4/20/07
According to police reports:
A resident in the 500 block of Palm Drive
reported someone used her
credit card without permission in West Palm Beach,
Fla., Friday,
charging $851.54.
A business in the 14500 block of
Industrial Parkway reported Friday that
an outgoing shipment of lawn
insecticide going to a known location did
not make it to the warehouse and is
missing.
Brian E. Arms, 41, of Milford Center, was arrested Friday at 7:40
p.m.
on an outstanding warrant issued by Marysville Municipal Court. Arms
was
also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a
marijuana
pipe and rolling papers were found in his possession.
A resident
on West Fourth Street reported that someone stole her son's
black hat while
at a business in the 300 block of West Third Street Friday.
A 16-year-old
male in the 600 block of Rainbow Drive was charged with
underage consumption
and unruliness after his mother reported him to be
intoxicated Saturday at
midnight.
Syrus R. Saxton, 21, and Darrell L. Moore, 29, both of Kenton,
were
charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia after a
traffic
stop Saturday at 1:43 a.m. on Route 4 at Scott Farms
Boulevard.
Two young girls walking a dog in the park in the 400 block of East
Ninth
Street reported Saturday at 8 p.m. that they were approached by
an
unknown man who showed them a knife. This report is currently
under investigation.
Ryan Christopher Brenneis, 29, of 1081 Mill Park
Drive, was arrested and
charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated Saturday
at 9:27 p.m. after
a traffic stop on Mill Road at Northwoods
Drive.
Saturday at 11:24 p.m. police found a Packard Bell computer monitor on
a
sidewalk on West Fifth at Court streets Saturday at 12:34 a.m.
A 1986
Cadillac with heavy damage was found in the 400 block of Windmill
Drive
Sunday at 1:21 a.m. The owner of the car was contacted and
reported it had
been taken by her "soon to be ex-boyfriend"' who had
driven to
Marysville.
Amanda J. Sivey, 23, of Richwood, was arrested and charged
with
operating a vehicle intoxicated and failure to move over and use
caution
during a traffic stop in the 18000 block of Route 4 Sunday at 12:31
a.m.
A 15-year-old male in the 200 block of Bridgewater Drive reported
Sunday
at 6:30 p.m. that a 17-year-old male has been menacing while
at
Marysville High School.
Russell D. Fields, 39, of 418 Collins Ave., was
arrested and charged
with assault after a fight with his girlfriend Sunday at
10:59 p.m.
John T. Salyers, 27, of 517 Amrine Mill Road, Herman J. Nienhaus,
40, of
225 Elwood Ave., and Daniel T. Patrick, 25, of 517 Amrine Mill
Road,
were charged with disorderly conduct after a fight in the 500 block
of
Amrine Mill Road Saturday at 8 p.m. Charges are also pending
against
Salyers for possession of drugs.
According to sheriff's
reports:
The doors and center console were reportedly stolen from a Jeep
vehicle
which had been dropped off for repairs at a business in the 7000
block
of Memorial Drive Tuesday. The theft may have occurred between April
20
and 23 and items lost are valued at $1,200.
A possible sexual crime is
being investigated. On April 22, a resident
in Paris Township reported that a
15-year-old female was allegedly
approached by a family friend to perform
sexual favors for money. The
report is under investigation.
Amber Cellar,
20, of Raymond, was charged with underage consumption of
alcohol Saturday at
5:20 a.m. in the 14000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive.
Prescription
medication was reported missing from a home in the 9000
block of Route 4
Saturday.
Investigators are looking into a reported sexual imposition
crime
involving an adult male and a 7-year-old female victim. The crime
was
reported Saturday at 3:10 p.m. and may have occurred in Taylor
Township.
Sunday at 11:20 a.m. a business in the 8000 block of Corporate
Boulevard
was forcefully entered and a Ford truck loaded with a trailer and
lawn
care equipment was stolen, valued at $24,100.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 200 block of Greenwood
Boulevard reported Thursday at
11:23 a.m. that her vehicle may have been
damaged while it was being
towed due to a traffic arrest.
A resident in
the 700 block of South Plum Street reported Thursday at
1:14 p.m. that her
$5,000 wedding band has been stolen.
Jamie L. Sanders, 34, 113 1/2 South Main
Street was arrested Thursday at
5:39 p.m. on an outstanding warrant from the
Marysville Municipal Court.
A 17-year-old female resident in the 500
block of North Main Street was
arrested Thursday at 8:22 p.m. on a juvenile
warrant through the Marysville Juvenile Court.
Courtney J. Rigsby, 18, 604
Chestnut Street was arrested Thursday at
9:15 p.m. on an outstanding warrant
from the Marysville Municipal Court.
Diane Kurtz, 38, 329 Mound St., was
reported missing Friday at 12:21
a.m. She was later arrested for disorderly
conduct after being found
reportedly intoxicated outside her
residence.

