According to police reports:
A resident in the 900 block of North Maple
Street reported being shot
with a pellet gun fired by a man wearing a mask
Monday at 9:09 a.m. At
the same time, a business employee in the same block
reported to police
that an unknown male shot a pellet gun at his window,
causing damage.
The incidents are currently under investigation.
A
business owner in the 100 block of North Main Street reported finding
pry
marks on the doors, indicating someone had attempted to force entry
but
failed Monday at 8:30 a.m. The incident is currently
under investigation.
Burglary was reported Monday at 10:11 a.m. after a
residence in the 600
block of North Maple Street was broken into and jewelry
was stolen.
Monday at 11 a.m. a resident in the 200 block of Dogwood Drive
reported
an unknown person spray painted the side of the home.
William
Stuart, 44, of 535 Surrey Lane was charged with disorderly
conduct after
incidents occurring at a business in the 400 block of South Oak
Street.
Burglary was reported at a home in the 100 block of Riverwind
Drive
Monday at 4:14 p.m. Several long guns were reported to have been
taken.

An unresponsive 59-year-old male
was assisted by medics in the 20000
block of Davis Road Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
He was transported to Memorial
Hospital of Union County.
Assault charges
are pending against a 14-year-old male after an incident
at the Central Ohio
Youth Center on Route 4 Monday at 8:57 p.m. The
suspect reportedly spit in
the face of another 14-year-old male, who was
being restrained in a chair
after being charged with assault for spitting on people Monday.

A window was found broken out of a church

North Maple Street Friday at 10:39 a.m.
The
garage door opener was stolen from a resident's unlocked car on
Friday in the
400 block of Blackhawk Drive.
James A. Beswick, 24, of 690 Milford Ave. was
arrested on an outstanding
warrant out of Marysville Municipal Court Friday
at 9:45 p.m.
Campaign signs were reported stolen from a property in the 200
block of
Dunham Road Saturday at 2:21 a.m.
A car was stolen out of the 100
block of West Third Street Saturday at
7:51 a.m. Union County Sheriff's
deputies later recovered the vehicle
along the eastbound U.S. 33 lane. The
car had been abandoned and the
engine was still warm. The car was returned
for evidence collection to Marysville Police.
A car was damaged in the 600
block of Milford Avenue Saturday at 1:10 p.m.
Items were stolen from an
unlocked car parked in the 500 block of Grace
Drive Saturday at 1:30
p.m.
Criminal damaging was reported after a resident in the 1000 block
of
West Fifth Street discovered the driver who parked next to her
opened
the door into her car Saturday at 2:58 p.m.

suspension and
drug abuse after a traffic stop on North Maple Street

A resident in the 500 block of North Main Street reported someone
spray
painted the side of the home Sunday at 1:38 p.m.
Vincente Vasquez,
23, of 925 W. Fifth St. was arrested Sunday at 6:29
p.m. after an employee of
a grocery store reportedly witnessed him stealing alcohol.

Griffith, 42, of Warsaw was arrested Sunday at 6:52 p.m. for
operating a
vehicle intoxicated, driving under suspension, and leaving
the scene of a
traffic crash after he struck a car on East Fifth Street.
The occupant of the
struck car was taken to the hospital for possible
injuries from the
crash.

