According to police reports:
Cordell J. Hicks, 19, of 532 Surrey Lane and
Michael A. Hexter, 18, of
315 Sycamore St. were arrested and charged with
vehicle trespassing
following a report of male subjects breaking into a car
in the 400 block
of Bridgewater Drive today at 4:36 a.m.
Ren C. Phillips,
21, of Milford Center was arrested and charged with
operating a vehicle
intoxicated and driving with an open container of
alcohol after a traffic
stop on Damascus Road at Fifth Street today at 2:54 a.m.
A resident in the
200 block of Ash Street reported Thursday at 10:53
a.m. that an unknown
person damaged the front windshield, rear window
and right rear taillight on
her car.
An unknown person reportedly slashed the front driver side tire of
her
car in the 100 block of Aspen Drive Thursday.
A resident in the 400
block of Maple Grove reported Thursday at 1:01
p.m. that someone shattered
the rear taillight of her car.
Pedro Guerrero, 30, of 548 N. Main St. lot 270
was arrested in Delaware
County on an outstanding warrant from Marysville
Municipal Court.
Stacey Chenault, 31, of Magnetic Springs was arrested for
domestic
violence Thursday at 5 p.m. after a physical altercation with
her
16-year-old daughter in the 200 block of Elwood Drive.
Police are
investigating a report of a resident who said her brother
fell on a knife
inside their apartment in the 700 block of Kenny Lane
Thursday at 9:11
p.m.
A resident in the 700 block of Kenny Lane reported that her
15-year-old
son was assaulted by three teenagers, two 17-year-olds and
one
16-year-old in the 200 block of North Main Street.
According to
sheriff's reports:
Kathleen A. Cox, 44, of 18922 Wheeler Green Road was
arrested Wednesday
at 10:20 a.m. on a third-degree felony intimidating a
witness charge.
She allegedly threatened her adopted daughter regarding a
Marysville
Municipal Court case involving the family.
A resident in the
27000 block of Zook Road reported someone knocked his
satellite television
disk out of alignment Sunday between noon and 6 p.m.
Fraud was reported
after a resident in the 14000 block of Pleasant Ridge
Drive discovered
Thursday that someone charged $479.88 to his
account online.
Identification theft was reported after a resident in the
9700 block of
New California Drive discovered Sunday that someone charged
$413.61 to
his bank account card from California.
Deputies pulled over a
driver for speeding today at 12:07 a.m. on U.S.
36 in Dover Township. Inside
the car, the deputy saw a bullet proof
vest. The driver explained that a
relative had given him the vest, after
it was found in a dumpster and turned
it over to the officer. The item
is being checked for possible previous
theft or if it was indeed thrown away.

Stephanie L. Lindenmayer, 40, of 944 White Oak
St., was cited for
allowing her dog to run at large after the animal
reportedly attacked
another dog near her home Wednesday at 1:39
p.m.
Rodney D. Sealey, 21, of 10831 Maple Dell Road, was arrested on
an
outstanding warrant for a probation violation Wednesday at 4:21 p.m.
A
resident on Route 31 North reported that the front driver side
headlight was
damaged on her car sometime on Wednesday.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Mark A. Cromlish, 42, 7 Magnetic St., Magnetic Springs, was charged
with
a first-degree misdemeanor assault after he jumped another man
outside
of a bar in Magnetic Springs Wednesday at 4 p.m. Cromlish had been
asked
to leave the bar because of his behavior. He waited outside and
punched
the victim several times.
Ohio Edison employees in the 11000 block
of Landon Road reported someone
shot orange paint balls at a substation
Tuesday. Deputies are
investigating the involvement of a 10-year-old
male.

John C. Smith, 46, of 214 Cypress Drive was
arrested for operating a
vehicle while intoxicated Tuesday at 11:50 p.m.
after a traffic stop on
north Main Street at Pearse Drive.
Justin R. Frye,
23, of 527 N. Main St. Apt. A was arrested today at 3
a.m. on an outstanding
warrant out of Marysville Municipal Court.
A resident in the 1700 block of
Caraway Lane reported a young man called
the home today at 4:20 a.m., saying
he was going to harm his 18-year-old on.
Tuesday at 5 p.m. a resident in
the 1200 block of Valley Drive reported
an ashtray, driver's license and $10
in change were stolen from her car overnight.
A resident in the 200 block
of west Fourth Street reported that someone
drove a truck on the edge of his
lawn Tuesday evening, causing ruts and
damage to the grass.

sheriff's reports:
The back window of a car traveling in the 13000 block of
Route 38 was
reportedly broken by an unknown object in Tuesday at 8:35
p.m.
Lawn ornaments, lights and a concrete statute were reported damaged at
a
home in the 14000 block of Oxford Drive Saturday at 2:19 a.m.