Possible computer fraud was
reported Thursday at 3:31 p.m. in the 7000
block of Industrial
Parkway.
Theft was reported Thursday at 2:22 p.m. in the 8000 block of
Estates
Court. A credit card had been used to make unauthorized purchases

According to police reports:
Lucas N. Bender, 26, of 1522 La Costa Drive, was
arrested and charged
with criminal damaging and criminal trespassing today at
2:07 a.m. He
was reportedly banned from the Lee Dog's Locker Room bar on
North Main
Street and failed to comply. Bender was later arrested after he
was
observed slashing tires to three cars parked near his home.
Jeffrey R.
Logan, 20, of 606 E. Sixth St., was arrested on an
outstanding warrant issued
by the Marysville Municipal Court Wednesday at 9:42 p.m.
The driver side
door of a car was damaged on a Mazda while parked at a
business in the 300
block of South Main Street Wednesday.
Dimon L. Duncan, 29, of 876 Watkins
Glen Blvd., was arrested Wednesday
at 5:39 p.m. for disorderly conduct after
a fight at his home.
Change and numerous CDs were stolen from a car parked in
the 400 block
of East Sixth Street Tuesday night.
A credit card was stolen
from a car parked in the 300 block of Walnut
Street Tuesday night.
Timothy
A. George, 19, of Marion, was arrested and charged with felony
theft and
possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday at 6:45 a.m. He was
found in the
100 block of Chestnut Street after a report of a suspicious
male in the area.
Drug paraphernalia and stolen items were found in his possession.
Breaking
and entering was reported in the 200 block of South Oak Street
Wednesday
morning after a resident said someone opened a window and
entered the garage
and stole items in his car, such as a can of air
conditioning refrigerant,
sunglasses and cash.
Numerous CDs, cigarettes and sunglasses were stolen from
an unlocked car
parked in the 300 block of South Oak Street Tuesday
night.
Charles Richardson, 26, of Texas, was arrested and charged
with
operating a vehicle while intoxicated after a traffic stop on North
Main
Street at Third Street Wednesday at 2:10 a.m.
A resident in the 400
block of Wilderness Drive reported that an unknown
person stole several
credit/gift cards, a personal ID, a wireless
transmitter and an Ipod from his
car Tuesday. The combined theft was
valued at $350.
Autumn Farmer, 24, and
Christopher Farmer, 30, both of 460 Windmill
Drive Apt. 6, were arrested and
charged with disorderly conduct after a
verbal altercation at the home
Tuesday at 8:50 p.m.
A business in the 100 block of North Main Street
reported that a
Nintendo Wii controller and HD cable were stolen from his
home Tuesday.

According to sheriff's reports:
Sheriff's deputies are investigating a
possible arson which occurred
Tuesday at about 8 p.m. in the 17000 block of
Route 347.
Liberty Township Fire Chief Lloyd Segner said this morning that
crews
went to 17123 Route 347 for a storage shed engulfed in flames.
The
structure had no walls, since it was mostly dismantled, so there was
no
property value lost.
He said early investigations indicate that the
fire may have been started by a child.
"We think it was a child playing
with matches," Segner said.
Crews were on the scene cleaning up the fire
until 10 p.m. No injuries were reported.
Steven Billow, 50, of Plain City
was cited for failure to confine his
dog and failure to immunize his dog,
after it was found wandering free
and bit someone Sunday in the 9000 block of
Harriott Road at 4:57 p.m.
The injuries to the victim were not serious.
A
car in the 30000 block of Lemaster Road was shot in the windshield
with a BB
gun Monday.
A call was made to deputies regarding possible shots fired on
Greenfield
Drive in Union Township Tuesday at 2:44 a.m. The incident
was
investigated and was determined to be caused by a resident trying to
get
into his own car with a hammer, after locking the keys
inside.

A business in the 900 block of West
Fifth Street reported that they
received two bad checks totaling $180.53
Tuesday at 9:42 a.m.
Steven D. North, 51, of 231 1/2 W. Fourth St. was
arrested Tuesday at
12:13 p.m. on an outstanding warrant issued by the
Marysville Municipal Court.
A resident in the 700 block of Meadows Drive
was reportedly involved in
a dispute over a vehicle her boyfriend purchased
from another person
Tuesday at 2:55 p.m. No charges were filed.
Someone
stole 40 to 45 CDs from a car parked in the 100 block of Grove Street
Tuesday.
A small bag of marijuana was found in the hallway at the
Marysville
Middle School by a staff member Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
A resident
of Richwood reported that she lost a diamond ring valued at
$3,500 at a
business in the 200 block of North Main Street Tuesday at 5:26 p.m.

