2/28/06
According to police reports:
Drug trafficking charges are pending against a
16-year-old Marysville
male. Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. he was
observed exchanging
pills in the hallway of Marysville High School. Drug
abuse charges are
pending against another 16-year-old male involved in the
incident.
Toby Stebbings, 39, of 119 Birch Drive was charged with operating
a
vehicle intoxicated, failing to comply with an officer, driving with
an
open container of alcohol and speeding. Police attempted to
stop
Stebbings on Fourth Street, but he did not pull over until he
reached
Birch Drive Monday at 2:55 a.m.
Inappropriate sexual contact was
reported from a person in the 500 block
of London Avenue Monday. The report
is under investigation.
A business in the 100 block of North Main Street
reported a suspect paid
for items with fraudulent checks Monday.
Robert
Hamilton, 25, of 176 Northcrest Drive was charged with criminal
trespassing
today at 3:58 a.m. after a report that he was inside a
residence he was
legally not allowed in, in the 100 block of Damascus Drive.
Thursday at
3:40 a.m. police assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol in a
road rage
incident between Scottslawn Road and U.S. 36. Two cars heading
down the road
were inciting each other as they attempted to pass a truck
on the road. One
was blocking the other vehicle from passing and the
other was flashing the
headlights. The patrol pulled over one of the
vehicles and police dealt with
the other driver. No charges have been filed at this time.
According to
sheriff's reports:
A residence in the 7000 block of Memorial Drive was broken
into sometime
over the weekend and a printer, computer and cash were
stolen.
Sunday night a van was shot with a paint ball gun on South Main
Street
in Magnetic Springs.
Monday a resident in the 20000 block of
Westlake Lee Road reported a
possible scam during the Internet sale of a
vehicle. A car was placed on
sale online and the seller received word that a
buyer would pay half and
then pay the other half when he picked up the car.
The buyer then sent a
cashier's check for considerably more than the car was
worth, asking
that the extra cash be sent to a location in Canada. When the
seller
took the check to the bank, it was discovered to be fraudulent. It is
a
standard scam that has been operating for years, according to
the
police. The seller suffered no loss of money.

William L. Muncey, 36, was charged with domestic
violence in the 700
block of Meadows Drive after striking his live-in
girlfriend during a
dispute at their home Sunday at 11:31 p.m.
A resident
in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue reported the theft of
Hydrocodone from
his workplace Sunday at 9:50 a.m.
A DVD player was stolen from a residence in
the 1000 block of Watkins
Glen Boulevard Sunday at 8:32 a.m.

Anderson, 20, of Lincoln Park, Mich., was cited for underage
consumption of
alcohol after officers responded to a complaint of an
intoxicated woman in a
parking lot on Chestnut Street Sunday at 1:39 a.m.
Tami Mullaney-Graham,
47, of 14000 Industrial Parkway was charged with
operating a vehicle while
intoxicated and driving the wrong way on East
Sixth Street when she was
stopped Sunday at 12:53 a.m.
Regina Schiederer, 35, of Delaware and Shannon
M. Deardorff, 22, of
Magnetic Springs were cited for disorderly conduct after
a altercation
in the 100 block of North Main Street Saturday at 10:04
p.m.

bleeding from an apparent self-inflicted cut to his hand Saturday

7:31 p.m. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

his live-in girlfriend Friday at 10:05 p.m. at their home.
A resident in
the 13000 block of Route 38 reported receiving a
fraudulent check as payment
for the sale of a car Friday at 1:10 p.m.
Harold E. Smith, 66, of 30 Spruce
Drive was charged with theft after he
was caught stealing items at Smoker's
Paradise on West Fifth Street Friday at 9:25 a.m.

