1/31/07
According to police reports:
A resident in the 800 block of Watkins Glen Boulevard reported phone
harassment Tuesday at 9:45 p.m. No charges have been filed.
A protection order violation was reported regarding a woman's ex-husband
at a residence in the 400 block of Sycamore Street Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.
Dennis Hamilton, 37, of 569 E. 10th St., apt. 124 was arrested on an
outstanding warrant at his home Tuesday at 7:49 p.m.
A 17-year-old male was cited for unruliness after skipping school
Tuesday after a traffic stop on Grove Street at Edgewood Drive.
Theft by deception was reported to have occurred between Jan. 9 and
Tuesday after a resident in the 1400 block of Mill Park Drive received a
fraudulent money order in payment for an online sale of car parts.
According to sheriff's reports:
Stereo equipment and tools, with a combined value of $1,348, were
reported stolen from a car parked in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 Tuesday.

According to police reports:
Attempted burglary was reported Monday at 9:53 a.m. in the 300 block of
Windsor Drive. Evidence of an attempt was found, but no entry was made.
A 13-year-old male was charged with stealing a lock box containing cash
in the 2000 block of Creekview Drive Monday at 12:05 p.m.
A 14-year-old male was charged with stealing a beverage from a school
concession stand in the 800 block of North Maple Street Monday at 1:30 p.m.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 200 block of Prairie Drive reported Friday at 4:30
p.m. that someone broke into the house through the front door, between 6
a.m. and 3:15 p.m. and took $25 in cash and a $500 digital camera.
No one was found on the scene Saturday at around 1 a.m. after police
checked the 100 block of Taylor Avenue for a prowler walking between the
house and garage of a home, checking car doors and windows.
A business in the 100 block of North Main Street reported Saturday at
2:22 a.m. that a man was intoxicated and refused to leave the building
when asked. Police responded and arrested Lucas E. Grimes, 21, of 606
Chestnut St. for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.
Lucas A. Reisinger, 25, of 23675 Patrick Brush Run Road was arrested and
charged with disorderly conduct Saturday at 4:22 a.m. in the 10000 block
of Timber Lane after he was found intoxicated and creating a nuisance.
An Ipod was reported stolen from a car parked in the 15000 block of U.S.
36 East Saturday.
Christopher L. Miller, 35, of Chillicothe was arrested Saturday at 9:55
p.m. and charged with possession of drugs after a plastic bag containing
marijuana was found in his car during a traffic stop in the 16000 block
of Allenby Drive.
Someone stole a purse and a gift basket in a burglary Saturday night or
Sunday morning in the 600 block of Parkway Drive.
A resident in the 600 block of Allenby Drive reported that an unknown
person stole the driver side mirror of her son's car Sunday.
Today at 12:56 a.m. a 17-year-old male was charged with domestic
violence after a fight with his father in the 14000 block of Route 38.
According to sheriff's reports:
Richwood police arrested two people after a large fight on West Blagrove
Street Sunday at 2:14 a.m.
Six people were reportedly yelling and screaming in the street and when
officers arrived, four then fled the area. Out of two remaining, a
female ended up striking an officer in the face and was subdued with
mace. The male then tried to get involved, but could not be restrained
with the mace and was also tasered.
As a result of the fight, Jamie Lemaster, 26, of 15100 Harmon Patrick
Road was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and resisting
arrest. His sister Miranda Sellman, 32, of the same address was arrested
for persistent disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and felonious
assault for striking the officer. The Union County Sheriff's Office
responded to the scene to provide assistance.
Friday at 4:52 p.m. it was reported that someone broke into a storage
facility in the 7000 block of Rickard Road and stole numerous tools, and
took the doors and a bumper off of a car.
Kyle Oser, 21, of Columbus was cited for possession of marijuana after a
traffic stop on Church Street in New Dover Friday at 8:55 a.m.
A woman in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway was transported to
the Memorial Hospital of Union County Friday at 8:55 p.m. after she
reportedly took sleeping pills while overly intoxicated on alcohol.
Jaclyn Spegal, 22, of 490 Morning Star Drive was arrested for disorderly
conduct after a fight in the 10000 block of Route 736 Sunday at 2:48 a.m.
On 3:12 a.m. Sunday a 20-year-old female reported at the Memorial
Hospital of Union County that she had been raped in Columbus. The case
was handed over to Columbus Police.
Deputies responded to West Street in Milford Center Sunday at 12:54 p.m.
for a 46-year-old woman who took a large number of pills in a suicide
attempt. She was transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County for care.
According to OSP reports:
Joshua Smith, 23, of Washington Courthouse was arrested Saturday at 3:15
a.m. for operating a vehicle intoxicated on U.S. 33 in Allen Township.
Christopher Devine, 31, of Columbus was arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 in Paris Township Sunday at 2:59 a.m.

1/26/07
According to police reports:
A 14-year-old student was charged with disorderly conduct after he was
unruly and confrontational at the Marysville Middle School Thursday at 11 a.m.
A resident in the 400 block of Windmill Drive reported Thursday at 4:35
p.m. that he was involved in a fight with his 16-year-old son. Domestic
violence charges are pending against the juvenile male who assaulted his
father and then left the residence and has since been reported missing.
A business in the 1000 block of North Main Street reported that a
13-year-old female had been detained for shoplifting. The juvenile was
charged with theft after taking candy, notebooks and men's boxer shorts
Thursday at 6 p.m.
Thursday at 6:48 p.m. a resident in the 300 block of Palm Drive reported
that an unknown person forced entry into his home through a back door.
The suspect stole an XBox 360 game system and equipment valued at $1,000.
A resident in the 50 block of Cypress Drive reported that two DVD/TVs
were stolen from her unlocked car while parked in front of a residence
Thursday at 8:32 p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Timothy Sharrock, 21, of Hilliard was charged with operating a vehicle
while intoxicated, criminal trespassing, improper storage of a firearm
in a motor vehicle, driving under suspension, failure to transfer
registration and having an open container of alcohol inside the car. His
passenger, Stephanie Snyder, 20, of Hilliard was cited for underage
consumption of alcohol.
Thursday at 1:27 a.m. a deputy on patrol saw a car pull into a business
parking lot and shut off the lights in the 7000 block of Industrial
Parkway. Sharrock and Snyder were questioned about their presence in the
parking lot and then cited.
Deputies responded to the 9000 block of Boundary Road Thursday at 5:26
p.m. for an unresponsive 18-year-old male. The man was transported to
Marion General Hospital for care. No report is available on the
condition of the man or what happened to his health, as deputies are still investigating.