According to police reports:
The rear entrance of K-Mart in the 1000 block of
North Main Street was
broken into Sunday night. It is currently unknown if
televisions were
stolen or any other merchandise.
Possible sexual abuse
was reported involving a 14-year-old female victim
and a 19-year-old male
suspect, which occurred in the 900 block of
Coventry Place Sunday.
Ryan
Wendel, 24, of Columbus was cited for possession of drugs and
possession of
drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 Sunday at 10:16
p.m.
The lawn was damaged at a property in the 300 block of West Sixth
Street
after someone drove a car into the grass Sunday at around 7 p.m.
A
woman in the 300 block of West Third Street reported her apartment
was
damaged by known males while she was gone Sunday at 7:30 p.m.
George
York, 40, of 109 Papaya Ave. was cited for possession of an open
container of
alcohol Sunday at 4:56 a.m. after he was found walking
along Linden
Street.
Juanita Hanson, 23, of 316 W. Fifth St. was arrested for
disorderly
conduct for currently unlisted reasons Sunday at 3:55 a.m.
A
car was reported stolen from the 600 block of Meadows Drive sometime
over the
weekend.
Child endangering is being investigated after a 4-year-old male
was
found walking unsupervised along the 600 block of Milford
Avenue
Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
Kristopher Dunn, 28, 548 N. Main St. lot 70
was charged with disorderly
conduct after he was reportedly yelling at cars
in the area of Oak and
Seventh streets Saturday at 12:59 a.m.
A
17-year-old Raymond area male was charged with disorderly
conduct,
obstructing police business and underage consumption of alcohol
Friday
at 10:58 p.m. after he reportedly was involved in a fight at the
Locker
Room bar on Main Street in Marysville and then fled from police.
A
resident in the 1000 block of Collins Avenue reported Monday that
someone
forged a check for $100.
Someone threw a brick into a window of a trailer in
the 200 block of
Cypress Drive sometime overnight Sunday.
According to
sheriff's reports:
Lauren K. Anders, 24, of West Jefferson was arrested for
operating a
vehicle intoxicated, high blood alcohol concentration and
driving
outside of marked lanes after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 Saturday at
2:05 a.m.
Deputies responded to the 10000 block of Jerome Road after a
fight
involving two people in two separate cars Saturday at 6 p.m. The
two
sides got into a verbal argument and two of them began swinging at
each
other. A woman was transported for unknown injuries to Memorial
Hospital
of Union County. The incident is currently under investigation.
A
trailer, valued at $1,700, was reported stolen from a business in the
26000
block of Route 37 Saturday at 8:36 a.m.
Laurie A. Juzwiak, 57, of 30530
Lemaster Road was charged with driving
with an open container of alcohol
after a traffic stop on Franklin
Street in Richwood Saturday at 12:14
a.m.
An air conditioning unit, valued at $3,500, was reported stolen from
a
property in the 27000 block of Zook Road sometime between Dec. 10
and Sunday.
A total of 12 fence posts were damaged at a park Friday in the
500 block
of Fourth Street in Unionville Center.
Thursday it was reported
that a handgun may have been stolen from a
residence in the 12000 block of
Bates Road.
The Union County Health Department contacted sheriff's
deputies
concerning the illegal dumping of animal carcasses found in the
16000
block of Hawn Road Friday. The animals were not cared for according
to
proper disposal and burial for health reasons. The incident
remains under investigation.
A U-Haul trailer possibly stolen from
Pennsylvania was recovered in the
6000 block of Route 161 Friday at 10:57
a.m.
Derek Westlake, 20, of 1520 Carmel Drive was cited for
underage
consumption of alcohol, driving outside of marked lanes and driving
with
an open container of alcohol after a traffics top Saturday at 1:22
a.m.
on Brown School Road at Route 31.
Peter Fink, 50, of Columbus was
arrested for speeding, operating a
vehicle intoxicated, driving with expired
plates and driving outside of
marked lanes after a traffic stop on Route 4 at
Trout Road Friday at 7:50 a.m.
Possible sexual abuse was reported to the
Union County Department of
Job and Family Services on Dec. 14 concerning a
6-year-old male victim
and an adult female suspect which allegedly occurred
on State Street in
Milford Center. An anonymous caller made the allegations
and the report is under investigation.