Speakers were stolen out of a car parked in the 20000 block of
Northwest
Parkway Thursday night.
Deputies are investigating a report that
a man "mooned" a school bus
full of students on Shirk Road Thursday at 3:15
p.m.
Saturday at 12:58 a.m. deputies stopped a weaving car in the 23000
block
of Hoover Bault Road. Driver Steven C. Nelson, 19, of 353 Sycamore
St.
was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, driving left of
center
and driving under suspension. Passengers Shawn Jones, 18, of 506
Parkway
Drive and Travis M. Gibson, 18, of 22400 Hoover Bault Road were
charged
with underage consumption of alcohol.
Deputies responded to Reed
Street in Milford Center Saturday for a
possible mentally disturbed man. No
charges were filed.
Children's Hospital in Columbus reported Sunday that two
juvenile males,
ages 4 and 8, may have been inappropriately touched by an
adult.
Clint Hemminger, 28, of Richwood was charged with operating a
vehicle
intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign Sunday at 2:32 a.m.
in
Fulton Street in Richwood.
Michael G. Tosco IIII, 26, of Richwood was
charged with operating a
vehicle intoxicated, not driving a seat belt, and
driving outside of
marked lanes Sunday at 2:52 a.m.
Power tools, valued at
$1,500 were stolen from a school bus parked in
the 24000 block of Honda
Parkway sometime between Nov. 15 and Sunday.
Deputies stopped a truck with no
functioning tail lights Saturday at
9:58 p.m. heading westbound on U.S. 33.
Dispatch reported the driver was
a possible bank robbery suspect from a
Cincinnati incident. It was soon
discovered that the driver was not the
suspect and that his information
had been stolen by another person. However,
driver William A. Gaunt, 31,
of Bellefontaine had a bag of marijuana in his
pocket and was charged
with drug possession.
Eight solar lights and
reflectors, valued at $80, were stolen from a
front yard in the 11000 block
of Route 47 Saturday night.

MedFlight
transported a woman for care after a one-car crash in Leesburg
Township.
Saturday at 5:25 a.m. Amy L. Steed, 39, of Marion was
traveling northwest on
Route 347 when she lost control and went off the
right side of the road,
striking a tree. She was taken to Ohio State University Hospital.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 800 block of North Maple
Street reported Thursday at
4:31 p.m. that her 14-year-old son was
threatened while at school.
Possible theft was reported after a person
claimed $60 was missing from
a food order in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue
Thursday at 4:41 p.m.
A resident in the 500 block of North Main Street
reported
telecommunications harassment Thursday at 11:09 p.m. after a suspect
has
been calling his cell phone several times, threatening to rape
and
molest his daughter.
Unknown suspects attempted to break into a home
in the 600 block of
Milford Avenue today at 4:33 a.m.
According to
sheriff's reports:
Sheriff's deputies responded to the 30000 block of January
Road Thursday
at around 4 a.m. for a report that a man had allegedly cut his
wrists in
a suicide attempt. When law enforcement arrived at his home,
they
discovered the suicide attempt was unsubstantiated. The man had driven
a
car through his own home and had caused significant damage to
the
property. No charges have been filed in the incident. The man
reportedly
suffers from mental problems and is receiving care from
Memorial
Hospital of Union County. Earlier in the day the man went to
the
hospital to receive mental care, but was allegedly turned away
because
he did not meet certain criteria. It is unknown if the man caused
the
damage before or after trying to get care.
Eric E. Miller, 18, of 163
Riverwind Drive was charged with possession
of marijuana Wednesday at 9:40
p.m. on Riverwind Drive.