Jonathan M. Vandall, 20, of 564
Allenby Drive was arrested on an
outstanding warrant out of Marysville Sunday
at 9:39 p.m.
A car was discovered damaged in the 600 block of Milford Avenue
Sunday at 10 p.m.
The windows of a car were damaged Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
on Windsor Drive.
Yard ornaments were stolen from property in the 500
block of Allenby
Drive Sunday at 2 p.m.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Ronald Puckett, 45, of 24105 Route 4 was arrested for
vandalism,
felonious assault on an officer, resisting arrest and speeding
after a
traffic stop on Friday at 9:28 p.m. on Route 4 at Route 347.
Puckett
attempted to push a deputy into traffic, made threats and kicked.
Once
apprehended, he then kicked the window out of the cruiser.
A total of
15 checks were reported missing from a business mailbox in
the 8000 block of
Memorial Drive as of Friday at 9:41 a.m. The United
States Postal Service was
contacted and is currently investigating the crime.
Two duffel bags were
located in the 12000 block of Watkins California
Road Friday at 10:10 a.m.
The bags had previously been stolen from an
unknown hotel. The owner was
contacted and the bags were returned.
Four cars were forcibly entered and
unknown items were stolen from
inside Saturday at 12:58 p.m. in the 7000
block of Industrial Parkway.
Deputies responded to a fight in the 19000 block
of Coleman Brake Road
Saturday at 3:25 p.m. A 16-year-old male victim was
seriously assaulted
by a 17-year-old male. The victim was transported for
medical care
because of his wounds. Charges are under investigation against
the 17-year-old suspect.
A 16-year-old male inmate reportedly assaulted a
17-year-old male inmate
at the Central Ohio Youth Center on Route 4 Saturday
at 4:13 p.m.
Assault charges are pending.
Mary Pittroff, 58, of Dunkirk
Drive was arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated, high blood alcohol
concentration and driving outside of
marked lanes Sunday at 2:16 a.m. after a
traffic stop on Route 37 at
Bethlehem Claibourne Road.
Several businesses
in the 8000 block of Corporate Boulevard had numerous
vehicles broken into
sometime over Saturday night and Sunday morning.
Thousands of dollars in
tools and miscellaneous items were taken.
Assault charges are pending against
a 15-year-old inmate from Magnetic
Springs after he spit in the face of a
guard and kicked him Sunday at
8:22 p.m. The inmate then spit in the face of
two other inmates as he was being restrained.

According to sheriff's reports:
Alejandro Orta, 43, of Frisco, Texas, was
arrested today at 1:30 a.m.
for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and
driving outside of marked
lanes after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at U.S. 36
east.
A resident in the 20000 block of Cotton Slash Road reported Thursday
at
9:17 p.m. that $195 in charges were made to her credit card to
purchase
pornography. The card and account were immediately canceled, so
she
suffered no monetary loss.
Charges are currently under review after a
domestic violence incident in
the 12000 block of Mulvaine Road Thursday at
7:59 a.m. An argument over
dinner resulted in a 15-year-old male shoving his
mother, and then the
18-year-old son and father also got involved. The
15-year-old was
transported by medics for injuries receive.
A wallet was
stolen from a residence on East State Street in Milford
center Thursday at
7:28 p.m.
A total of $720 in items were stolen from a residence in the 14000
block
of Kiser Road after a burglary Thursday was discovered at 5:10
p.m.
Deputies are investigating who the driver of a truck was that ran a
bus stop sign Wednesday.

A $400 child
support debit card was stolen from a mailbox in the 900
block of West Fifth
Street Thursday.
A wallet containing $31 and bank cards was stolen from the
600 block of
Meadows Drive Thursday at 2:50 p.m.
An unauthorized purchase
on a debit card was made by an unknown person
at a business in the 16000
block of Square Drive Thursday at 4:26 p.m.
An animated skeleton was
reportedly stolen from a yard in the 500 block