According to police reports:
The Marysville Police Department and the Union County Coroner's Office
are investigating the death of a 3-month old female. Today at 4:51 a.m.
police were called to the 100 block of West Third Street for an infant
who was found unresponsive and not breathing by her parents. The child
was transported to the Memorial Hospital of Union County and was
pronounced dead on arrival. Preliminary investigations show no signs of foul play.
A resident in the 1100 block of Collingwood Court reported Wednesday at
9:15 p.m. that an unknown person kicked in the front door of the
residence and stole a camera, a safe containing personal ID papers and
miscellaneous gift cards.
Wednesday at 7:44 p.m. a resident in the 500 block of North Main Street
reported that an unknown person broke the glass out of the front screen
door of his home.
Theft was reported Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of
Meadowlark Lane after a resident discovered an unknown male attempted to
open a Dell Computer Corporation account fraudulently in his name.
Aggravated burglary was reported  in the 500 block of Amrine Mill Road
Wednesday at 2 p.m. after a resident came home to find his front door
had been kicked in. Nothing was reported missing.
A resident in the 200 block of Gallery Drive reportedly received a
letter indicating she had won $115,610 in a drawing, along with a check
for $2,922.45 to start the process. The check was returned as
counterfeit Wednesday at 12:21 p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Identity fraud was reported Wednesday at 10:14 a.m. from a resident in
the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway after a bill was discovered
to an address the resident had never lived at.
Joseph Hickman, 38, of Caledonia was charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia and driving under suspension after a traffic stop on
Wednesday at 4:37 p.m. on Main Street in Broadway.
Deputies responded to the 21000 block of Shirk Road after a resident
called to report a man with a clipboard, knocking on the doors of the
home and trying to get in Wednesday at 5:17 p.m. Deputies arrived and
found the man as he was inside his car about to leave. He claimed he was
sent to do satellite repairs. The resident said the repairs were never requested.
A fraudulent phone account was reported Wednesday at 8:01 p.m. in the
28000 block of Route 31.
A 17-year-old male was charged with domestic violence after he allegedly
pushed his mother into a door during a dispute in the 21000 block of
Main Street in Raymond Wednesday at 5:23 p.m.
A woman in the 25000 block of Neel Road reported Wednesday at 6:19 p.m.
that her husband left in his car on Monday and has been missing ever
since. The report is under investigation.
Identity theft was reported after a fraudulent cell phone account was
discovered Wednesday at 9:31 p.m. in the 9000 block of Harriott Road.

According to police reports:
Tuesday at 6:43 a.m. it was reported that an Ipod Nano player was stolen
from an unlocked car in the 500 block of Fawnbrook Drive Monday night.
It was reported Tuesday at 7:23 a.m. that change and a ball cap were
stolen from an unlocked car in the 1600 block of Meadowlark Lane Monday night.
Monday night in the 1200 block of Sassafras Lane CDs were stolen from an unlocked car.
Change and CDs were stolen from an unlocked car in the 1400 block of
Meadowlark Lane Monday night.
Gerald Kessler, 53, of Radnor was arrested Tuesday at 5:54 p.m. for
possession of marijuana and driving under suspension.
A vehicle was reportedly ransacked in the 1200 block of Pepper Lane
sometime over Monday night or Tuesday morning. Nothing was reported stolen.
A purse was stolen from an unlocked car in the 700 block of West Fifth
Street sometime between Thursday and Friday.
An unauthorized use of a credit card was reported from the 400 block of
Shellbark Drive Tuesday at 9:14 a.m.
A 17-year-old female was cited for violating curfew after she was
stopped driving on Watkins Road today at 2:55 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
John Ritchie, 53, of Magnetic Springs was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated, speeding and driving outside of marked lanes after
a traffic stop on Route 37 at Route 347 Tuesday at 8:10 p.m.
Deputies are investigating who shot a .22 cal. bullet through a window
of a home in the 29000 block of McMahan Road Jan. 13.

According to police reports:
Marysville Police provided an update of an investigation into a Friday
health complaint regarding a restaurant on East Fifth Street. Police
determined that an item allegedly found in a take out food order was not
a condom. The item was a piece of gear used to cover fingers for
sanitation during cooking. There was no health hazard substantiated and
the investigation was closed. The restaurant has made restitution with
the customer.
Police are investigating charges against a 34-year-old Marysville female
for deception to obtain prescription drugs at various locations
throughout 2005. Charges are also pending against her for committing
fraud through the Department of Human Services and illegally collecting
gas vouchers.
Deception to obtain prescription drugs was filed after a woman attempted
to collect prescription drugs under her mother's name in the 400 block
of West Fifth Street on Jan. 6.
A resident in the 700 block of Kenny Lane reported Friday morning that
her car was egged over Thursday night, although no damage was found.
A resident in the 200 block of Grove Street reported that an 11-year-old
male student threatened her 5-year-old son while at Edgewood Elementary
School Friday at 1:15 p.m.
A resident in the 600 block of Poppy Lane reported Saturday that an
unknown person damaged the net to their family's portable basketball
hoop in the driveway.
According to sheriff's reports:
On Jan. 16 a resident in the 10000 block of Watkins Road reported that
he attempted to sell dogs over the Internet and someone purchased the
animals with a fraudulent money order for $1,880.
On Saturday a resident on Reed Street in Milford Center reported that a
19-year-old male was missing. The person was later located and has been
incarcerated in the Fairfield County Jail.
Leslie Horn, 28, of Columbus was charged with operating a vehicle
intoxicated and driving outside of marked lanes after a traffic stop on
U.S. 36 near New Dover Saturday at 10:55 p.m. Police had located the
vehicle during a call for a fight at a residence in the 14000 block of U.S. 36.
Deputies were called to the 15000 block of Bellepoint Road Sunday at
2:07 a.m. after a man left the home with a handgun after a dispute with
his wife. The man was found inside his car on the property and
reportedly had no intentions of harming himself and the gun was not loaded.
Noe Villafuerte, 21, of Grove City was charged with physical control of
a vehicle while intoxicated and driving without a license Sunday at 5:53
a.m. Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Route 161 after a resident
observed a vehicle on his neighbor's property and a man walking around.
Villafuerte's car had become stuck in the yard and he was using hay to
try and get traction to drive out.
A utility trailer, valued at $2,761, was reported stolen Sunday night
from the 8000 block of Corporate Boulevard.
A water cool container filled with change and a Playstation 2 game
system were stolen from a residence after a burglary in the 29000 block
of Route 37 Monday.
A home was reportedly toilet papered and the mailbox and pole were
stolen sometime over Friday night in the 8000 block of Currier Road.
Deputies are investigating possible trespassing charges against a man
who entered a business on North Main Street in Magnetic
Springs Sunday at 3:28 a.m.