According to police reports:
Several windshields were shot out at a car
business in the 400 block of
North Main Street, as reported on Monday.
A
13-year-old male was charged with persistent disorderly conduct
after
disruptive behavior while in class at the Marysville Middle
School Monday.
Theft of services was reported on Triple Crown Way, after
someone was
using the trash receptacle without permission.
A purse was
stolen from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of West
Seventh Street sometime
over Saturday night and reported Monday.
Several CDs, school books and other
items were stolen from a car parked
in the 400 block of Windsor Drive Friday
night and reported Monday.
Unauthorized purchases were made on a debit card,
as reported Monday by
a resident on West Fifth Street.
A saw was reported
stolen from a business being remodeled on U.S. 36 Monday.
Two juvenile
females, ages 15 and 16, were cited for curfew violations,
possession of
drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic
stop in the 400
block of Windmill Drive at 11 p.m. Monday.
A vehicle was reportedly keyed
while parked in the Wal-Mart Supercenter
parking lot Monday
evening.
According to sheriff's reports:
Several parts were reportedly
stolen from some farm equipment in the
32000 block of West Mansfield-Mt.
Victory Road, as reported Friday at 2
p.m. The value of the items was placed
between $800 to $900.
Monday at 7:32 a.m., a concrete lawn angel was reported
stolen Sunday
night from a residence on Commercial Street in Milford
Center.
Holly Elliott, 25, of Dublin, was charged with falsification
after
providing deputies with the wrong identification information,
driving
under suspension and driving with headphones on Monday at 1:35
p.m.
after a traffic stop on Route 347.
Monday at 3:50 p.m., Eugene
Slaughter, 59, of 507 W. Ninth St., was
charged with driving past a stopped
Fairbanks Elementary School bus.
The soft top of a Jeep was stolen Monday
from the 7000 block of
Industrial Parkway.
An Ipod and digital camera were
stolen from property in the 15000 block
of Jolly Road sometime on Monday. The
stolen items had a combined value
of about $300.

One person was injured in a rollover crash in Washington Township
this morning.
At 6:55 a.m. driver Iris Vansky, 66, of Mt. Victory, was
headed north on
Route 31 between Cunningham Arbella and Lingrell roads.
According to
reports, Vansky fell asleep at the wheel and as a result went
off the
right side of the roadway. She woke up and overcorrected, then went
off
the left side of the road, causing the vehicle to rollover.
Vansky was
injured and transported by Southeast Hardin County medics to
Memorial
Hospital of Union County. MedFlight was reportedly placed on
standby, but was
not needed.

arrested Friday at 9:52
a.m. on an outstanding warrant.
Jami C. Pickard,
21, of 1761 Damos Way, was arrested for possession of
drug paraphernalia
after a traffic stop on London Avenue Friday at 8:11 p.m.
A large flower
pot was found damaged in downtown Marysville at Fifth and
Main streets
Saturday after midnight.
Several thefts from cars were reported throughout
the weekend. Police
discovered a car door open in the 200 block of West Ninth
Street
Saturday at 5:25 a.m. The owner found CDs, a phone charger and
golf
shoes were stolen. The shoes were later found in a nearby yard
and returned.
A car was reportedly broken into in the 400 block of West
Ninth Street
early Saturday morning.
An officer found a van in the 300
block of West Eighth Street with the
door open and the passenger window down
Saturday at around 6 a.m. The
owner discovered the vehicle had been rummaged
through, but nothing was stolen.
Early Saturday morning a car in the 200
block of West Ninth Street was
reportedly broken into, but nothing was
taken.
Saturday at 8:45 a.m. a resident in the 1100 block of Rosewood
Drive
discovered someone entered his unlocked car and took a cell
phone.
Scott A. Grubb, 29, of 411 E Sixth St., was arrested Saturday at
4:55
p.m. for driving under suspension after a traffic stop at Vine and
Plum streets.
The Goodwill store on Main Street reported that brass and
glass items
were stolen out of the drop-off area Saturday.
A guitar was
found under a work trailer in the 200 block of Greenwood
Boulevard Saturday
at 11:55 p.m.

outstanding warrant Sunday at 12:30 a.m.

found in his car Sunday at 2:30 a.m.
A business in the 1300 block of West
Fifth Street reported the theft of
a six-pack of beer Sunday at 2:42
a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies recovered suspected
marijuana from juveniles at a residence in
the 27000 block of Ford Reed Road
Friday at 6 p.m. No charges have been
filed and the alleged drug is being
tested for confirmation in the laboratory.
A wallet and other items were
stolen from a car parked on Greenfield
Drive in Milford Center
Thursday.
James D. Eadline Jr., 46, of Dublin, was arrested for operating
a
vehicle intoxicated and driving outside of marked lanes after a
traffic
stop Sunday at 1:26 a.m. on U.S. 33 at U.S. 42 in the eastbound
lanes.
Anthony K. Arhin, 58, of Columbus was arrested for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop Saturday at 2:50 a.m. on U.S. 33
at U.S. 42.
A CB radio was reported stolen out of a dump truck Thursday
night in the
9000 block of Heritage Drive.
A woman reported that Saturday
at 3 p.m. a car drove up her driveway in
the 24000 block of Route 161, then a
man and woman got out. The man
allegedly tried to get into her home through
the front window. When
confronted, he asked if the house was still for sale
and then left without incident.
Richard D. Harshfield Jr., 35 of West
Mansfield, was cited for driving
with an open container of alcohol after a
traffic stop on Main Street in Broadway Friday.
Steven P. Rafferty, 24, of
London, was arrested on an outstanding
warrant out of Champagne County after
he was stopped for speeding Friday
at 9:50 a.m. A syringe was also located in
the car which is being tested for illegal drugs.

reported Thursday at
10:45 a.m. that they had received fraudulent
checks.
Thursday at 2:58 p.m. a business in the 700 block of Clymer
Road
reported that an employee failed to return a semi truck valued
at $60,000.
A resident in the 1800 block of Creekview Drive reported
Thursday that
someone attempted to make a purchase of $3,711.44 from her
account in an
online purchase. No money was taken from the account.
A
multi-colored glass pipe, commonly used to smoke marijuana, was found
behind
the toilet in a restroom at a business in the 100 block of East Sixth
Street.