Two elementary school students were reportedly involved
in a fight while

According to police reports:
A 46-year-old man was found dead inside a home
in the 50 block of Poplar
Street Wednesday at 10:03 a.m. The death appears to
have occurred from
natural causes associated with health problems, but is
currently under investigation.
An inflatable skeleton was stolen from a
yard in the 400 block of
Allenby Drive Wednesday at 9:26 a.m.
A truck
belonging to a business in the 700 block of East Sixth Street
was egged
overnight Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
A CD player and a satellite radio
were stolen out of a car parked in the
300 block of Springwood Lane sometime
between 4 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
Pamela A. Snyder, 46, of 265
Dogwood Drive was arrested on a protection
order violation and Jerry
Dodridge, 43, of New Dover was arrested for
disorderly conduct after an
incident involving the two on Spruce Drive
Wednesday at 3:45 p.m.
A cash
register, valued at $250, was stolen from a business in the 200
block of East
Fourth Street sometime in the last two weeks. The register
also contained
$90.
A CD player was stolen out of a car parked on Sorenson Drive
sometime
after 1 a.m. Wednesday. The item was later recovered
nearby.
According to sheriff's reports:
A 12-year-old female reported she
was walking home from a friend's house
in the 21000 block of Route 31
Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. As she walked, a
man inside a Chevy S-10 pick-up truck
stopped and offered her a ride.
When she declined, the man offered the ride
two more times and opened
the door. The girl then left the area and the man
drove off.
Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. a deputy was alerted to a pick-up truck
entering
Union County on Route 4 that had eluded deputies in another
county.
Union County officers spotted the car and followed, observing two
male
occupants inside. The driver later turned around and came back,
with
only one male occupant. The car was stopped in Pharisburg and the
driver
claimed the only people in the car had been himself and his
young
daughter. Then a resident nearby called to report a pick-up truck
had
dropped off a man in the neighborhood, and a man got out and ran
off.
The driver admitted his brother was in the car and was wanted on
a
warrant out of another county. The driver was cited for driving
under
suspension. Charges are pending against the man's brother once he
is located.
According to OSP reports:
One person was possibly injured
in a two-car crash Tuesday at 8 a.m. in
Jerome Township. Tammy A. Carpenter,
34, of Richwood was driving east on
U.S. 33 and slowed for traffic when a
vehicle driven by Melissa E.
James, 19, of Mt. Victory struck the rear end of
Carpenter's vehicle.
James was cited for failure to leave assured clear
distance ahead.

According to police reports:
Numerous reports of thefts from parked unlocked
cars overnight Tuesday.
Police reported cars on Sorenson Drive, Poppy Lane,
Spring Lane, Quail
Hollow Drive, Aspen Drive, Evergreen Drive and Brookstone
Drive all were
hit. Miscellaneous items were stolen, including: CDs, DVDs,
clothing,
cash, a satellite radio and Blue Jacket hockey tickets. The thefts
are
currently under investigation.
A bus driver reported a citizen yelling
obscenities in the 17000 block
of Echo Drive regarding where the bus was
parked Tuesday at 8:55 a.m.
An unknown person reportedly threw a rock into
the windshield of a car
parked in the 200 block of Windsor Court Tuesday at
12:05 p.m.
While officers were investigating a criminal damaging report in
the 500
block of Millwood Boulevard Tuesday at 1:51 p.m. a dog approached
an
officer in a violent manner and attempted to bite. The animal
was
controlled with the use of a Taser.
A resident in the 500 block of
North Main Street reported Tuesday at
6:23 p.m. that her son was assaulted by
two known individuals. No
charges have been filed.
Joshua A. Skaggs, 25,
of Enon was charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia after a traffic
stop on South Main Street at Eighth Street
Tuesday at 9:19 p.m.

A Marysville golf course reported suspects caused
$2,500 in damages to a
golf cart Tuesday at 6:46 p.m. in the 13000 block of
Route 38.
A 13-year-old female from the 22000 block of Darby Pottersburg Road
was
sent to the Central Ohio Youth Center on unauthorized use of a
motor
vehicle charges. The juvenile had taken the car to pick up her
boyfriend
Tuesday at 8:33 p.m.
A total of $458 was charged to a credit
card of a resident in the 13000
block of Hinton Mill Road Tuesday at 7:53
p.m.
Unruly charges are pending against a 14-year-old female from the
13000
block of U.S. 36 East, for not going to school Tuesday at 9:06
p.m.
A resident reported today at 4:27 a.m. that he left home Tuesday
and
made several stops during the day with his vehicle. At some point
he
realized both of his license plates had been stolen at
unknown locations.