According to police reports:
Friday at 11:48 a.m. an apartment complex on Riverwind Drive reported
that a man was evicted and ended up taking the washer and dryer
belonging to the apartment.
Friday at 5 p.m. a student at Marysville High School reported someone
stole his Ipod music player sometime during afternoon classes.
An unknown person stole the advertisement sign off a new business at the
corner of Charles Lane and Coleman's Crossing Boulevard Friday.
Randy J. Soula, 25, of 240 Locust St. was charged with assault after a
fight with his girlfriend at their home Saturday at 1:01 a.m. Soula was
also charged with driving with an expired license and using fictitious
license plates after he returned to the home.
Katrina D. Olsen, 46, of 1007 Mill Park Drive was arrested and charged
with assault after a fight with her boyfriend at their residence
Saturday at 2:47 a.m.
Residents in the 500 block of Amrine Mill Road reported that their
vehicles and several apartment doors had been sprayed with items such as
toothpaste and shaving cream by someone overnight Saturday. A tire in
the same block area was punctured and several other vehicles were
tampered with in various ways. The matter is currently under investigation.
A resident in the 500 block of Surrey Lane reported that prescription
medication was stolen from the home Saturday.
Two prescription medication bottles were reportedly stolen from a
residence in the 500 block of North Main Street Saturday at 3:26 p.m.
A 17-year-old Westerville male was charged with operating a vehicle
intoxicated, underage consumption of alcohol and speeding after a
traffic stop on U.S. 33 at Route 245 Saturday at 10:50 p.m.  Another
17-year-old male from Westerville was a passenger in the car and was
charged with underage consumption as well.
Joshua A. Miller, 22, of Marion was arrested and charged with operating
a vehicle intoxicated, driving under suspension and running a stop sign
after a traffic stop on North Main Street at Fifth Street Sunday at 2:31 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports::
Jennifer Roudebush, 32, of North Lewisburg was charged with disorderly
conduct, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief Saturday at 3:30 a.m.
Deputies were called to Memorial Hospital of Union County's emergency
room to assist Marysville officers with a woman who was the passenger in
a vehicle during a crash early Saturday morning in Marysville.
The driver was not injured, but Roudebush was extremely intoxicated and
passed out in the passenger seat, She was taken to the hospital for care
and when she awoke she became belligerent with law enforcement and
became abusive toward medical staff.
She also attempted to light a cigarette in the emergency room, which is
considered dangerous due to oxygen tanks in the room. She was told
repeatedly to stop her behavior and not light the cigarette, but
refused. She was then arrested and began attempting to assault officers
and kick the cruiser windows, also damaging the emergency room sliding
door as she was taken out.
James Rausch, 50, of West Mansfield was charged with driving with an
open container of alcohol, driving under suspension and was arrested on
an outstanding warrant from Delaware Thursday at 11:50 p.m. after a
traffic stop on Osbourne Road at Route 31.
Joshua Fitch, 26, of Magnetic Springs was charged with possession of
drug paraphernalia  and possession of marijuana after deputies were
called to Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a possible fight Thursday at 8:36 p.m.
Saturday at 4:08 p.m. deputies and Jerome Township medics responded to
the 8000 block of Business Way for a man who overdosed on prescription
medication and was taken to Riverside Hospital in Columbus for care.
More information on the report was unavailable.
A possible burglary was investigated Saturday in the 13000 block of
Watkins Road. A pole barn in the area had a window damaged, but no entry
is believed to have been made. Nothing has been reported missing at this time.
Deputies responded to the Memorial Hospital of Union County emergency
room after a 12-year-old male in the 24000 block of Route 37 was injured
after taking apart a shotgun shell he found Saturday at 5:10 p.m. The
male reportedly lit the gunpowder on fire and injured his face when the
flames flashed up at him.
A fight was reported Saturday at 10:46 p.m. in the 11000 block of U.S.
36, which allegedly involved some 12 people. As deputies were responding
to the scene it was reported that a person involved was leaving and a
description of the car was obtained. As a result, Leslie Horn, 28, of
Columbus was stopped and charges are pending for operating a vehicle
intoxicated. At the fight scene, Robert Wycinski, 30, of 11480 U.S. 36
lot 38 was charged with disorderly conduct for his alleged involvement in the fight.
Loring Niles, 46, of 605 Parkway Drive was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated, high blood alcohol levels, a seatbelt violation and
driving outside of marked lanes after a traffic stop on Route 4, north
of Milford Center Sunday at 2:29 a.m.
Darren Hopkins, 41, of Magnetic Springs was charged with domestic
violence after he allegedly became physically abusive to wife at their
home on East Catherine Street Sunday at 2:20 a.m.
Deputies responded to the 200 block of West Bomford Street in Richwood
for a child abuse report, with an 11-year-old male and a 10-year-old
male as victims. The incident reportedly occurred in the 21000 block of
Route 47 in Westerville Sunday at around 4 p.m.
According to OSP reports:
One person was injured after a one-car crash Sunday at 1 a.m. Driver
Teresa L. Jacobs, 43, of 20976 Route 245 was headed down Route 347 at
Broadway and Route 31 when she lost control and went off the right side
of the road in her 2007 Hummer H2 and struck a tree. She was transported
to Memorial Hospital of Union County for care and was cited for failure
to control her vehicle.