Brett A. Taylor, 44, of 16740 Mackan Road was
charged with domestic
violence after a dispute with his wife in the 500 block
of Allenby Drive
today at 4 a.m.
A resident in the 400 block of West Fifth
Street reported this morning
that someone had forcibly entered his home
sometime during the evening
hours on Wednesday.
Charges are pending
against Shannon E. Hay, 29, of 436 Windsor Drive for
domestic violence, after
assaulting her teenage daughter Wednesday at 11:30 p.m.
A credit card was
recovered in the parking lot of a business in the
15000 block of U.S. 36
Wednesday at 8:15 p.m.
James M. Arms, 32, of Columbus was arrested after a
foot pursuit in the
800 block of Milcrest Drive Wednesday at 4:49 p.m. He was
wanted on an
outstanding warrant from Columbus for theft and
forgery.
Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. a 10-year-old male was arrested on a
probation
violation after threatening to kill a female during a dispute in
the
1700 block of Damos Way.
A business in the 100 block of Emmaus
reported the deposit of a
fraudulent check Wednesday at 12:45 p.m. that was
allegedly part of a
Canadian lottery scam. The check was in the amount of
$3,280. and found
to be drawn on a bogus account from an AEDC Federal Credit
Union.
A stereo was reported stolen from a car sometime over Wednesday
night
and Thursday morning in the 100 block of West Ninth Street.
Police
assisted another agency after information was obtained Wednesday
at 10:44
a.m. regarding an investigation of the misuse of a food stamp
card by an
inmate of the Tri-County Jail in Mechanicsburg. The
investigation was
forwarded to the Champaign County authorities.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Union County Sheriff's deputies assisted the Richwood Police
Department
with arrest of Justin L. McKinney, 18, of 162 N. Franklin St.
Wednesday
at 5:21 p.m. Richwood officers responded to a domestic violence
call at
that home after McKinney threatened suicide and had allegedly
been
sniffing gasoline. He went outside and began shouting profanity
with
children nearby and was aggressive toward a neighbor and his
live-in
girlfriend. McKinney became belligerent during his arrest and
Union
County deputies used a Taser device to bring him under
control.
Richwood Police then charged him with abusing harmful
intoxicants,
domestic violence, persistent disorderly conduct and resisting
arrest.
Justin E. Caldwell, 19, of 33239 Route 31 was charged with
underage
consumption of alcohol Wednesday at 12:43 a.m. after he was
found
unresponsive at a residence in the 32000 block of Water Street in
Essex.
Also charged was Jonathon Klieber, 23, of 32752 Water St. for
an
outstanding failure to appear in court on a past drunk driving
charge.

Assault charges are pending against two 17-year-old males who beat up

18-year-old male at his home in the 1200 block of Woodline Drive
Monday at 8:07 p.m.
Walter C. Floyd, 42, of 120 New Dover Estates was
charged with having an
open container of alcohol inside his car after a
traffic stop on
Delaware Avenue at east Point Plaza Monday at 5:21 p.m.
A
resident in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive reported Monday at 3:15
p.m.
that someone stole $322 from her bank account on Feb. 16

John J. Costell, 48, of Milford Center was arrested for
operating a
vehicle intoxicated Friday at 5:30 p.m. after a traffic stop on
Boerger
Road for speeding.
An unknown person attempted to pry the back
door of a residence in the
8000 block of Estates Court Friday night. No entry
was made and the
incident is under investigation.
A woman in the 18000
block of Miller Road reported she allowed her
boyfriend to borrow her car on
Thursday and he never returned it.
Deputies later found the car in
Marion.
Two female workers reportedly began fighting on a Honda assembly

Sunday night a woman in the

17-year-old daughter was missing. The

A total of $450 was stolen from a of a locked
glove box in a car parked
in the 16000 block of Boundary Road sometime on
Saturday.

A business in the 100 block of East
Fifth Street reported the rear door
had been broken into Friday between 5:30
and 8 p.m. although nothing was
stolen from inside.
Known juveniles are
believed to be responsible for spray painting,

Thursday night in the 500 block of Allenby Drive.
Crystal Goodson, 40, of
Raymond was arrested for driving under
suspension, operating a vehicle
intoxicated, possession of marijuana and
drug paraphernalia Sunday at 1:06
a.m. Goodson reportedly ran a red
light at Cherry Street, near UDF and almost
struck a police cruiser. Her
blood alcohol levels were found to be more than
twice the legal limit.

that known people broke a window to the apartment when trying to

inside. The suspects weren't able to enter. The reports is
under investigation.
A newspaper stand was stolen from Wal-Mart Tuesday at
12:18 p.m.

A projector valued at $1,000,
was reported stolen from a business in the
24000 block of Honda Parkway
Tuesday. The item was believed to have been
taken sometime between Jan. 13

Windmill Drive today at 12:02 a.m. The fight allegedly involved
five people.
A resident in the 300 block of South Walnut Street reported
that her
purse was taken from her car around 8 p.m. on Sunday.