Richard D. Ellis, 26, of Bowling Green was
arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 31
today at 2:27 a.m.
Cash was reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle parked
in the 100
block of Grove Street Monday.
Theft was reported Monday at 3:50
p.m. regarding an unpaid electric
bill, after unauthorized use by an
acquaintance in the 300 block of Plum Street.
Cash was stolen from a
vehicle parked in the 600 block of Mill Wood
Boulevard Monday night.
A
woman reported losing prescription medication at an unknown location
within
the city Monday at 8 p.m.
A male subject entered a gas station in the 16000
block of Allenby Drive
and stole alcohol today at 2:14 a.m.
Today at 2:22
a.m. a resident in the 20 block of Cottonwood Drive
reported someone entered
the home and stole a video game system.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Deputies arrested a 14-year-old Richwood male for driving without
a
license, obstructing official business and driving with expired
license
plates, after a traffic stop on Lemaster Road Monday at 5:03 p.m.
The
juvenile refused to provide his correct age and birthdate. In
addition,
charges are pending for juvenile possession of drug paraphernalia
after
deputies found items within the car during a search. The mother
then
asked deputies to search the male's room at home and more
drug
paraphernalia items were found.
William England, 21, of Mt. Victory
was charged with driving without a
license, possession of an open container
of alcohol and was arrested for
unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Monday at
3:31 p.m. A woman in the
33000 block of Route 31 reported his brother showed
up unannounced and
took her husband's car.
According to OSP reports:
A
crash between a semi truck and a farm tractor left a portion of U.S.
36
closed in Paris Township for almost eight hours Sunday. At 7:50 p.m.
Robert
Fogle, 48, of Middleburg was eastbound on U.S. 36 in a 1998 Case
C-70
tractor. At the same time driver Franklin Wolfe, 70, of
Donaldsville was
headed east behind Fogle in a 1984 semi truck. Fogle
slowed in traffic to
turn right into a private drive, but his vehicle
lacked flashing lights on
the trailer. Wolfe collided into the rear end
of the tractor and then veered
off the right side of the road. According
to a press release, when officials
were attempting to clear the roadway,
the semi truck trailer broke in half,
spilling its contents. As a
result, U.S. 36 was closed for seven hours and 58
minutes while the
packages were picked up. An investigation is pending on the
crash.
Robert Davis, 49, of Hilliard was arrested for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated Saturday at 12:04 a.m. after a traffic stop on Route
42.
Jeffrey Pombert, 41, of Ostrander was arrested for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 42 Sunday at 1:06
a.m.

with domestic violence and violation of a

conduct after incidents at his
residence Sunday at 2:46 a.m.
A resident in the 300 block of West Third
Street reported that a 16
year-old female has been missing for more than five
days Friday at 8:07 a.m.

reported his wife
missing after having marital problems. The report was filed
Saturday at 2:48 p.m.
A resident in the 600 block of Mill Wood Boulevard
reported damage to
her vehicle after having it egged and desecrated Sunday at
12:18 a.m.
A resident in the 1100 Rosewood Drive reported a purse taken from
an
unlocked vehicle during the night. The report was filed Sunday at
10 a.m.
A dispute was reported in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 East Sunday
at 2:02
p.m. about the treatment of a child. Both were patrons in a
store.
A father in Aspen Drive reported that his 15 year-old son was
unruly Sunday at 5:30 p.m.
Suspicious conditions were reported in the 600
block of Milford Avenue

A resident in the 500 block of
North Main Street reported physical abuse
to a grandson after witnessing
injuries to his face Sunday at 7 p.m.
A resident in the 500 block of East
Fifth Street reported a possible
drug overdose Saturday at 11:34 a.m. The
individual was taken to the hospital.
A 47-year-old female was taken from
the 500 block of Poppy Lane to the
hospital after concerns of drug abuse and
suicidal comments Sunday at 8:40 p.m.