1/19/07
According to police reports:
Police reported today at 4:38 a.m. that a 7-day-old infant stopped
breathing at her residence in the 400 block of Riverwind Drive.
Responding officers and medics administered CPR and transported the
infant to Memorial Hospital of Union County where she was pronounced
dead. The death is now under investigation by police in conjunction with
the Union County Coroner's Office.
A resident in the 200 block of Ash Street reported Thursday that an
unknown person gained access to his checking account and made a $871
purchase at Western Union on Jan. 11.
A silver Roadmaster bike was recovered in the alley in the 100 block of
North Main Street Thursday at 3:25 p.m.
Thursday at 3:57 p.m. a business in the 300 block of East Fifth Street
reported that a man stole six Ohio Lottery tickets, each worth $20.
Charges of theft are pending against a Columbus suspect.
On Thursday a resident in the 600 block of Chestnut Street reported that
an unknown person purchased items by forging his name and checking
account information. The report is under investigation.
A resident in the 1200 block of Sassafras Lane reported that her mother
used her personal information to start a business and now owes her
$5,500. This report is currently under investigation.
Martha J. Piotrowski, 24, of 637 Milford Ave., was arrested and charged
with disorderly conduct after she was witnessed shouting and throwing
furniture in a business in the 16000 block of Milford Avenue.
Assistance was given to the Union County Sheriff's Office on a report of
a burglary in process on Hinton Mill Road Thursday at 7:28 p.m.
An alleged health and safety hazard was reported by a customer at a
Chinese restaurant in the 300 block of East Fifth Street Thursday at
9:27 p.m. The customer stated that he found a condom in the food that he
ordered. The report is currently under investigation and has not been substantiated.
Bambee L. Bowshier, 29, of 1727 Damos Way, was arrested and charged with
operating a vehicle intoxicated, having high concentration of blood
alcohol levels, seat belt violations, driving left of center and driving
without headlights after a traffic stop on South Main Street at Sixth
Street today at 2:27 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies and Marysville police responded to the 13000 block of Hinton
Mill Road for a possible burglary in progress at a church. Witnesses
heard a loud noise in the area and saw two males dressed in black. The
two males had reportedly fled the scene before deputies arrived.
Deputies found signs of forced entry to a shed. The suspects had also
broken into the church, although nothing has been discovered stolen.
Michael Shipp, 36, of Mechanicsburg, was arrested Thursday at 12:59 p.m.
for operating a vehicle intoxicated, driving left of center, reckless
operation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies received a call
from Champaign County officers that an erratic driver was heading toward
Union County on Route 161 eastbound at Kramer Road. The driver was
located driving on the wrong side of the road.

According to police reports:
Patricia L. Frederick, 46, of 207 Windsor Court was arrested on an
outstanding warrant from Marysville Municipal Court Wednesday at 10:32 a.m.
A resident in the 700 block of Kenny Lane reported that a female has
been harassing her and her children Wednesday at 5:24 p.m.
According to sheriff's reports: No reports.
According to OSP reports:
Jeffrey Longdon, 33, of Dublin was arrested today at 3:01 a.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at Post Road.

1/17/07
According to police reports:
A 15-year-old Marysville female was charged with assault after fighting
with another 15-year-old female student at the school Tuesday at 8:13 a.m.
Vandalism was reported after the baseball diamond at Mill Creek Park was
damaged by a vehicle, which was discovered Tuesday at 8:53 a.m.
Associated with the vehicle that damaged the park, the two cars involved
in the damage were later reported stolen - one from the 100 block of
North Main Street and the second from the 400 block of North Main Street.
Burglary was reported Tuesday at 2:57 p.m. after a home in the 400 block
of Wilderness Drive was broken into sometime after 7 a.m. At this time
only a bottle of vodka was reported stolen.
A total of 20 CDs were reported stolen from a home in the 500 block of
Amrine Mill Road Tuesday at 10:15 p.m.
Checksmart, a business in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue, reported
that a woman was attempting to cash a fraudulent money order Tuesday at 2:06 p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Michelle A. Dowalter, 38, of Columbus was arrested Monday at 9:47 a.m.
on Watkins Road near Fels Boulevard. The arrest came after an active
warrant that specified a driving under suspension charge. Dowalter also
received a minor misdemeanor for possession of marijuana.
Nathan A. Elkins, 30, of London was arrested for domestic violence
Monday at 4:08 p.m. in the 7800 block of Currier Road after an argument
with his mother. When his step-father intervened, Elkins allegedly
threatened him with a knife.
A undetermined amount of copper fittings and spools of wiring were
reported stolen sometime between Friday and Monday in a breaking and
entering incident in the 11000 block of Industrial Parkway in Jerome Township.
A laptop computer was reported stolen from an unlocked car in the 13000
block of Hinton Mill Road sometime between Friday and Monday.
Numerous items valued at $415 were stolen from an unlocked car in the
14000 block of Hinton Mill Road sometime between Friday and Saturday.
William D. Decker, 37, of the 11000 block of Route 47 was reported
missing since Monday at 7:30 a.m. by his wife. Decker is a white male, 6
feet one inch tall, who weighs 225 pounds. He had left the home Monday
in a powder blue 1978 Chevy van. If anyone has seen Decker they are
asked to contact the Union County Sheriff's Office at 645-4100.
According to OSP reports:
After a traffic stop on U.S. 33 in Jerome Township today at 12:11 a.m.
driver John Herald, 45, of Columbus was cited for driving under
suspension and passenger David Tanner, 23, of Columbus was arrested for
having an outstanding warrant out of Madison County.