Thursday at 7:51 a.m. a trailer at
a construction site was broken into
in the 6000 block of McNeal Drive in
Jerome Township. Stolen were
numerous hand tools and an air compressor, with
a combined loss of $500.

According to police reports:
A business in the 1000
block of West Fifth Street reported Wednesday at
10 a.m. that several
fundraising items had been stolen. An 8-point deer
head mounted on an Ohio
shaped plaque and an oven were among items taken.
A briefcase and a gym
bag were stolen from a car parked in the 900 block
of Columbus Avenue, as
reported by a resident Wednesday at 3:35 p.m.
Someone reportedly entered an
unlocked garage in the 500 block of
Hickory Drive Wednesday and stole a brand
new gas powered trimmer valued at $75.
According to sheriff's
reports:
A resident in the 14000 block of Willow Court reported Tuesday at 6
p.m.
that two tires had been slashed on his utility trailer and the
spare
tire also was slashed. The incident occurred between Feb. 1 and
Tuesday.
A resident in the 19000 block of Springdale Road reported
identification
theft on his credit card account.

Abram Ransome, 29, of Delaware, was arrested on an outstanding
warrant
out of Madison County and possession of drugs, after a traffic stop
on
Route 4 north of U.S. 33 Wednesday at 10:11 a.m.

According to sheriff's reports:
Jon Tull, 23, of 620 Meadows Drive was
arrested after a foot pursuit
Monday afternoon. Deputies had arrived at a
business in the 300 block of
North Maple Street to serve a warrant for Tull's
arrest, but he learned
of their arrival and fled out the back door on foot. A
chase ensued,
which lead south on Maple Street toward Third Street.
Tull
eventually stopped after he was ordered by deputies and was taken
into
custody in the 200 block of North Maple Street. He was charged with
the
outstanding warrant, obstructing official business and
resisting arrest.
The theft of jewelry and a hand gun was reported Tuesday
at 11:07 a.m.
from a resident in the 9000 block of Long Road.
A resident
in the 12000 block of U.S. 36 reported Tuesday several
unauthorized
transactions to his checking account, totaling $1,724.
According to police
reports:
Memorial Hospital of Union County reported today that a woman had
been
sexually assaulted. The incident is currently under investigation.
A
resident in the 200 block of Magnolia Drive reported someone scratched
his
car overnight Monday.
A resident in the 300 block of Sorenson Drive reported
an unauthorized
transaction on her credit card Tuesday.
Two male suspects
were involved in a road rage incident on West Eighth
Street at Court Street
Tuesday at 4:53 p.m. One male allegedly grabbed a
baseball bat during the
argument, although no one was injured or charged.
A bag containing
numerous items and keys was reported stolen from a car
Monday night in the
600 block of Amrine Mill Road.

According to police reports:
A business in the 300 block of North Main Street
was broken into Monday
morning, as reported to police at 3:32 a.m. Unknown
suspects smashed the
window of the building with a rock and took numerous
boxes of cigarettes
and a lottery machine.
Monday at 7 a.m. it was
reported that an employee of a business in the
13000 block of Industrial
Parkway discovered cash and her driver's
license were stolen from her
purse.
A license plate was either lost or stolen Monday in the 1700 block
of Milford Avenue.
Monday at 1:30 p.m. a business in the 500 block of
Coleman's Crossing
Boulevard reported a debit card account had unauthorized
charges out of California.
Forgery was reported Monday from a business on
Scottslawn Road, after a
fraudulent check from Canada was discovered to be
cashed in March.
On Monday a breaking and entering report was filed after
someone stole
DVDs and an X Box game system from a home in the 1700 block of
Damos Way
sometime over the weekend.
According to sheriff's
reports:
Bryan Sprouse, 21, of Columbus was charged with speeding, possession
of
drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs after a traffic stop
on
Monday at 12:06 a.m. on U.S. 33 at U.S. 42.
Several unauthorized
charges, totaling $624.18, were made to the credit
card account of a resident
in the 22000 block of Buck Allen Drive on Monday.