reports:
Several teens were charged with underage drinking Saturday
after
officers responded to a 9:30 p.m. call of suspicious conditions on
Gandy
Eddy Road. Charged were Wendi Cantrell, 19, Jamie Bucher, 19, both
of
Plain City; Samantha Beany, 20, of 1376 Valley Drive; Justin Weis,
19,
of Raymond; Christopher Johnson, 19, 121 Second St.; and Mary Grove,
18,
of West Mansfield. Charges are pending against a 16-year-old female
and
17 year-old male, both from Marysville. The incident remains
under
investigation and other charges are pending at this time
following
consideration by the prosecuting attorney.
Edward Snyder, 50,
13436 U.S. 36, was charged with disorderly conduct
Friday at 5:21 p.m. after
officers received a report that an unknown
male was walking in the roadway
along U.S. 36, east of Marysville. He
was carrying an open container and
extremely impaired. The officer took him home.
Numerous thefts were
reported throughout the county during the weekend.
The owner of a vehicle
reported that he had left his vehicle at a South
Mill Street business in
Milford Center for service, but later saw it
parked along East State Street
in Milford Center.
Prescription medication was reported missing from a
residence in the
23000 block of Patrick Brush Run Road Saturday at 10:40 a.m.
The
medication has been missing since Oct. 17.
A purse was removed from an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 26000 block
of Claibourne Road between 8 and
10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Frozen food and electronic items were reported missing
from a residence
in the 11000 block of Sanders Road Sunday at 6:52 p.m. There
was
evidence of forced entry.
A woodburning stove was reportedly taken
from an outbuilding in the
14000 block of Payne Road Sunday at 8:01
p.m.
Officers responded to a domestic incident involving a husband and
wife
Sunday at 3:44 a.m. in the 14000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive.
No
charges were filed.
A fight was reported at the Central Ohio Youth
Center between an 11
year-old male and 15 year-old male Sunday at 5:21 p.m.
Probation
officers have been contacted.

According to police reports:
Drug charges are pending against Andrew Turner,
24, of Kenton and Ginger
Brooks, 22, of Lima after a traffic stop on Thursday
at 5:25 p.m. The
two were stopped by police on U.S. 33 at Scottslawn Road in
connection
with the theft of DVDs from Wal-Mart Supercenter that occurred
earlier that day.
The DVDs were found in the vehicle, along with syringes
with the
possible use for administering heroin.
Drug charges are pending a
laboratory study.
Power washing materials were stolen from an enclosed truck
bed Thursday
at 1:23 p.m. in the 1000 block of Watkins Glen Road.
A
14-year-old Marysville High School student was charged with possession
of
drugs after he was caught with marijuana, prescription pills and
cigarettes
Thursday at 7:25 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Assault charges are
pending after a 13-year-old London male and a
15-year-old Marysville male
were caught fighting at the Central Ohio
Youth Center on Route 4 Thursday at
5:57 p.m.
Deputies are investigating two known suspects who allegedly
drove
through a yard in the 9600 block of Industrial Parkway. The
resident
reported the incident Thursday at 10:15 p.m.

reports:
One person was injured in a one-car crash Wednesday at 11 p.m.
Weston
Henault, 18, of 20725 Dogleg Road was reportedly headed east on Dog
Leg
Road when he lost control on a curve because of excessive speed. He
went
off the right side of the roadway, damaging a yard, then striking
a
parked pick up truck. Henault suffered minor injuries and was
not
transported. A female passenger, whose name was unavailable before
press
time, was also injured and transported for medical care at
Memorial
Hospital of Union County.
Adam McGough, 19, of Plain City was
arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop today at
12:23 a.m. on U.S. 33 at Route 42.

According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies reported that Thursday at 9:33 a.m.
an emergency call come
regarding a 2-month-old male who was found not
breathing in the 18000
block of Raymond Road. The infant was taken to the
hospital, where he
was later pronounced dead. An autopsy is currently being
conducted.
Sheriff's investigators reported that no foul play is
suspected.
Tuesday at 5:37 p.m. a traffic s top on Route 739 at Baldwin
Road
resulted in the investigation of possible drug paraphernalia
found
inside the car. The evidence was submitted for testing, so no
charges
have been filed at this time against a suspect.
A possible
burglary was reported Wednesday at 6:14 p.m. in the 23000
block of Holy Cross
Epps Road. Between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. that day
someone entered the home and
stole an Xbox game machine and a 12-pack of
Mountain Dew.
According to
police reports:
An employee of a business in the 1000 block of Columbus
Avenue reported
that her payroll check did not clear her financial
institution. This
occurred between Oct. 6-18. The report was filed Wednesday
at 9:26 a.m.
A satellite radio valued at $100 was stolen from an unlocked
vehicle in
the 1800 block of Creekview Drive sometime overnight. The report
was
filed Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
A female resident in the 400 block of
Allenby Drive allegedly ingested
an over abundance of prescription medication
following an argument with
her husband Wednesday at 9:56 a.m.
A 16
year-old female who resides on Allenby Drive was reported missing
when she
did not return home from school Wednesday. She is believed to
be with another
missing teenage girl.
A 17 year-old female reported that she was threatened
Wednesday at 11 a.m.
A resident in the 200 block of Caddie Drive reported
that a family
member had taken his vehicle without permission on Monday.
A
resident in the 1600 block of Sassafras Lane reported this his vehicle
was
ransacked overnight, but nothing of value was stolen.
A bike was reportedly
stolen from a residence in the 300 block of west
Seventh Street Wednesday at
3:58 p.m.
A CD player and cigarettes were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in
the
1100 block of Village Drive.
CDs and a backpack were stolen from an
unlocked vehicle in the 1400
block of Sassafras Lane sometime overnight. The