Deputies responded to the 22000 block of Collins Road on Jan.8 at 9:09
p.m. after a complaint involving a possible prowler. As a result, Jacob
L. Daubenmier, 22, of Mount Vernon was charged with disorderly conduct
while intoxicated.
Deputies responded to the 13000 block of U.S. 36 east Thursday at 7:30
p.m. after a resident complained their door had been kicked in. The
resident stated a cell phone and some pitchers had been removed. The
estimated loss is $200.
Friday at 9:30 a.m. a resident in the 13000 block of Hinton Mill Road
reported criminal damaging. A bird bath had been tampered with. The
damage was estimated at $100.
Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the 14000 block of Willow Court a resident
reported a dog kennel had been overturned and a picnic table had been
moved off a deck. Police are still investigating the incident.
A resident in the 13000 block of Hinton Mill Road reported criminal
damaging on Friday at 4:20 p.m. after an exterior light and ceramic
stove were damaged. The damage estimate is $110.
A resident in the 14000 block of Willow Court reported damage to a
backyard shed screen on Friday at 4:20 p.m. The estimated damage was $30.
Amy M. Hill, 37 of 67 E. Park St., Magnetic Springs, was arrested for
felony domestic violence involving an incident with her husband at a
Magnetic establishment. Sheriff's reports indicate Hill had a prior
domestic arrest in 1995.
A Milford Center resident reported criminal damaging on Saturday after
the brake line of his 1988 GMC truck was damaged.
Daniel R. Modlich, 53, of Columbus was arrested Sunday at 2:31 a.m. for
OVI and failure to drive in marked lanes on U.S. 33, west of Route 161.
Deputies responded Sunday at 3:13 a.m. to Route 739 after receiving a
complaint that an unknown person was driving a 4-wheeler on private
property. Terry A. Parish, 37, of 9510 Wasserbeck Road was arrested for
OVI, blood alcohol concentration and running an ATV without headlights
on the road.
Sunday at 12:25 p.m. criminal damaging was reported in the 13000 block
of Route 38. The resident complained of two holes, likely from a B.B.
gun, on an outside window pane and front porch pillar. The damage was
estimated at $717.
A resident in the 20000 block of Paver Barnes Road reported $1,000 in
cash missing from her home Sunday at 12:57 p.m.
A theft report was taken Sunday at 5:18 p.m. in the 14000 block of
Oxford Drive. A resident reported sometime during the night CDs, a coat,
and miscellaneos change was taken out of an unlocked car. The loss is
estimated at $409.
Charges are pending against a 14-year-old female who would not return
home to the 25000 block of Coder Holloway, Monday at 3:30 a.m. The
teenager did return as the police report was being filed.

A woman received unwanted phone calls from an ex-boyfriend in a
telecommunications harassment report Monday at 9:30 p.m.
Monday at 11:45 p.m. a resident in the 800 block of West Fifth Street
reported that a DVD/VCR was stolen from the front porch.

According to police reports:
Eric B. Archer, 35, of 530 Meadows Drive was arrested for domestic
violence after a physical altercation with his wife Friday at 8:58 a.m.
A business in the 700 block of Milford Avenue reported that a woman was
observed on video surveillance removing three bottles of liquor from
inside Friday at 10:22 a.m. The theft is currently under investigation.
A resident in the 600 block of Poplar Street reported that an unknown
person has been cashing checks from her personal checking account at a
business in Reynoldsburg Friday at 2:41 p.m.
Friday at 4:30 p.m. a woman reported a man attempted to sexually assault
her in the 100 block of West Fourth Street. An investigation is pending.
The front door of an apartment was damaged in the 110 block of South
Main Street by Marysville Police officers Friday at 7:30 p.m. Water was
reportedly running in an upstairs apartment and it was believed that
someone could be inside and in danger. The water was coming from a hot
water heater and the apartment was found to be vacant.
Saturday at 1:49 a.m. a man reported that someone stole $50 from his
wallet while at a residence in the 300 block of Fairview Avenue.
Joshua J. Freier, 25, of 1520 Valley Drive was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated and failure to drive in marked lanes after a traffic
stop on U.S. 33 at Route 31 Saturday at 2:09 a.m.
Jason D. Conley, 21, of Belle Center was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. 33, west of U.S. 36.
A resident in the 200 block of Bridgewater Drive reported that her three
children were possibly abused while they were visiting their father in
Bellefontaine Saturday at 10:18 a.m.
A 14-year-old male was charged with domestic violence after a
altercation with his mother Saturday at 8:30 p.m. in the 500 block of
West Third Street. The male was then transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
Canine officer Khan assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with an
arrest at a traffic stop on Delaware Avenue near U.S. 33 Saturday at 11 p.m.
A resident in the 500 block of Amrine Mill Road reported that someone
was trying to gain entry into her basement through a window Sunday at 1:32 a.m.
An unknown person reportedly broke into a business in the 14000 block of
Suntra Way Sunday at 10:27 a.m. The door knob was broken to the west
side loading dock door. Entry was gained and the cash box was emptied.
The incident is currently under investigation.
A business in the 900 block of West Fifth Street reported that a
16-year-old male was observed opening a box of condoms and taking
several Sunday at 1:47 p.m.
Sunday at 5:21 p.m. a resident in the 1000 block of Vankirk Drive
reported that an unknown person used his debit card to purchase
membership to an adult Web site sometime between Wednesday or Thursday.
Lesa D. Barnette, 50, of 569 E. 10th St. lot 30 was arrested on an
outstanding warrant from Marysville Municipal Court Sunday at 9:15 p.m.
A woman from Plain City reportedly entered Union County Memorial
Hospital in an attempt to obtain narcotics today at 2:41 a.m. She then
attempted to leave with her young son. Children's Services was contacted
and is investigating the report.