According to police reports:
Possible child abuse is being investigated after
a resident from
Barnsfield reported to police Saturday at 11:56 a.m. that
his
11-year-old son may have been abused in the 100 block of Hemlock
Drive.
Bou Toler, 25, of 522 Meadows Drive was charged with disorderly
conduct
after a fight with his girlfriend Saturday at 2:30 a.m. in the 500
block of Meadows Drive.
A 17-year-old Marysville female was arrested for
operating a vehicle
intoxicated, failure to control and underage consumption
of alcohol,
after a traffic stop on Raymond Road Sunday at 12:48
a.m.
David Moots Jr., 39, of 851 Catalpa Place was arrested for
burglary
Thursday at 3:35 p.m. A resident in the 900 block of Hickory
Drive
reportedly returned home and discovered someone may have entered
the
house while he was away. The investigation led to Moots as a
suspect.
Child endangering was reported Sunday at 5 p.m. in the 700 block of
West
Eighth Street after a father and son were reportedly arguing all
day
long. No charges were filed and the son went to stay with an uncle
for the night.
A business in the 1300 block of Columbus Avenue reported at
9:40 a.m.
Friday that it received a bad check from a customer. The check in
the
amount of $900 reportedly bounced.
Aaron J. Collins, 22, 21147 Cotton
Slash Road, was arrested Friday at
9:32 p.m. on an outstanding
warrant.
Michael J. Lamphere, 33, 200 Greenwood Blvd., was arrested Friday
at
10:14 p.m. for driving under suspension after a traffic stop on
North Maple Street.
A resident in the 1000 block of Mill Park Drive
reported Saturday at
midnight that an unknown person used his debit card to
make purchases at
a store in Texas in the amount of $1,786.04.
William L.
Hudson, 36, Raymond, was arrested Saturday at 1:53 a.m. for
OVI, driving left
of center, possession of drug paraphernalia, and
possession of
marijuana.
Joshua L. Hamilton, 18, of Springfield, was arrested Saturday at
2:20
a.m. for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and
underage
consumption. A minor with him was charged with curfew
violation,
underage consumption, unruliness, and open container after a
traffic
stop on East Fifth Street.
A resident in the 200 block of Lakeview
Court reported at 8:30 a.m.
Saturday that prescription medications belonging
to her mother were stolen.
A resident in the 1400 block of Sassafras Lane
reported Saturday at 9:30
p.m. that a man was looking in her windows.
Dana
J. Parshall, 42, North Royalton, was arrested Sunday at 2:32 a.m.
for OVI
following a traffic stop on Route 31.

resident in the 12000 block of Bethlehem Claibourne Road reported a
person
drove onto their driveway Friday at 8:42 a.m., then peeled out
and drove
through the lawn, causing damage.
Green Perry, 50, of 25205 Darby Pottersburg
Road was arrested for
operating a vehicle intoxicated, high blood alcohol
concentration and
failure to control after he attempted to leave a drive way
Friday at
5:25 p.m. but struck the mailbox and went into a ditch in the
14000
block of Hillview Road.
Michelle Evans, 35, of 1104 Watkins Glen
Boulevard was arrested for
operating a vehicle intoxicated and driving
outside of marked lanes
Saturday at 4:51 a.m. after a traffic stop on
Scottslawn Road at
Industrial Parkway.
Thomas Beard, 31, of Plain City was
arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated, high blood alcohol levels, and
failure to control his
vehicle after he was discovered to have crashed his
car somewhere in the
county. Plain City Police officers suspected the crash
after seeing his
vehicle was recently damaged Saturday at 7:45 a.m. Sheriff's
deputies
investigated and discovered the crash had occurred on Middleburg
Plain
City Road in Darby Township.
Craig Reichman, 38, of 12590 Bell Road
was cited for failure to confine
his dog Saturday at 9:14 a.m. Reichman has
had previous citations for
failure to confine his Rottwieller dog, which has
been known to act
aggressive near his home.
Deputies are investigating a
possible sexual assault involving a
13-year-old female victim Saturday at
8:24 p.m. from the Dover Township area.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 700 block of Stonebrook Drive
reported Thursday at
10:10 a.m. that she was contacted by her bank in
reference to
unauthorized charges in the amount of $306.69 made on her debit
card.
Jereme R. Wiertel, 22, 1801 Deer Crossing Drive, was arrested
Thursday
at noon on an outstanding warrant through the Union County
Sheriff's office.
A resident in the 900 block of Hickory Drive reported
Thursday at 3:35
p.m. possible unlawful entry into his home.
A dispute
involving female neighbors was reported Thursday at 4:24 p.m.
in the 400
block of Windmill Drive. The dispute was reportedly in
reference to one of
the neighbor's children being picked on at school.
A West Ninth Street
resident reported Thursday at 6:28 p.m. that items
she had stored at a
friend's house were stolen while she was in the
process of moving.
Kendall
E. Moore, 35, Delaware, was arrested for driving under
suspension following a
traffic stop on Delaware Avenue at Watkins Road.
A resident in the 1000 block
of Collins Avenue observed Friday at 12:54
a.m. a white male wearing a brown
hooded sweatshirt entering the
resident's vehicle. The suspect was reportedly
scared away, and nothing was taken.
Kevin A. Blair, 18, Raymond, was
arrested Friday at 1:11 a.m. and
charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Damascus Road.
According to
sheriff's reports:
Vandalism was reported Monday at 10:04 a.m. in the 11000
block of Route
736 after a family member got upset, got in his vehicle and
spun his
tires, throwing gravel on the complainant's vehicle.
Possible
theft of a dual axle trailer was reported Thursday at 7 a.m. in
the 9000
block of Heritage Drive from a business owner. Although a
report was taken,
the owner noted that there was a possibility someone
borrowed the trailer,
but there was no record indicating that.

Jay W. Blosser, 24, of Kenton was arrested and
charged with public
indecency after exposing himself at a business in the 500
block of
Coleman's Crossing Boulevard Wednesday at 5:39 p.m.
Brian L.
Markle, 37, of 14200 Industrial Parkway apt. 51 was arrested
Wednesday at
1:24 p.m. on an outstanding warrant through the Marysville Municipal
Court.
After a traffic stop Wednesday at 5:28 p.m. on U.S. 33 police
arrested
Jason D. Hein, 31, of 122 W. Fourth St. on an outstanding warrant
out of Marysville.
According to sheriff's reports:
A resident in the
14000 block of Payne Road reported identity theft and
theft Wednesday after
two transactions were made into his bank account
for airline tickets through
Chicago.