Wednesday at 8:37 p.m.
A resident in the 1300 block of
Bay Laurel Drive reported that an
unknown person entered his vehicle parked
in the driveway and stole a
police badge and medical pack. The report was
filed Wednesday at 9:10 p.m.
A business in the 700 block of Clymer Road
reported the theft of a
semi-tractor after the driver failed to return the
truck at midnight
Wednesday following the termination of his employment. The
report was
filed today at 4:30 a.m.

Driver
Bruce Jones, 50, of Galloway was headed east on U.S. 33 at Route
42 Wednesday
at 9:05 p.m. when a deer ran into the road from the north.
He swerved to
avoid the animal, going off the right side of the road,
striking a tree.
Jones was transported by Jerome medics to Doctor's
Hospital West for
injuries.

According to police reports:
John Hornsby, 50, of 17130 Middleburg Plain City
Road was cited for
failure to control his vehicle after he lost control and
went off the
right side of Coleman's Crossing Boulevard, near Industrial
Parkway. He
struck a support wire to an electrical pole and damaged his car.
Hornsby
was injured in the crash and transported by Marysville medics
to
Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Rachel A. Kerr, 28, of Columbus was
arrested Tuesday at 2:03 a.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated and driving
left of center, after a
traffic stop on North Main Street at Pine
Drive.
The owner of a business in the 700 block of North Main Street
found
three juveniles in his rental property Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
The
juveniles had not been identified at the time of the report.
A
15-year-old female student at Marysville High School was reported
missing by

According to sheriff's reports:
Monday
at 8:46 p.m. a woman reported a possible domestic incident
involving her
husband in the 30000 block of Osbourne Road. The man left
before deputies
arrived and allegedly took several of his guns with him.
She feared for his
safety. The man was later found by Marion Police
officers, but had no
weapons. On Tuesday Marysville police reported that
Marion officers updated
the investigation had confiscated three guns
they found. No charges have been
filed.
A security officer at the Union County Sheriff's Office found
a
prescription bottle of medication in the lobby Monday at 8 a.m.
The
bottle had not been claimed by 4 p.m.
Deputies were called to
Darbyview Street in Unionville Center Tuesday at
1:27 a.m. after a woman
reported a possible fight between her ex-husband
and her new boyfriend. When
deputies arrived the ex-husband had left
without incident. No charges were
filed.
A man in the 19000 block of Pine Lane Road reported that while he
was
gone between Saturday and Monday he found his dog had died
unexpectedly.
He also found pry marks on his door, although nothing was found

chicken.
Later in the day the dog returned and killed the rest.
Saturday
at 3:24 p.m. deputies charged Larry Schaffer, 67, of 15839
Valleyview Drive
for failure to confine his dog. A mail carrier reported
delivering a letter
to a home in the area and a dog came running out and
bit her on both legs.
When deputies arrived to investigate a loose dog
was in the area, which then
tried to bite the tires of the car and was
generally showing aggressive
behavior. The dog was then transported to
the Humane Society to be held.
A
man in the 200 block of Converse Drive reported a possible drug
offense
Saturday at 5:30 p.m. When he was released from jail the man
picked up his
prescription medication and discovered that numerous pills
were missing. A
female suspect is being investigated.
Shannon Wilson, 30, of West Mansfield
was arrested Sunday at 1:15 a.m.
for operating a vehicle intoxicated, driving
outside of marked lanes and
high blood alcohol concentration after a traffic
stop on Powder Lick