Sandy
Massie, 42, of Plain City was arrested Saturday at 9:09 p.m. for
operating a
vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 161 at Route 4.
Edward
Mullady, 49, of 15573 Valleyview Drive was arrested for operating
a vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop Saturday at 2:30 a.m. at an unknown
location.
Sonny Michael, 49, of 470 Allenby Drive was arrested for operating
a
vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Fifth Street at Park
Avenue Saturday at 6:35 p.m.
Maureen Santry, 47, of Powell was arrested
for operating a vehicle
intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia
after a traffic stop on
U.S. 33 at Route 42 Saturday at 8:52 p.m.
One
person was injured in a three-car crash at Post Road just inside
Dublin
Sunday at 2:50 p.m. Driver Penchala Kankanala, 34, of Dublin was
headed east
on Post Road in the left hand turn lane. Driver Alisha Kent,
29, of Plain
City was headed west on Post Road in the right turn lane.
Driver Sreenivasa
Kosuri, 30, of Wixom, Mich. was southbound on Highland
Croy Road when he ran
a stop sign allegedly causing the accident.
As a result, Kosuri reportedly
struck the rear end of Kent's car causing
her vehicle to overturn and slide
across the roadway on its left side,
then striking Kankanala's car. No
citations have been issued at this
time as the crash remains under
investigation.

According to police reports:
A business in the 200 block of north Main
Street, reported that a female
has not received her mail for five weeks. The
complaint was filed
Thursday at 1:24 p.m.
A 17-year-old male was charged
with disorderly conduct, obstructing
official business and underage
consumption in the 100 block of north
Main Street Thursday at 10:58 p.m.
Police used a Taser.
Tracie J. Allison, 26, of Whitehall, was charged with
driving under
suspension following a traffic stop on east Fifth Street
Thursday at 6:01 p.m.
Lucas A. Reisinger was arrested and charged with
disorderly conduct in
the 100 block of north Main Street Thursday at 11:25
p.m.
John D. Moore, 22, 13482 Industrial Parkway, was arrested and
charged
with OVI, expired plates, safety belt and stop sign following a
traffic
stop at the intersection of Emmaus and Palm Drive today at 2:02
a.m.
Shannon M. Foor, 24, 678 Allenby Drive was arrested on an
outstanding
warrant in the 400 block of north Main Street today at 2:19
a.m.
According to the sheriff's report:
Officers are investigating the
possible corruption of a minor in the
17000 block of Route 161. The matter
concerns a 15-year-old female and
18-year-old male.
Another pending case
filed Thursday at 12:25 p.m. involves Internet
communication between a
13-year-old female living in the 17000 block of
Middleburg Plain City Road
and an out-of-state male.

According to police reports:
Roger L. West, 27, of Lakeview, was cited for
speeding and driving under
suspension on West Fifth Street at Raymond Road
today at 2:02 a.m.
Passenger Tosh Collins, 24, of Lakeview was cited for
having an open
container of alcohol in the car.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Christopher Farmer, 30, 460 Windmill Drive, was arrested for
disorderly
conduct today at 1:18 a.m. after he was found walking intoxicated
on Watkins Road.
Deputies are asking residents to be aware of anyone
claiming to be from
their bank, asking for their checking account
information. No bank would
ask for this information over the phone. Wednesday
at 1:30 p.m. a
resident in the 18000 block of Yoakum Road reported that a man
called
asking for her checking account number in order to remove her name
from
what he called a National Registry. She said the man was
very
professional sounding, but she did not give him the
information.