According to sheriff's reports:
Dispatchers initially reported four assault
victims from an incident in
the 23000 block of Route 4 Monday at 3:07 p.m.
Final reports indicate
that one 21-year-old male allegedly struck another
21-year-old male in
the face. Assault charges have not been filed at this
time.
According to police reports:
Two sexual offenses are currently under
investigation.
On Tuesday a 15-year-old Marysville female claimed that her
36-year-old
male counselor made inappropriate advances toward her between
December
2006 to March.
Also on Tuesday, a 14-year-old female alleges that
a 31-year-old male
made inappropriate advances toward her on New Year's
Eve.
Nelson Auto, located in the 15000 block of Watkins Road,
reported
Tuesday that a woman rented a 2006 Grand Cherokee in February and
has
not returned the vehicle.
Joshua M. Farley, 22, of Mt. Vernon, was
arrested Tuesday at 3:11 a.m.
and charged with drug possession and possession
of drug paraphernalia
after a traffic stop on North Maple Street at Third
Street.
A resident in the 500 block of West Fifth Street reported Tuesday
at
3:07 p.m. that her son was assaulted by another male on the way
home from school.
Identity theft was reported Tuesday after a resident in
the 1100 block
of London Avenue discovered two unauthorized transactions had
been made
from his account in Chicago for $150.
A resident in the 500
block of North Main Street reported Monday at
12:47 p.m. that a renter moved
out and stole a refrigerator and also had not paid rent.
Identity theft
was reported from the 1000 block of Collins Avenue Monday
at 2 p.m. A credit
card account had been opened, using the victim's name
without
authorization.
A 15-year-old male was arrested for assault after he
reportedly pushed
and slapped his ex-girlfriend at a business on West Fifth
Street Monday at 4:30 p.m.
A woman reported $400 missing from her purse
after leaving it at a
business on Delaware Avenue Monday at 4:39
p.m.
Ronnie L. Mays, 37, of 836 Collins Ave. was arrested on an
outstanding
warrant for passing bad checks Monday at 4:39 p.m.

Moore, 39, of 732 Meadows Drive was arrested for stealing
about $100 in items
from a business in the 500 block of Coleman's
Crossing Boulevard Monday at
5:30 p.m.

Benjamin Lake, 18, of 200 Lakeview Ct. was
arrested for assault after
kicking his juvenile sister with his metal foot
cast during an argument
Saturday at 9:20 p.m. Lake was then transported by
medics for evaluation
after making threats of suicide.
Police responded to
the Carriage Court complex on Walnut Street today at
12:50 a.m. for an
89-year-old woman who was discovered dead from natural causes.
Police are
investigating the apparent suicide of a 52-year-old man
reported Sunday at 1
p.m. on Retreat Drive. The cause is from a possible drug overdose.
A
resident in the 200 block of Redwood Drive reported Sunday at 11:45
p.m. that
people were attempting to steal his trash cans, but he stopped them.
Two
unknown males were witnessed taking items from a property on
Cottonwood
Drive, in a criminal trespassing report filed Sunday at 10:13 p.m.
Four
car tires and rims were stolen from a garage in the 200 block of
Third Street
Saturday at 4:08 p.m.
Breaking and entering was reported Saturday at 9:30
a.m. after it was
discovered someone had entered an out-building near the
Marysville High
School softball fields sometime over the weekend. Nothing was
reported stolen.
A bar in the 100 block of North Main Street reported
receiving two
counterfeit $100 bills Friday at 11:55 a.m.

was suspected
of taking money during a transaction at a business in the 7000

Nothing was missing after someone attempted
to break into the front door

Criminal damaging was reported after someone drove onto
a property
Saturday at 9:09 p.m. in the 16000 block of Boundary Road and
caused

injured in a two-car crash Saturday at 8:45 a.m. Driver
Timothy Harbold, 45,
of 602 E. Sixth St. was headed south on Industrial
Parkway when he failed to
stop in time on the snow covered road and
struck the rear end of a car driven
by Timothy Solack, 54, of Dublin.
Harbold's passenger Brittany Harbold, 15,
of the same address suffered
minor injuries and was transported by Jerome
Township medics to Memorial
Hospital of Union County. He was cited for
failure to provide assured
clear distance ahead.
One person was injured in
a one-car crash Sunday at 6:52 a.m. Driver
Ruth Hoffman, 44, of 4976 Second
Ave. was headed south on Maple Ridge
Road when she lost control on the snow
covered road and went off the
left side, struck a culvert and road sign and a
cable box before
stopping. She was injured and transported by Union Township
medics to
Memorial Hospital of Union County. Her passenger was not
injured.
Dwayne Roof, 42, of Marysville was arrested Sunday at 2:28 a.m.
for
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Delaware
Avenue
at Taco Bell.
Ryan Stalk, 21, of Somersville was arrested Saturday
at 1:11 a.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S.
33.
Jason Worstell, 32, of 31 Woodcrest Drive was arrested for operating
a
vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Industrial parkway at
Fifth
Street Saturday at 2:34 a.m.
Richard Dixon, 40, of East Liberty was
arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. 36