Sheila L. Wyatt, 35, of Raymond was arrested and charged with drug abuse
after possessing cocaine after a traffic stop on Square Drive Thursday at 5:05 a.m.
A resident in the 700 block of Kenny Lane reported seeing someone run
away from her car and then discovered a tire had been flattened Thursday at 5:57 p.m.
Bryant L. Brentlinger, 19, of Raymond was arrested and charged with drug
abuse and possession of drugs after a traffic stop on Route 31 at Mill
Valley Thursday at 9:35 p.m.
Unknown suspects attempted to break into a vending machine by prying the
lock at a business in the 700 block of Kenny Lane today at 3:48 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Possible theft was reported Wednesday after a resident in the 26000
block of Ford Reed Road said she purchased prescription medication
online and the company began charging her card for more orders. The
woman canceled her credit card and deputies are investigating the incident.
No charges have been filed after an incident in which a neighbor chased
people away twice with a baseball bat from an area on Park Street in
Magnetic Springs Wednesday at 9:53 p.m. The man then reportedly chased
people with his car up Route 4, although the alleged victims did not
wish to pursue charges.
Deputies discovered that several residences in the 14000 block of Hinton
Mill Road had suffered criminal damaging when decorative lights, light
poles and lawn ornaments were damaged today at about 5 a.m

According to police reports:
Jonathan Elias, 25, of 331 1/2 Walnut St., was arrested and charged with
criminal trespassing after he was found asleep in the bed of a resident
in the 700 block of South Walnut Street today at 1:37 a.m. Elias did not
have permission to be on the property.
A digital camera, valued at $800, was reported stolen or lost Wednesday
at 5:20 p.m. from Marysville Middle School. The possible theft
reportedly occurred on Saturday.
Ned Bookhamer, 51, of Columbus, was arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated after a traffic stop on Industrial Parkway today at 4:58 a.m.
A business in the 1000 block of Delaware Avenue reported that an unknown
person stole her wallet from her purse while she was at work Wednesday at 5:07 p.m.
Wednesday at 3:18 p.m. a resident in the 200 block of Bridgewater Drive
reported that his 15-year-old son has been destroying property at the
home and is being unruly.
A resident in the 200 block of Windsor Drive reported that an unknown
person stole prescription medication from her home Wednesday.
Jack Williamson, 47, of 538 W. Third St., was cited for domestic
violence Wednesday at 2:46 p.m. for reportedly striking his adult daughter.
Wednesday at 12:05 p.m. an Apple Ipod was reportedly stolen from the
Marysville Middle School by an unknown person.
A resident in the 900 block of White Oak Court reported that two dogs
belonging to a resident on the same block came into her back yard and
attacked her dog Wednesday at 11:43 a.m. Neither of the two dogs were on a leash.
A grocery store in the 700 block of Milford Avenue reported that a
female wrote $526.58 worth of bad checks between May 15 and July 13. The
store also reported that another female wrote $605 worth of bad checks
between the same time period.
According to sheriff's reports:
Prescription medication was reported stolen Tuesday from a residence in
the 8000 block of Watkins Road. The theft may have occurred on Sunday.
Charges have not been filed at this time for a reported menacing by
stalking report. Tuesday at 6:06 p.m. a woman in the 20000 block of
Treaty Line Road reported a co-worker has been following her and told
not to stop by her home. Recently she had seen him looking in her windows.
An alleged child abuse report was investigated Tuesday at 8:05 p.m. A
father reportedly assaulted his juvenile son in the 16000 block of Herchanhahn Road.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 500 block of Amrine Mill Road reported that her laptop
computer was discovered missing Tuesday at 7:45 a.m.
Tuesday at 10:02 a.m. a resident in the 600 block of East Sixth Street
reported that an electric tricycle  valued at $80 was stolen from behind
the resident's garage.
The manager of a business in the 14000 block of Industrial Parkway
reported that three signs and an engineer stake were stolen from the
area sometime Tuesday.
A Richwood resident reported that her purse was stolen from her unlocked
vehicle while it was parked on London Avenue or Coleman's Crossing
Boulevard Tuesday. Inside the purse was $150 in cash and a prescription medication.
Tuesday at 6:27 p.m. a resident in the 400 block of Mill Wood Boulevard
reported that an unknown person charged $698.96 worth of merchandise on
her bank account at a business in Gonzalez, La., sometime on Dec. 22.
The report is currently under investigation.
A resident in the 700 block of Meadows Drive reported that her
15-year-old daughter ran away from home Tuesday at 8:42 p.m.

A parent in the 33000 block of Wellwood Drive reported Sunday at 8:51
p.m. that a prepaid credit card was given to their son for Christmas and
it never arrived in the mail. Deputies discovered the money on the card
had already been spent in Marysville by an unknown person and the theft
is under investigation.
A resident in the 24000 block of Ford Reed Road reported possible
burglary/trespassing after the man who she shares property with for
livestock showed up after midnight in her house. No charges have been

According to police reports:
John R. Martin, 57, of Mansfield, was cited for assault Monday at 3:40
p.m. Martin reportedly was a customer who slapped a male clerk at the
Shell/Burger King gas station in the 1300 block of West Fifth Street
during a dispute.
A parent reported an unruly child at the Marysville Green Apartments
Monday at 9:30 a.m.
A business in the 300 block of West Fifth Street reported the side of
the building was spray painted sometime on Monday.
A 17-year-old female was charged with being unruly after refusing to
follow direction from school administrators and a police officer at
Marysville High School Monday at 10:30 a.m.
A business in the 400 block of South Oak Street reported that fraudulent
charges were made on a credit card account Monday at 12:29 p.m.
An alleged attempted burglary was reported Monday at 1:11 p.m. after a
resident in the 600 block of Rainbow Drive discovered an open window.
Nothing was reported stolen from inside at the time.
A 16-year-old female has reportedly been missing from the 300 block of
West Third Street since Saturday.
A handicap placard was reportedly stolen from a car parked in the 100
block of East Fifth Street.
Two juvenile females were involved in a fight on a school bus on U.S. 33
Monday at 3 p.m. A 15 year-old female was charged with disorderly

30-year-old male who claimed he was raped by another man Monday at 3:10
a.m. The claim is believed to be false and possible charges are pending

13000 block of Watkins Road sometime between Jan. 1 and Sunday.
A resident in the 11000 block of Crottinger Road reported the
unauthorized use of his vehicle by a female. The car was loaned to the