A possible rape report was
forwarded to investigators in Troy Friday at
10:54 a.m. Officials from
Memorial Hospital of Union County reported
that a 7-year-old female
complained of possible sexual abuse from a
family member she had been living
with in Troy.
Robert Scheeler, 26, of 56 Sumac Drive was arrested for
possession of
drug paraphernalia and for an outstanding warrant out of
Marysville
Saturday at 5:56 a.m. Deputies responded to the 10000 block of
U.S. 42
for a domestic incident involving an argument between him and
his
girlfriend. While at the residence, deputies spotted drug
paraphernalia
and the canine drug unit found more drug-related
paraphernalia.
Sometime between Oct. 8 and Saturday a water softener and
rolls of
insulation were stolen from a property being renovated in the
14000
block of Pleasant Ridge Drive.

Samuel Fetty, 24, of Plain City was
driving south on Brock Road at
Industrial parkway, when he lost control and
went off the right side of
the road, striking a ditch, a phone box, before
overturning. Brock was
injured and transported by MedFlight to Ohio State
University Hospital.
He was cited for operating a vehicle intoxicated and
failure to control his vehicle.
Wendy Durger, 29, of Gahanna was arrested
Sunday at 1:28 a.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop
on Route 161, east of Homer Road.

Telephone harassment was reported Tuesday at 5:45 p.m. by a
resident in
the 14000 block of Bellepoint Road. Calls began in early summer
and have
escalated, receiving 24 calls in past two days. A call was
received
while an officer was present. The officer spoke to an unidentified
male
subject who stated it was a prank going through the high school.
Subject
refused to give his identity and was counseled to pass the word to
cease
or charges would be filed.

According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies learned that a 10-year-old female
told her parents two men in a
silver pick-up truck had tried to get her to go
into their car Monday at
around 3:10 p.m. in the 7000 block of Weldon Road.
She reported the
incident to her parents at around 7 p.m.
Dawn Dunn, 25,
of Blacklick was arrested Sunday at 11 a.m. for
identification fraud.
Deputies stopped at a residence on Scottslawn Road
at Weaver Road for a
possible domestic violence incident. On the scene,
both suspects in the fight
denied anything was wrong. When asking their
information, the deputy
discovered Dunn told a different name than was
on her driver's license. She
had apparently obtained a birth certificate
illegally and created a
fraudulent card.
Monday at 1 p.m. deputies began investigating an alleged
child abuse
report which occurred in the 21000 block of Route 31. The report
was
discovered from officials at a Marysville school, concerning
an 11-year-old male.
A total of $1,000 in damages was reported after a
resident in the 29000
block of January Road discovered someone made quarter
sized holes in the

vehicle intoxicated and
driving outside of marked lanes after a traffic
stop on Route 347 at Route 31
today at 1 a.m.
According to police reports:
A 13-year old Marysville male
was cited for disorderly conduct Monday at
8:10 a.m. after a domestic
incident in the 300 block of North Maple Street.
A concession stand was
broken into on Marysville football property in
the 600 block of Amrine Mill
Road Monday at 9:26 a.m.
Cash was reported stolen from a car parked in the
500 block of Surrey
Lane overnight Sunday to Monday morning.
Police are
investigating the possible child abuse of a 3-year-old female
in the 500
block of Amrine Mill Road.
A resident in the 200 block of West Ninth Street
reported Monday at 1
p.m. that a known suspect may have stolen her purse in
the last few weeks.
Damon C. Lensman, 30, of West Liberty was arrested
Monday at 2:57 p.m.
on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop on U.S.
33.
Cash and an MP3 player were stolen from two cars parked in the 700
block
of West Eighth Street Sunday night or Monday morning.
Dustin Ford,
20, of 1546 Rebecca Drive was arrested Monday at 6:12 p.m.
on an outstanding
warrant.
Pamela Rognon, 43, of Surrey Lane was arrested on an outstanding
warrant
Monday at 7 p.m.
Charles R. South, 46, of 304 Magnolia Drive was
arrested Monday at 11:33
p.m. on an outstanding warrant.
Mac Davidson, 20,
of 734 W. Fifth St. was arrested on a warrant for a
liquor violation at