According to police reports:
A student at Marysville High School reportedly
took some type of pill
given to him by another student Tuesday at 10:33 a.m.
The student had a
reaction after ingesting the pill and was transported for
medical care
at Memorial Hospital of Union County. The incident remains
under investigation.
Union County Children's Services reported child
endangering after
discovering Tuesday that a woman in the 300 block of West
Fifth Street
was driving her car with a propane tank heater inside. The
heater and
tank were seized by the fire department for safekeeping and the
female
was transported for evaluation to Memorial Hospital of Union County.
She
reportedly became "irrational" while the officer was investigating
the incident.
A resident in the 600 block of Kentucky Circle reported a
blow up lawn
snowman decoration was stabbed and damaged by an unknown person
sometime
over Monday night.
A debit card was reportedly found at a
business in the 400 block of West
Fifth Street Tuesday at 6:22 p.m.
Change
and other small items were stolen from a car parked in the 1200
block of Bay
Laurel Drive sometime on Tuesday.

operating
a vehicle intoxicated and driving outside of marked lanes
after a traffic

27, of Gahanna was charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia and
marijuana after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at Route 161
Tuesday at 8:44
p.m.
A license plate was reported missing from a company vehicle parked
in
the 23000 block of Honda Parkway Tuesday at 3:38 p.m.
12/19/06
According to police reports:
A business reported that the windshields of two
company cars were
smashed sometime over the weekend in the 1000 block of
Delaware Avenue.
In the 300 block of Riverwind Drive, a resident reported
burn marks were
found along the siding and stair railing on the property
Monday.
The manager of a construction site reported Monday at 2:08 p.m.
that
various homes in the 600 block of Kentucky Circle were damaged.
A
woman reported that two men dressed in dark clothing were involved in
a
scuffle at an unreported location and damaged her car. She reported
the
incident Monday at 5:36 p.m.
A resident in the 1900 block of Creekview Drive
reported the possible
sexual abuse of a 4-year-old child, after the juvenile
made "concerning
statements regarding an acquaintance" Monday.
A business
in the 900 block of West Fifth Street reported that an
unknown person entered
the drive-through and took a large amount of
tobacco products and left
without paying Monday night.
Police responded to Bay Laurel Drive today at
5:35 a.m. after a
19-year-old female allegedly threatened to harm herself.
She was located
and transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County for
evaluation.