Timothy W. Moore, 27, of 464 Allenby Drive was arrested on an
outstanding warrant from Marysville Municipal Court at his home Friday at 10:51 a.m.
A mother in the 300 block of West Third Street reported that her
16-year-old daughter was truant from school and not following the rules
of her probation. The juvenile was found Friday at 11:10 a.m. and returned home.
A 15-year-old male was charged with assault after allegedly choking a
10-Year-old male acquaintance on Aspen Drive. The 15-year-old was taken
into custody and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center Friday at 11:45 a.m.
A resident in the 700 block of Milcrest Drive reported a UPS package
possibly stolen before it could be picked up Friday at 12:41 p.m.
A business in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 East reported a stolen laptop
computer Friday at 12:55 p.m. The item was rented by a customer and never returned.
Shawn S. Valliere, 26, of Cable was arrested for criminal trespassing
and driving with an open container of alcohol after an incident near a
daycare facility in the 900 block of East Fifth Street Friday at 10:54 p.m.
Steven B. Arthur, 38, of West Mansfield was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Delaware Avenue Saturday at 1:33 a.m.
Jason A. Bevard, 24, of 616 W. Third St. was arrested for assault after
being involved in a fight behind a downtown bar in Marysville Saturday at 2:30 a.m.
Ritchie A. Streng, 32, of 565 E. 10th St. was arrested for disorderly
conduct after being involved in a verbal augment in the 700 block of
Meadows Drive Saturday at 2:48 a.m.
Possible animal cruelty was reported Saturday at 9:34 a.m. on Pin Oak
Drive. It was reported that a man was observed abusing his dog by
kicking and throwing the animal. The incident is under investigation.
A woman reported Saturday at 5:45 p.m. that her life was threatened by
her husband. Charges were filed against Edward Lee Dillon, 47, whose
address was not listed and he was charged with possession of marijuana
and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph A. Williams, 25, of 130 Sorenson Drive was arrested at his home
on an outstanding warrant from Madison County Saturday at 8:37 p.m.
James L. Isaacs Jr., 26, of 316 W. Fifth St. was arrested for assault
after being involved in a fight in downtown Marysville Sunday at 2:42 a.m.
Michael G. Shipp, 36, of Mechanicsburg was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic

Ren Phillips, 21, of Milford Center was charged with littering after he
was observed dumping trash bags from his vehicle in the 15000 block of
Paver Barnes Road Dec. 29 at 11:38 a.m.
Law enforcement reportedly dealt with a 14-year-old male after
Consolidated Care reported he made threats that he was going to get a
gun and "shoot everybody" Friday at 8:11 p.m. Deputies met with the male
and got him to agree to a mental evaluation at Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Deputies responded to the 21000 block of Liberty West Road for a
reported domestic violence incident between several family members
Saturday at 2:52 p.m. Family members refused to press charges.
A criminal damaging complain was filed from the 21000 block of Liberty
West Road Saturday at 7:19 p.m. after a car windshield was discovered damaged.
A resident in the 29000 block of Phelps Road reported her $500 Cocker
Spaniel was stolen from inside her residence.
A father and son were reportedly involved in a argument in the 10000
block of Ketch Road Sunday at 9 a.m. No charges were filed in the incident.
Sunday at 11:57 a.m. deputies responded to the 23000 block of Route 161
for a report of James Sherman, 55, of Irwin choking at his home. Law
enforcement arrived at the scene and attempted CPR until medics arrived.
The man was transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County by Union
Township medics for care and he reportedly died later that day.
A woman in the 18000 block of Easton Road reported Sunday her driver's
license, Social Security card and a credit card were stolen from her
purse sometime between Nov. 9 and Nov. 10.

Northcrest Drive were cited for disorderly conduct after being involved

A resident on Butternut Drive reported someone entered the home and
stole his video game system and numerous DVDs Thursday at 11:20 p.m.
A 15-year-old male from the 400 block of East Sixth Street was cited for
unruliness and was taken to Central Ohio Youth Center after failing to
come home Thursday at 7:11 p.m.
The possible theft of a Social Security check was reported Thursday at
1:34 p.m. from the 100 block of Hemlock Drive.
Thursday at 12:19 p.m. an employee of a cable company in the 400 block
of Bridgewater Drive reported the theft of a laptop computer from a work
vehicle while on a service call.

Central Ohio Youth Center staff reported an assault between a
16-year-old female and a 14-year-old female that occurred Thursday at
9:08 p.m. The incident remains under investigation.

Matthew Anderson, 18, of Spring Hill, Fla., was arrested today at 2:53
a.m. for operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. 33
near Post Road.

for possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on U.S. 33, west of U.S. 42.

