Saturday at 5
p.m. at Fourth and Court streets.
Charges are pending lab results.
A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle
on Allenby Drive Sunday at 6 p.m.
A Fifth Street resident turned in
several rounds of ammunition found in
a vehicle on his property.
Arrested
on outstanding warrants over the weekend were: Dana P. Ward,
27, in the area
of Coventry Way Apartments; Jason Bevard, 24, of
Sycamore Drive; Shannon
Ervin, 25, of Cypress Drive; and Grant Levi
Nibert, 18, of Middleburg.