According to sheriff's office:
Bruce Hull, 54, of Toledo, was charged with
obstructing official police
business and speeding Saturday at 8:44 a.m. Hull
was pulled over for
speeding on Route 31 at Route 47 in Taylor Township. He
told the deputy
that he was going to see his mother in the hospital. It
wasn't until the
deputy escorted him to the hospital that Hull finally
admitted that he
made the story up to get out of a speeding
ticket.
Possible aggravated trafficking in drugs and drug abuse charges
are
pending against a 14-year-old West Mansfield female and a
16-year-old
West Mansfield male after the two became suspects in the sale
of
prescription drugs on a school bus at North Union Middle School
Friday at 11:21 a.m.
Deputies are investigating a possible overdoes of
illegal drugs by a
25-year-old Marysville man. Saturday at 2:29 a.m. deputies
were called
to the 22000 block of Hoover Bault Road for an unconscious man.
He was
transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County.
A driver was
traveling on Jerome Road at Route 42 Saturday at 9:11 a.m.
when something
shattered the windshield of his car. It is unknown if
vandalism was the
cause, or if it was due to a rock from another vehicle.
A resident in the
19000 block of Dog Leg Road reported discovering a
bullet hole in the side of
his home Saturday at 4:15 p.m.
Identity fraud was reported Saturday at 9 p.m.
in the 7000 block of Ross
Avenue after an unauthorized credit card account
was discovered in a resident's name.
A resident in the 13000 block of
Hinton Mill Road witnessed three men in
a small pick up truck steal his $20
lawn ornament Saturday at 11:30 p.m.
Christmas decorations were reported
stolen from a yard in the 14000
block of Oxford Drive Sunday at 10
a.m.
Drug charges are under investigation against a 13-year-old male and
a
14-year-old male after deputies were dispatched to the 18000 block
of
Front Street in Broadway Sunday at 4:50 p.m. for an allergic
reaction.
It is suspected one or both of the males had been taking illegal
drugs.
According to police reports:
A resident in the 100 block of Tulip
Drive reported that a juvenile
damaged a car and a house Friday at 5:04
p.m.
Friday at 7:58 p.m. an unknown person damaged a window on a house in
the
100 block of Buerger Street by throwing a rock through it.
The front
door of a residence in the 1200 block of Creekview Drive was
damaged after
someone forced entry during a dispute Friday at 8 p.m.
A mentally disturbed
man was transported for evaluation after several
reports were called into the
police department about his behavior in
downtown Marysville Saturday at 2
a.m.
Zonie Clegg, 46, of Mason, was arrested Saturday at 3 a.m. after
being
found in control of a car while intoxicated in downtown
Marysville.
The rear door of a business in the 300 block of North Main Street
was
reportedly damaged Friday night.
Attempted breaking and entering was
reported Saturday at 8:30 a.m. after
someone tried to break into a building
in the 1000 block of Delaware
Avenue. Several vehicles were also
damaged.
A car dealership in the 400 block of North Main Street reported that
two
cars were damaged sometime over Friday night.
A male and a female
reportedly left a store in the 500 block of
Coleman's' Crossing without
paying for merchandise Saturday at 8:50 a.m.
In the same area a business
reported Saturday at 8:50 a.m. that an
employee took money from the cash
register on numerous occasions.
A car was reportedly damaged Friday night or
Saturday morning in the 200
block of Buerger Street.
Juveniles reportedly
damaged a yard in the 500 block of Mill Wood
Boulevard after riding their
bicycles through the area Saturday at 12:55 p.m.
A church in the 200 block
of North Cherry Street reported a rear window
was damaged on
Saturday.
Ryan Sergent, 28, of 296 Cherry St., was arrested Saturday at 6:35
p.m.
for driving under suspension and possession of drugs after a
traffic
stop on West Fifth Street.
William J. Schall, 26, of 130 Sorenson
Drive, was arrested for
disorderly conduct after his behavior in a downtown
Marysville bar Saturday at 11:18 p.m.
Donald M. Schoby, 36, of 560 Meadows
Drive, was arrested Sunday at 12:02
a.m. for disorderly conduct after a fight
at a downtown Marysville bar.
Sean M. Mintier, 24, of 633 Milcrest Drive, was
arrested for two counts
of assault after a fight with a female and a male in
the 600 block of
Milcrest Drive Sunday at 12:34 a.m. Additional charges of
obstructing
official police business are also pending after Mintier
allegedly
charged at officers and had to be subdued with a Taser
weapon.
Holiday ornaments were reported stolen from a residence in the 500
block
of Quail Hollow Drive Sunday.
Burglary was reported Sunday at 8:44
a.m. in the 18000 block of Boerger
Road after an unknown person made entry
into his house through a garage door.
The exit sign of a business was
reported damaged in the 400 block of
North Main Street Sunday at 11:23
a.m.
Someone reportedly damaged a window with a rock at a daycare facility
in
the 900 block of East Fifth Street Sunday at 3:51 p.m.
Joellen R.
Wilson, 25, of 175 West Darby Road, was arrested Sunday at
4:15 p.m. for
disorderly conduct after her behavior at a restaurant in
the 1000 block of
Charles Lane.
A children's bike was stolen from the 200 block of West Third
Street Sunday at 4:45 p.m.
A lock box containing money was reportedly
stolen in a burglary in the
1000 block of Coventry Place Sunday at 10:42 p.m.
No forced entry was
found and the incident is under
investigation.