According to sheriff's reports:
The Union County Sheriff's Office is
investigating the death of a 4-month-old male.
According to Lt. Jamie
Patton, Sunday at 11:54 a.m. a relative found
infant Hunter Mills
unresponsive in his bedroom in the home in the 16000
block of Boundary Road.
The child is a twin and the relative went to
check on the children in the
bedroom when the other child began to cry.
The family called 9-1-1 and began
CPR on the child until Northern Union
County fire medics transported him to
Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Doctors later declared the child dead at
the hospital.
Patton said investigators do not suspect foul play, although by
law in
every case of a juvenile death an autopsy must be conducted. The test
is
expected to be held this morning.
A check was reported stolen and then
forged to steal $400 from a
checking account of a resident on Main Street in
Unionville Center Friday at 10:25 a.m.
A fight between a 13-year-old and
12-year-old males was reported Friday
at 9:10 a.m. on a school bus in a New
Dover mobile home park in the
11000 block of U.S. 36.
Theft and possession

allegedly operating a junk yard in Dover Township
without a license on Thursday.
Daniel Evans, 25, of Plain City was charged
with disorderly conduct
after he was intoxicated and hitchhiking along U.S.
42 at Arnold Road
Saturday at 12:37 a.m. A driving going by the area reported
that Evans
was almost hit by a car because he was in the road.
Several
mailboxes were damaged Friday night Saturday morning in the
21000 block of
Wolford Maskill Road.
A hotel room at the American Inn in the 10000 block of
U.S. 42 was found
criminally damaged Friday night.
James L. Isaacs, 25, of
1411 Pleasant Ridge Drive was charged with
domestic violence Sunday at 2:30
a.m. after he struck his father in the
head during an altercation at his
home.
The theft of a 1989 Chevy car was reported Sunday at 10:26 a.m. from

residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs.

that a woman lunged at him with a knife in the
300 block of Court Street
Friday at 8:08 p.m.
An officer recovered a city railroad crossing sign from a
vehicle after
a routine traffic stop in the 600 block of North Main Street
Friday at 7:11 p.m.
Friday night at 5:54 p.m. the downtown Shell gas
station reported that
two people had driven off without paying for
gasoline.
Charges are pending against a 29-year-old male after he
allegedly
assaulted a 25-year-old female outside a business in the 1000 block
of
Columbus Avenue Friday at 1:50 p.m.
Police charged a 16-year-old male
with domestic violence after
assaulting his step-father in the 1000 block of
Rosewood Drive Thursday at 6:14 p.m.
A trailer was reported vandalized

Theft by deception was reported Sunday at 9:22 a.m. after a woman
hired
a person to fix her car for $400. The man has not fixed the car and
has
stolen her tools.
A 17-year-old female was arrested for underage
possession of alcohol
Sunday at 3 a.m. in the parking lot on a business in

North Main Street.
A 15-year-old male was cited for
violating curfew after a traffic stop
on West Ninth Street Sunday at 1:55
a.m.

reported her husband stole her prescription medication.

Police recovered an Apple Ipod after a
residence in the 500 block of
East Sixth Street notified police of the
discovery Saturday at 3:12 p.m.
Officers are investigating if it has been
reported stolen.

Ave. was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated Sunday at 3:08 a.m.
after a traffic stop on U.S. 33.
2/8/06
Police beat
According to the Marysville Police Department the investigation
into a
deceased child is still ongoing.
Monday at 11:03 a.m. 3-month-old
Cohen Gilsinger was found unresponsive
at a private daycare provider at 1527
Rebecca Drive.
Police Chief Floyd Golden reported this morning that the
initial reports
have investigators leaning toward "a SIDS-type
case."
Union County Coroner, Dr. David Applegate, said that SIDS stands
for
Sudden Infant Death Syndrome - a type of death associated with
children
under the age of 1 year old. It can even run in the family and can
be
facilitated by soft bedding and children sleeping on their
bellies.
Applegate said the conclusion of SIDS is only the result of
preliminary
investigations. He still needs to wait four to six weeks for
toxicology
reports to come back.
"But there is no evidence of foul play,"
he said.
Both the parents of the child and the daycare provider, who
was
baby-sitting the child the day of the death, have been cooperating
fully
with Applegate and police.
According to police reports:
Police
are investigating a reported sexual assault that occurred between
two
employees at a restaurant at 404 S. Oak St. Tuesday at 2:26 p.m. A
female
employee claimed that a male employee turned the lights down at
the
restaurant and then forced her up against a wall, touching
her
inappropriately. No charges have been filed at this time.
Lawrence
Highman, 22, of 750 Kenny Lane was charged with domestic
violence after
fighting with his wife Tuesday at 3:09 p.m. in the 700
block of Kenny
Lane.
Ference Kratky, 29, of 466 Allenby Drive was arrested for
domestic
violence Tuesday at 8:43 p.m. near his home. He was
allegedly
intoxicated and when a woman refused to give him his keys to drive,
he
became upset and flipped her out of her chair.
Constance Griffith, 40,
of 120 W. Fourth St. was charged with theft
after she stole cigarettes and
then ran out the back entrance of a
business in the 1000 block of North Main
Street Tuesday at 1:12 p.m.
The Union County Job and Family Services
Department reported the
possible malnutrition of an infant discovered on Jan.
19 in the 400
block of Windmill Drive. The report is being
investigated.