According to police reports:
A resident in the 60 block of Woodcrest Drive
reported her window was
shot with a BB gun. The window shattered when the
resident opened the
door Thursday morning at around 8:30 a.m.
Thursday at
around 6 p.m. a resident in the 400 block of Windmill Drive
reported his wife
may have stolen his prescription medication.
A drug overdose was reported
Thursday at 6:17 p.m. after 23-year-old
woman in the 400 block of Windmill
Drive was found unresponsive by a
roommate. The victim possibly took an
overdose of morphine and was
transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County
for care.
Trevor A. Lowe, 21, of 15397 Fladt Road was arrested and charged
with
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on South Main
at
Fifth streets today at 2:08 a.m.

business in the 1100 block of Charles Lane reported Wednesday at 3:14
p.m.
that an unknown person made unauthorized purchases of $3,000 in St. Louis,
Mo.
A resident in the 500 block of Millwood Boulevard reported Wednesday
at
3:39 p.m. that a Verizon cell phone valued at $300 was lost in the
Mill
Valley area sometime Sunday.
A Marysville High School student
reported Wednesday at 3:40 p.m. that 26
CDs valued at $500 were stolen from
his bookbag by an unknown person
while he was in class.
A resident in the
500 block of Hickory Drive reported Wednesday at 6:46
p.m. that the lock to
his storage shed was broken off by an unknown
person. Nothing inside the shed
was taken.
A report was taken Wednesday at 7:48 p.m. after residents in the
1300
block of Valley Drive were reportedly involved in a verbal
altercation
at the residence. No charges were filed.
A resident in the 200
block of Redwood Drive reported Wednesday at 8:13
p.m. that she was having
trouble with her 15-year-old step-daughter. No
charges were
filed.

Branden R. Fisher, 22, of 511 Olive St., was
arrested Tuesday at 10:25
p.m. for driving under suspension, driving without
a license, improper
backing up, hit/skip and possession of marijuana after
causing a car
accident on Delaware Avenue at Coleman's Crossing
Boulevard.
A 19-year-old male, previously reported missing and endangered
from Bear
County, Texas, was found selling magazines in the 800 block of
Hickory
Drive Tuesday afternoon.
Robert O. Edwards, 46, of 479 Windmill
Drive, and Michael S. Demouth
Jr., 34, of Richwood, were arrested for
disorderly conduct after
fighting in the parking lot of a business in the 300
block of South Main
Street Tuesday at 6:06 p.m.
A resident in the 900
block of West Fifth Street reported Tuesday at
12:48 p.m. that when her
former boyfriend moved out of the apartment in
February he stole her credit
card and made unauthorized purchases
exceeding $500.
Tuesday at 12:20 p.m.
a resident in the 400 block of Windmill Drive
reported that unknown people
kicked in the back door of the apartment,
ransacked the place, and appeared
to have thrown a drug party. Diet
Pepsi was also stolen from the
apartment.
A business employee in the 16000 block of Square Drive found a
marijuana
pipe, two marijuana cigarettes and a baggy containing marijuana
Tuesday at 11:33 a.m.
Some $400 in cash was reported stolen out of a
woman's purse while she
was at Lee Dog's Locker Room on North Main Street on
Monday. The theft
was reported to police on Tuesday at 6:56 p.m.
According

Elizabeth Miller, 46, of 21801 Liberty West Road, was
cited for failure
to confine her dog after it attacked another dog on her
block Tuesday at 4:19 p.m.
The theft of a ring was reported to deputies
Sunday at 2:15 a.m. from
the area of Route 4 at Tawa Road.
Domestic
violence charges are pending against a 17-year-old male after
an altercation
with his stepfather in the 14000 block of Route 736 Tuesday at 11:20
p.m.

According to police reports:
Officers investigated a report of a man with a
gun at Stephen's Lounge
in the 100 block of North Main Street Monday at 7
p.m. There was
reportedly a dispute between two individuals and one person
allegedly
pointed a gun at the other during the argument. No weapon was found
on
the scene and the incident is still under investigation.
Abram N.
Ransome, 29, of Delaware, was arrested Monday at 10:37 p.m. for
numerous
charges. He was charged with assault for striking his
girlfriend in the
Memorial Hospital of Union County parking lot about
6:42 p.m. He then was
charged with obstructing official police business
after fleeing from an
officer. He was also wanted on an outstanding
warrant out of Madison
County.
Several vehicles were damaged with writing in the 500 block of
West
Third Street sometime Sunday night to Monday morning.

sheriff's reports:
Casey P. Doeden, 25, of 486 W. Third St., was arrested for
operating a
vehicle intoxicated, high blood alcohol concentration and
driving
outside of marked lanes after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 in the
westbound
lanes Sunday at 2:09 a.m.
Danny R. Walden, 47, of 13661
Leeper-Perkins Road, was arrested for two
counts of domestic violence after
allegedly grabbing his wife by her
hair and throwing her to the ground and
also grabbing his step-daughter
by the hair and pulling her out of a car
Sunday at 10:43 p.m.