According to police reports:
Someone reportedly stole a computer from the
office of a business in the
600 block of Watkins Glen Boulevard Thursday
morning.
A maintenance building was forcibly entered in the 600 block of
Watkins
Glen Boulevard Wednesday and tools and supplies were stolen.
A
resident in the 600 block of Rainbow Drive was contacted by her bank
Thursday
and informed that someone had been charging items to her account in
Mexico.
Thursday at 4:24 p.m. a 37-year-old man in the 100 block of Birch
Drive
reportedly made stabbing motions toward himself with a knife and
then
fled the property on his bike. The man has not been located and it
is
uncertain if he had harmed himself.
Nathaniel A. Kidd, 24, of 548 N.
Main St. lot 89 was arrested Thursday
and charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia and driving under
suspension after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at
Delaware Avenue.
A residence in the 300 block of North Maple Street was
forcibly entered
overnight Wednesday to Thursday morning, although nothing
was reported stolen.
Susie Retterer Helfrich, 51, of 16076 Allen Center
Road was arrested and
charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and
driving under
suspension after a traffic stop on Delaware Avenue Thursday at
6:57 p.m.
Other drivers in the area had complained to authorities about the
way Helfrich was driving.
Paul H. Chiles, 22, of Westerville was charged
with possession of drugs
after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at U.S. 36 Thursday
at 9:14 p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies responded to a home
in the 15000 block of Fish Drive for a
23-year-old female who reportedly
caused injuries to both her wrists
after a dispute with her mother Thursday
at 10:29 a.m. The woman was
then transported for medical care. At 6:04 p.m.
deputies were called
back to the home after the 52-year-old mother told
family members that
she may have overdosed on her prescription pills. She was
also
transported for medical care and evaluation.
A trailer valued at
$2,000 was reported stolen from the 8000 block of
Memorial Drive Monday at
10:11 a.m.
Deputies recovered a chain saw laying in a ditch along Watkins
Road
Thursday at 1:21 p.m.
Tools were reported stolen from a property on
Marriott Street in
Claibourne Township Thursday at 2:06 p.m.
Deputies
responded to the 11000 block of Taylor Road for a burglary
alarm Thursday at
1:27 p.m. The homeowners returned and discovered
several firearms valued at
$300 had been stolen.
Someone forced entry into a home in the 9000 block of
U.S. 42 Thursday
at 5:48 p.m. and stole DVDs, medication and jewelry. All of
the items
taken resulted in a $3,765 loss.
No charges were filed against
the owner of a dog that was running loose
in the 9000 block of Harriott Road
today at 4:20 a.m. A man was walking
his dog on a leash in the area at the
time, when the loose dog caused
his own to become out of control, dragging
him along the pavement.

Police arrested several people for failure to
appear in court on
warrants from Marysville Municipal Court. Today Robert D.
Stevenson, 18,
of 925 W. Fifth St. was arrested on Boerger Street.; Ryan D.
Jeffries,
25, of 501 Three Oaks Drive was arrested at his home today at 3:02
a.m.;
Jason Bender, 28, of 1322 Lacosta Drive was arrested at The Locker
Room
bar on North Main Street today at 2:50 a.m.; and Paul E. Combs, 39,
of
263 W. Third St. was arrested Wednesday at 7:24 p.m. for a warrant
from
Union County Common Pleas Court.
A tool was reported stolen out of a
detached garage in the 200 block of
South Vine Street Wednesday
night.
According to sheriff's reports:
Vandalism is being investigated
after a house in the 31000 block of West
Mansfield - Mt. Victory Road was
struck by three paint balls overnight Monday.
A possible sexual assault is
being investigated involving a 5-year-old
male victim and a 13-year-old male
suspect. The case was reported to
sheriff's deputies by the Marion County
Department of Job and Family
Services Wednesday.
A $200 generator was
reported stolen Wednesday out of a storage area on
Catherine Street in
Magnetic Springs. The generator was possibly found
at a Marysville pawn shop
and is currently being confirmed for ownership.
Wednesday at 4:43 p.m. a
resident in the 16000 block of Mackan Road
reported someone made a $299 theft
from their online checking account.
At 6 p.m. Wednesday a resident in the
14000 block of Route 739 reported
he was away in military deployment and had
been paying for his car at an
auto shop in Irwin. When he returned home, he
discovered the shop was
boarded up and his car was missing.
No charges are
pending against a 22-year-old man in the 18000 block of
Water Street, after
he threatened to take his life with a firearm
Wednesday at 8:39 p.m. The man
gave the weapon to his family before
deputies arrived and he was transported
for a mental evaluation at
Memorial Hospital of Union County.

OSP reports:
Everyone involved in a four car crash Wednesday on U.S. 33 in
Jerome
Township were fine. At 6:10 p.m. a driver was headed westbound on
U.S.
33 in the left lane when she veered off into an emergency
turn
crossover. Three other vehicles following behind her were unable to
stop
and a chain reaction crash occurred. All four cars suffered
damages,
although no injuries were reported. Cited in the crash was driver

A resident on Van Kirk Drive reported Tuesday at
8:15 a.m. that his
teenage daughter found explicit pictures on the sidewalk
on North Maple
Street near the railroad crossing.
Two Bellefontaine men
were charged with felony theft for allegedly
attempting to steal three rolls
of copper wire from a business in the
800 block of Coleman's Crossing
Boulevard Tuesday. Arrested were Tony R.
Kuntz, 29 and Justin B. Rosenwirth,
24.
Joseph C. Seaunier III, 29, 533 Amrine Mill Road was arrested on
an
outstanding felony warrant from the Union County Sheriff's
Office
through the Marysville Municipal Court today at 6:41 a.m.
A
Marysville resident reported that her teenage son had been coerced
into
stealing from a business in the 500 block of Coleman's Crossing
Boulevard by
a teenage female. The report was filed Tuesday at 9:03 a.m.