Charges are being reviewed
after a man pulled a gun on a trash truck
driver Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
According to reports the driver of a trash
collection truck attempted to turn
around in the driveway of a residence
in the 18000 block of Cunningham
Arbella Road. The homeowner reportedly
come out of the house, got inside his
car and drove it to block the path
of the trash truck. He then got out and
demanded the keys to the truck.
The driver told him he wouldn't give the man
his keys and the homeowner
then pulled out a gun.
Deputies found a black
filing cabinet off the road on Woodstock Road,
near the railroad tracks
Tuesday at around noon.
According to OSP reports:
One person was injured
in a two-car crash Tuesday at 19:10 at the
intersection of Route 161 at
Industrial Parkway.
Driver Alusine Bayoh, 23 , of Columbus was headed
northeast on Route 161
when he failed to yield on a left hand turn to
Industrial Parkway. He
struck the oncoming car driven by Maureen Kemper, 54,
of Columbus who
was headed southwest on Route 161. Bayoh's passenger Mohaamed
Bayoh, 45,
also of Columbus, was injured in the crash and was transported by
Jerome
medics to Riverside Methodist Hospital. No other injuries were
reported.

According to police reports:
Charges are pending against a 24-year-old Kenton
man for verbally
menacing his ex-wife in the 1000 block of Coventry Place
Monday at 9:21 p.m.
A business in the 400 block of West Fifth Street
reported that the wrong
person picked up prescription medication Monday at
6:36 p.m.

was charged with operating a vehicle

having an open
container of alcohol. Griffith crashed into a ditch on Route
739 at
Miller Road today at 1:29 a.m.
A resident reported that someone
called on Monday to his home in the 200
block of Rose Street, claiming to be
with a sheriff's association. The
person asked for donations for bullet proof
vests. The authenticity of
the charity is in question.

An eight-year-old male was reportedly assaulted
by an adult in the lobby
of an apartment complex in the 200 block of Windsor
Drive Sunday at 3:36 p.m.
A parent reported his two small children told
him Sunday at 1:59 p.m.
that they had been sexually abused by an adult
acquaintance. The Union
County Department of Children's Services was called
to the home and the
report is now under investigation.

damaged the drive

Jason M. Deck, 28, of Columbus was charged with possession of drugs
and
drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 Saturday at
11:17 p.m.
A woman reported her 1993 red Chevy Blazer was stolen from the
parking
lot where she works on London Avenue Sunday at 2:56
a.m.
Christopher Reed Stall, 27, of Thyame, WY. was cited for possession
of
drugs after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 Saturday at 11:17 p.m.

Bunsold, 61, of 18721 Boerger Road was charged with operating a
vehicle
intoxicated, high blood alcohol levels and driving outside of
marked lanes
after a traffic stop in the 600 block of Milford Avenue Saturday at 9:35
p.m.
Saturday at 9 p.m. two 11-year-old males called police after
they
accidentally locked themselves outside of their home in the 600 block
of
Rainbow Drive, while their parent was inside sleeping. Neighbors
and
officers were unable to locate another family member or gain
the
attention of the parent inside. Police finally gained entry
and
discovered the parent was inside and safe.
A business in the 1200
block of West Fifth Street reported theft of an
18-feet-long trailer Saturday
at 2:39 p.m.
Two mailboxes and a real estate sign were found damaged in the
1400
block of Tarragon Drive Saturday at 3:40 a.m.
Daniel C. Powers, 36,
of 1160 W. Fifth St. was charged with operating a
vehicle intoxicated, high
blood alcohol levels, not wearing a seat belt
and not having a front license
plate after a traffic stop in the 700
block of East Fifth Street Saturday at
1:52 a.m.
A resident on Allenby Drive reported Friday to police that
an
acquaintance stole check on Jan. 14 and cashed them in town.
The
violation of a civil protection order was reported Friday at 12:47
p.m. by an
employee of a business on Gables Drive, concerning her ex-husband.
The
front license plate was stolen off of a car parked at the East Point Plaza on
Jan. 27.