Stephen A. Baker, 22, of Delaware was arrested
for aggravated menacing
after a dispute with other men at in the 100 block of
East Fifth Street
Friday at 9:30 p.m. Baker reported pointed a shotgun at
someone during the argument.
Juveniles reported Friday that on Thursday
sometime between 4 and 5
p.m., they witnessed a man fishing in Alder Park off
Damascus Road and
he was carrying a gun.
Edna C. Santos, 44, of 640
Meadows Drive and Virginia Ridgeway, 19, of
the same address were both cited
for disorderly conduct after a fight in
the 500 block of Surrey Lane Sunday
at 3:30 p.m.
A business employee in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue reported
Friday
at 6 a.m. that someone was taking car parts from behind a garage
without permission.
Zachary Clark, 18, of 149 Aspen Drive and Nathan
Jackson, 18, of 20242
Cotton Slash Road were cited for trespassing Friday at
4:37 p.m. in the
100 block of Hemlock Drive and then transported to
Tri-County Regional
Jail. When officers arrived at the vacant residence,
seven males were
found. Five juveniles were charged with trespassing and
taken to the
Central Ohio Youth Center on Route 4. Two juveniles fled the
scene and
were apprehended by responding officers and were then charged
with
trespassing and obstructing official business. Additionally,
one
juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana.
Teresa L. Hudson,
42, of 723 South Walnut Street was arrested Friday at
10:49 p.m. for
disorderly conduct after reportedly being intoxicated
while walking between
Greenwood Boulevard and Professional Parkway.
Kathleen A. Hoffman, 18, of
24057 Yearsley Road was arrested Saturday at
2:37 a.m. for possession of drug
paraphernalia after a traffic stop on
West Eighth Street.
A resident in
the 100 block of Northcrest Drive reported Saturday at
7:48 a.m. that someone
spray painted obscene words on the resident's home.
Criminal damaging was
reported Saturday at 10:06 a.m. after a truck was
found with "KKK" spray
painted on it in the 500 block of Surrey Lane.
The remnants of a bottle bomb,
which had been detonated, were found
Saturday at 10:25 a.m. by an officer at
Eljer Park.
Jeremy P. Pacha, 22, of 925 West Fifth Street apt. 40, was
cited
Saturday at 7:27 p.m. for trespassing after he was found "mud
running"
his truck in the City Gate construction site.
According to
sheriff's reports:
Earl A. Berry, 57, of Broadway was arrested Saturday at
9:44 p.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated, high blood alcohol
concentration,
driving under suspension, failure to control his vehicle,
expired
registration and having expired license plates. A resident
called
deputies to report a driver weaving on Raymond Road. Berry was
allegedly
that driver, and he reportedly crashed his car into a yard in the
21000
block of Raymond Road. Deputies arrived and discovered he
was intoxicated.
A home in the 24000 block of Lunda Road was broken into
sometime between
March 24 and Saturday. A Playstation, DVD player and a
digital camera
were stolen from inside.
Alexander J. Zill, 59, of Milford
Center was cited for disorderly
conduct after he was reportedly carrying a
gun in his belt on school
grounds in Milford Center, 153 E. State St.
Thursday at 1:50 p.m. The
gun was discovered to be a black pellet
gun.
Stephani Holbrook, 32, of Bellefontaine was arrested for
criminal
damaging and trespassing Friday at 11:45 p.m. after she went to
a
property on Bell Point Road and used a shovel to damage a car and
lawn
lights and then tossed a brick around on the front porch. She then
fled
and was apprehended by deputies.
Two pop machines were broken into
over the weekend. One in the 28000
block of Osborne Road was damaged, but no
entry was made. The second was
broken into at Fairbanks High School and cash
was stolen from inside.
Aluminum tubing that was stolen from a resident last
week, was recovered
Friday in the 13000 block of Jerome Road.

OSP reports:
Scott Woods, 32, of 120 First St. was arrested for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated and a seat belt violation after a traffic stop Friday
at
3:10 a.m. on U.S. 42 at Watkins New California Road.
Three people were
injured in a two-car crash Sunday at 9:30 p.m. in Leesburg
Township.
Driver Ashley J. Ciola-Varga, 23, of Delaware and driver Scott
Magers,
43, of Prospect were both headed southwest on Route 4. When
Varga
stopped for traffic in order to turn east onto Route 37, Magers
could
not stop in time and struck her vehicle in the rear. His car
then
crossed the center line and went off the left side of the roadway.
Varga
was injured and transported by Northern Union medics to
Memorial
Hospital of Union County. Her passenger Zach Varga, 27, of Delaware
was
also injured and taken to the same location. Magers was injured
and
MedFlighted to Grant Medical Center. A dog in Varga's car was
not injured.
One person was injured in a two-car crash Sunday at 2:08 p.m.
in Jerome Township.
Driver Chelsea D. Rider, 17, of 13961 Pleasant Ridge
Drive was headed
southeast on Industrial Parkway. Driver Peter A. Bonfini,
51, of Dublin
was headed west on Mitchell-Dewitt Road, when he failed to
yield at the
intersection where the two roads meet.
He reportedly pulled
into the path of Rider's car, causing her to drive
off the left side of the
roadway into a ditch. Bonfini went off the
right side, struck two culverts
and then crashed into a ditch.
Bonfini was transported by Jerome Township
medics to Riverside Hospital.