the 900 block of West Fifth Street reported 70 cans of
snuff stolen Tuesday
at 9:10 a.m.
A resident in the 200 block of West Seventh Street reported
receiving a
letter and check from a lottery scam from Canada Tuesday at 7:46

A business in the 16000 block of Allenby Drive reported that an
unknown
person failed to pay for $29.29 worth of gasoline. The report was
filed early today.

of 12401 U.S. 36 East was cited for permitting an
animal to run loose today
after a minivan struck a horse in the roadway
at 2:49 a.m. The accident
occurred in the 11000 block of Dover County
Line Road. The vehicle driver was

A father was transported for medical
treatment following a domestic
dispute with his 15 year-old son Monday at
9:11 p.m. in the 21000 block
of Evans Road. No charges were filed and both
individuals reported slight injuries.

Identity fraud was reported Saturday at 10:56
a.m. after an unknown
person charged a $2,000 Nextel order and tried to ship
it to a location
in Wisconsin. The order was never allowed by the credit card
company, so
no theft was made.
Charles Jolliff, 40, of Richwood was
charged with domestic violence
Sunday at 12:50 a.m. Jolliff reportedly
arrived home with his wife after
a party and the two became involved in an
argument, which became
verbally abusive. Once inside, Jolliff allegedly
struck his 16-year-old
step-daughter in the face. He left the scene before
deputies arrived,
but was found this morning and charged.

with failure to control and OVI Friday. He was reportedly
southwestbound
on Coder Holloway Road when his pickup went off the right side
of the
road, struck a tree and overturned.

Community Markets grovery store on

A possible counterfeit check is being investigated at a
business in the
100 block of Emmaus Drive Thursday.

Overnight Thursday a car was broken into on Main Street in
Magnetic
Springs. Damage was done to the console and gear shift and a Visa
check card was stolen.
Thursday at 5:30 p.m. a resident in the 25000 block

reported that $369.92 was illegally charged to his credit card
online.
A 15-year-old Marysville male was charged with possession of
marijuana
after a police dog detected the substance in the car during a

Tuesday at 11 a.m. it was
reported that someone broke into a car in the
1100 block of West Fifth Street
and stole floormats and damaged a stereo.
A business reported Wednesday at
1:18 p.m. that a man passed a bad check
for $347.29.
A woman in the 100
block of North Maple Street reported her son was
assaulted Wednesday. The
report is under investigation.
A woman reported that her credit card was
stolen from her unlocked car
sometime between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Wednesday.
One person was injured in a two-car crash in Marysville Wednesday
at
2:20 p.m. Driver Sheri Marie Sierakowski-Landry, 31, of Dublin
stopped
for traffic on East Fifth Street at Oak Street. Driver Richard T.
Bangs,
77, of 1155 Rosewood Drive was behind her and did not stop in
time,
hitting the rear end of her SUV. Bangs was injured in the crash
and
transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County.

James C. Woodford, 70, of West Jefferson was driving east on U.S.

a stream and then hit a tree. Both Woodford and his wife
Beverly
Woodford, 71, were injured and transported for care. One was taken
by
Washington Township and the other by Jerome Townships medics
to Riverside Hospital

arrested and charged with underage
consumption of alcohol and Michael B.

Police are investigating a possible arson after
a dumpster was found
smoldering with fire on the Marysville High School