caught throwing rocks at a
parked car in the 600 block of Milford Avenue
Sunday at 7 p.m.
A resident reported Friday at 8:12 a.m. that someone was
trying to
burglarize her home in the 100 block of Windsor Drive. The report
is
currently under investigation.
Friday at 9:21 a.m. a business in the
700 block of South Maple Street
reported theft of items from an
employee.
A Marysville business owner reported finding items previously
stolen
from him for sale at a pawn shop in town Friday at 5:36
p.m.
Christopher A. Cowen, 21, of 608 Meadows Drive was arrested on
an
outstanding warrant Friday at 8:10 p.m.
Cash was stolen from a vehicle
parked on Charles Lane Friday at 8:50 p.m.
Jack L. Richardson, 24, and
Meagan Richardson, 25, both of 17189 Glen
Ellyn Drive were arrested on an
outstanding warrant Friday at 9 p.m.
James A. Beswick, 24, of 690 Milford
Avenue was arrested for driving
under suspension and possession of drug
paraphernalia after a traffic
stop on Allenby Drive Friday at 10:21
p.m.
Shane A. Rangos, 35, of 246 W. Fourth St. was cited for having
a
habitually barking dog, after an officer responded to the home Friday
at
11:24 p.m. because of a complaint.
A car was reported stolen out of a
garage sometime over Friday night or
Saturday morning in the 500 block of
Surrey Lane.
Lynna M. Bruan, 30, of 169 Hemlock Drive was arrested on an
outstanding
warrant out of Darke County Saturday at 2:44 p.m.
Keith A.
Cooper, 37, of 722 Collins Ave. was arrested for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated and possession of an open container of alcohol after
a traffic
stop Saturday at 10:08 p.m. on Grove Street.
A camcorder and DVD player were
stolen from a residence in the 400 block
of East Sixth Street Saturday at 11
p.m.
Bob Case, 31, of 13690 Hinton Mill Road was arrested on an
outstanding
warrant Saturday at 11:19 p.m.
A vehicle was reported damaged
sometime over Saturday night in the 200
block of Greenwood Boulevard.
The
door of a car was damaged and a stereo speaker was stolen from
inside
Saturday night or Sunday morning in the 1600 block of Meadowlark Lane.
Mac
Davidson, 20, of 734 W. Fifth St. was arrested on an outstanding
warrant
today at 2:42 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Richard Smith, 37, of
13163 Route 347 was arrested for one count of
domestic violence after
allegedly striking his 16-year-old daughter
Saturday at 11:03 p.m. at his
home during an argument. The daughter
reportedly had injury marks on her face
and neck.
A total of $650 in cash and household items were reported stolen
from a
rental property Saturday at 4 p.m. in the 9000 block of Mojave
Circle.
No charges have been filed, although suspects are being
investigated.
Jennifer Roberts, 24, of 456 Allenby Drive was arrested for
operating a
vehicle intoxicated and driving outside of marked lanes Saturday
at 4:11
a.m. after a traffic stop in the westbound lanes of U.S.
33.
Steven Day, 35, of Nelsonville was arrested for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated and speeding after a traffic stop on West State Street
in
Milford Center Saturday at 3:20 a.m.
Brett Sheets, 18, of Richwood was
cited for underage consumption and
possession of alcohol Friday at 8:06 p.m.
after a stop on Bethlehem
Claibourne Road at Route 37. He was the passenger
in the vehicle.
Approximately $8,280 in jewelry was stolen from a residence
in the 8000
block of Unionville Road sometime between Aug. 24 and Thursday at
11:18 a.m.