Steven L. Gutowitz, 28, of
Columbus was arrested for bribery, resisting
arrest, operating a vehicle
intoxicated and failure to control his car
after he crashed into a field
Saturday at 2:45 a.m. Deputies received
word of the crash and detected the
odor of alcohol on Gutowitz when he
was questioned. He repeatedly offered the
deputy money let him go and
then would not cooperate as he was being
arrested.
Paul B. Frazier, 47, of Columbus was arrested for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated Saturday at 12:13 a.m. after a traffic stop in the
29000 block of Route 31.
Gasoline was stolen from a parked car Sunday on
West State Street in Milford Center.
Andrew J. Denny, 19, of Cable was
arrested for speeding, possession of
drugs and underage possession of alcohol
after a traffic stop on Watkins Road Sunday at 11:46 p.m.

vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop on Industrial Parkway at Post
Road Saturday at 2:45 a.m.
Two people were injured in a three-car crash
Saturday at 2:20 p.m. in
York Township. William E. Temple, 31, of Richwood
was headed southbound
on Route 31 when he lost control and slid left of
center. He struck the
cars of Jay D. Rausch, 37, of 15199 Scottslawn Road and
Roger D. Young,
69, of Ada, who were both headed northbound on the road.
Temple's car
then crashed into a ditch. Young's wife Betty, 69, was injured,
along
with Jake Maher, 11, of Ada. They were transported to Memorial
Hospital
of Union County by Liberty Township medics.

According to police reports:
Sonja Boerger, 42, of 925 W. Fifth St. was
arrested for persistent
disorderly conduct today at 1:34 a.m. after police
found her intoxicated
and in a ditch on Milford Avenue. She was transported
by medics to
Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Criminal mischief was
reported Wednesday at 8:05 p.m. after a resident
in the 900 block of West
Fifth Street discovered an unknown person had
smeared feces on a
car.
Andrew Billing, 21, of 460 Windmill Drive was arrested on a warrant
for
a probation violation Wednesday at 7:27 p.m.
A resident in the 600
block of West Third Street reported Wednesday that
her car was damaged when
it was repossessed on Jan. 6. When she made
payments and picked the car back
up there were dents found on the front bumper.
Attempted burglary was
reported after a resident in the 500 block of
North Main Street found pry
marks on his door Wednesday at 5 a.m. The
unknown person did not get
inside.
Police were searching Wednesday afternoon for a male wearing a
white
sweatshirt and blue ball cap who stole a bottle of liquor from
Community
Markets at 700 Milford Avenue at around 3:22 p.m. The male was
not found.
According to sheriff's reports:
Burglary was reported
Wednesday from a resident in the 27000 block of
Claibourne Road. The front
door was damaged when the person gained entry
to the house, although nothing
has been discovered missing.
Monday night a total of four cars were broken
into at a business in the
10000 block of Industrial Parkway. Stereos were
stolen from inside the
cars, with a total theft of $600.
Wednesday in the
19000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road a man
reported his 2002 Chevy truck
was stolen by a known person from his
business. Charges are expected to be
filed for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
A business owner in the
8800 block of Route 4 reported that sometime
over Tuesday night a firearm was
stolen from inside and damage was made
to a door. The total loss was listed
at $550.

of a wallet from an

Amy
Cardone, 29, of 569 E. 10th St. was arrested at her home on a
failure to
appear in court warrant Tuesday at 9:08 p.m.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Deputies were called to a road rage incident Tuesday at 3:12 p.m.
on
Brock Road at Industrial Parkway. No one was charged with
assault,
because law enforcement heard conflicting stories. A 17-year-old
female
driver had a 19-year-old male passenger, who became involved in
an
altercation with a 55-year-old male driver. Both parties claim that
they
were assaulted. Deputies are trying to determine what actually
happened.