A
cooler was reportedly stolen from the bed of a pick up truck parked in
the
16000 block of Square Drive Tuesday at 11 a.m. Soon after the report
was
filed, a staff member of the business found the cooler by the
trash dumpster.
Criminal damaging was reported Tuesday at 2:33 p.m. after
the manager of
a rental company reported the bedroom wallpaper border had
been torn down.
On Tuesday a resident in the 1300 block of Millstone Drive
reported
receiving 12 unwanted phone calls from a sales representative
attempting
to sell windows and siding from a remodeling company.
According
to sheriff's reports:
A woman reported Tuesday at 4:55 p.m. that her
49-year-old Marysville
husband was out hunting and had threatened to commit
suicide. Deputies
responded to the 18000 block of Collins Road, where the man
was located
inside his car along Collins Avenue. It was unknown if he was
carrying a
weapon. When he was discovered to be alive, deputies ordered him
out of
the car for their safety. The man had cut his wrists with a piece
of
glass, and no weapon was found inside. He was transported to
Memorial
Hospital of Union County. He reportedly did not receiving
life
threatening wounds and will receive counseling.
Phone harassment
charges are pending against an 18-year-old Marysville
man after a family in
the 8000 block of Homer Road claims he continued
to make harassing calls to
their daughter despite warnings from the
family and law enforcement
Tuesday.
Deputies found a car stolen from Franklin County in a railroad bed
off
of Middleburg Plain City Road Tuesday at 4:59 p.m. The car is
being
stored for transport to Franklin County law enforcement.

A resident of an East Park Street apartment complex
in Magnetic Springs
reported seeing a man inside a neighbor's storage garage
on the property
today at 4:01 a.m. When confronted, the man pulled out what
appeared to
be a weapon from his pocket and then drove away in a "boxy"
looking car.
Matthew Lord, 19, of Glouster was charged with underage
consumption of
alcohol, physical control of the vehicle while intoxicated,
possession
of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and having an
open
container of alcohol today at 2:11 a.m. Deputies heard reports of a
red
vehicle swerving in the roadway and soon found the car parked at
the
U.S. 33 eastbound rest stop. Lord was found behind the wheel, with
the
keys in the ignition.
Truancy charges are pending against a
17-year-old male who hasn't been
to Fairbanks High School since Nov. 20. The
charges were filed Thursday at 12:30 p.m.
Tracey Howard, 43, of 332 1/2 W.
Third St. was charged with theft and
criminal trespassing Thursday at 1:05
p.m. Howard allegedly went to the
home of her ex-boyfriend in the 21000 block
of Main Street in Raymond
and stole an autographed sports jersey from the
wall and left the home.
She was later found by deputies hiding inside a
pizzeria in town.
Truancy charges are pending against a 16-year-old Milford
Center female
who hasn't attended Fairbanks High School for 11 days. The
charges were
filed Friday at 9 a.m.
A purse was reported stolen from a
locker at Fairbanks High School on Thursday.
Christine Asbury, 19, of
16613 Church St. was charged with domestic
violence after she allegedly
struck her 13-year-old brother during an
argument Friday afternoon at the
home.

A man who lives in the Watkins Glen Apartment
complex reported that an
unknown man robbed him at knife point Saturday at
9:09 p.m. The victim
told police that he was unloading groceries from his
car, when the
suspect came up to him with a small knife and then stole items
and fled
on foot. The suspect was said to be wearing a long dark coat and a
blue
bandanna around his face.
A purse and its contents were stolen out of
a locked car parked in the
200 block of Buerger Street Thursday
night.
During the same time period and location, another resident's car
was
entered yet nothing was reported stolen.
A hardware store in the 1200
block of West Fifth Street reported someone
paid with bad checks totaling
$2,315.
Personal checks were stolen from a house in the 400 block of
Milford
Avenue, as reported by the resident on Friday at 2:45
p.m.
Burglary was reported from the 600 block of Mill Wood Boulevard
after
cash and other items were discovered missing Friday.
A woman
reported her debit card was stolen and used to make purchases
Friday at 4
p.m. from her home in the 500 block of South maple Street.
Fraud was reported
after a resident in the 500 block of Allenby Drive
discovered a personal
check had been forged in the amount of $40 by an
unknown person

Unauthorized charges were made to a man's credit card Friday at

reported that four
vehicles on its lot had slashed tires on or about Nov. 8.

p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Vandalism was reported in the 7000
block of Hinton Mill Road between 10
a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday. A
rock was reportedly thrown at the
house and patio items were tipped
over.
A resident in the 19000 block of Bear Swamp Road reported Wednesday
at
4:56 p.m. that when his children returned home from school there
was
smoke coming from the mailbox. It appeared that a covering on
the
mailbox had been ignited and put inside. No mail was found in the
mail
box.
A resident in the 16000 block of Martin Welch Road reported that
he had
sold a vehicle on eBay and money orders were not valid. The report

A deer hunter said items valued at $300
were removed from his vehicle