According to police reports:
Police responded to the 500 block of Amrine Mill Road for a possible
assault on a 15-year-old male by a 16-year-old male Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.
A CD case containing 18 CDs was recovered on West Third Street Wednesday at 2:25 p.m.
Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the 1900 block of Pony Place, 16 bags of trash
were reported lying beside a dumpster rented by Dominion Homes in a
possible theft of services.
Ashley R. Hanson, 22, of 723 S. Walnut St., was arrested Wednesday at
8:53 p.m. on an outstanding warrant for failing to pay fines to the
Marysville Municipal Court.
Wednesday at 10:52 p.m. a resident in the 1700 block of Damos Way
reported telecommunications harassment after receiving multiple unwanted
telephone calls from juveniles.
Wednesday at 11:50 p.m. a resident in the 200 block of North Maple
Street reported that a sheet metal screw had been thrown through the
glass storm door of his residence, shattering the glass. The incident is
under investigation.
According to sheriff's reports:
Michael Hexter, 18, of 315 Sycamore St. was arrested for possession of
marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Industrial
Parkway at Fladt Road Saturday at 2:23 p.m.
A driver was headed to work on Route 736 at Fladt Road when a passing
vehicle tossed a wooden board outside the window, which struck and
damaged the windshield of his car Wednesday at 8:06 p.m.
A deputy was called to the Union County Courthouse lobby Wednesday at
11:21 a.m. for two men verbally arguing. A 45-year-old man who is the
current boyfriend of a woman and her estranged 37-year-old husband were
involved. The boyfriend alleges that the husband threatened him and he
wished to pursue charges. The incident is under investigation.
An elderly woman on Church Street in New Dover reported suspicious
circumstances after a stocky man with black hair and a black beard came
to her door Wednesday at 8:06 p.m. saying he had fixed her roof before
and noticed numerous repairs that should be done. As he spoke a woman
with black hair walked into the home and sat at the kitchen table, also
talking about the work needed. The woman at the table reportedly called
the homeowner "Mom" numerous times. The elderly woman told the two
people she was not interested in their repair work and after they left
she notified law enforcement. Nothing was reported stolen from the home.
The couple was not located at the scene.
According to OSP reports:
Three people were injured in a two-car crash Saturday.
At 9:30 p.m. driver Kelsey Hjelm, 16, of Plain City was headed west on
Jerome Road. At the same time, driver Daniel Marchio, 27, of Delaware
was going northbound on Route 42. Hjelm reportedly failed to yield at
the stop sign where Jerome Road meets Route 42 and was struck by
Marchio's vehicle. Hjelm was injured and transported by Jerome Township
medics to Ohio State University Medical Center. Also injured was Hjelm's
passenger Seth Daily, 17, of Worthington who was taken to Riverside
Methodist Hospital by Jerome Township medics. Marchio was not injured,
although his passenger Jenifer Daily, 25, of Delaware was injured and
taken to Grady Memorial Hospital by Jerome Township medics. Further
details on the crash are pending investigation.
David Bailey, 21, of Columbus was cited for speeding up to 105 mph
Wednesday at 3:20 p.m. on U.S. 33 at the Logan County line.
David Petee, 26, of Marion was arrested for possession of drug
paraphernalia and possible crack cocaine after a traffic stop today at
12:02 a.m. on U.S. 33 east of Route 42. Troopers also served Petee with
warrants for his arrest from Madison County, as well as Delaware and
Marion police departments.
Gerald Westlake, 47, of 17183 Mackan Road was arrested Saturday at 1:34
a.m. for operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Mackan Road at U.S. 36.
Clarence Clere Jr., 45, of Delaware was arrested Friday at 7:48 p.m. for
possession of cocaine after a traffic stop on U.S. 42 at the U.S. 33 overpass.
Christina Allen, 23, of Sidney was arrested Sunday at 3:20 a.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on U.S. 33.

According to police reports:
A sexual offense report is being investigated regarding a 15-year-old
female victim and an 18-year-old male. The incident allegedly occurred
somewhere in Marysville over the past year.
Christopher W. Simpson, 32, of 294 Magnolia Drive was arrested on two
outstanding warrants in the 100 block of East Sixth Street Sunday at 4
a.m. One warrant was out of Delaware City and one was out of Marion County.
Charity D. Jolliff, 21, of 202 W. Third St. was arrested today at 6:50
a.m. on an outstanding warrant from Marysville Municipal Court.
According to sheriff's reports:
Guy Green, 58, of 18564 Wheeler Green Road was arrested Sunday at 1:24
a.m. for operating a vehicle intoxicated, super blood alcohol
concentration levels and failure to control his vehicle. A driver made a
complaint report to deputies regarding a vehicle driving erratically and
running a stop sign on Wheeler Green Road. Deputies witnessed signs of
damage caused by a car going off the road and striking mailboxes. Green
was later found intoxicated inside the vehicle on his property.
Juvenile unruly charges are pending against a 14-year-old Milford Center
female for allegedly striking her mother during an argument Monday at
7:02 p.m. in the 20000 block of Orchard Road.
No charges were filed after two brothers, a 14- and 18-year-old, who
reportedly caused visible injuries to one another during a fight Monday
at 5:29 p.m. in the 23000 block of Route 4. Neither brother was
cooperative in pursuing charges.
A resident in Dover Township reported Tuesday at 12:07 p.m. that
$1,654.17 was charged to her credit card in 17 different purchases from
out of state. Her bank and deputies are investigating the thefts.

According to sheriff's reports:
Friday at 10:32 a.m. in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway, a
vehicle windshield and garage door were reported shot with a B.B. gun.
The incident is still under investigation.
Passenger Kyle Price, 19, of 16280 Hunters Run, was cited for underage
alcohol consumption Saturday at 12:46 a.m. at Route 4 and 347 after a traffic stop.
Saturday at 2:41 a.m. Frederick Barnes, 36, of Sidney was cited for OVI,
failure to drive in marked lanes and driving under suspension after a traffic stop.
Saturday at 2:26 a.m. at U.S. 33/42 Daniel Swartz, 37, of Powell was
cited for OVI, speeding and driving under suspension.
Sunday at 11:02 a.m. in the 15000 block of Meadowbrook Drive, two
homeowners reported criminal damaging of lawn ornaments and birdhouses.
The incident is still under investigation.
Five underage males age 16 from Dublin were cited for underage alcohol
consumption Monday at 11:24 p.m. in the 7000 block of Harriott Road
after deputies responded to vehicles parked in the road.
 According to police reports:
Vandalism was reported in the 600 block of Kenny Lane Friday at 8:52
a.m. A resident reported someone was damaging a tire to their vehicle.
The incident is still under investigation.
Friday at 9:52 a.m., criminal damaging was reported in the 100 block of
North Plum St. A tire was reported damaged during the night. The
incident is still under investigation.
Theft was reported in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue Friday at 3:34
p.m. A restaurant employee was reported taking money from the store
deposit. The incident is still under investigation.
A resident reported Friday at 5:50 p.m. that a tire was  cut in the 700
block of Kenny Lane. The incident is still under investigation.
Christopher Shoemaker, 23, was arrested for OVI Saturday at 12:39 a.m. on U.S. 33.
Saturday at 1:39 a.m. in the downtown Marysville area, John R. Ray, 21,
of  Marion, was arrested for open container.
Saturday at 2:40 a.m. in the 400 block of East Seventh St., Joseph A.
Miller, 35, of 140 Hemlock, was arrested for criminal trespassing after
making  an attempt to enter a residence.
Juanita L. Kroeplin, 28, of 310 Gallery Drive, was arrested for OVI and
cited for open container Saturday at 3:42 a.m. in the East Eighth Street area.
Saturday at 4:34 p.m. in the 100 block of Cypress Drive, a resident
reported damage to his vehicle during the night. The incident is still
under investigation.
Saturday at 9:41 p.m. in the 700 block of Milcrest Drive, a resident
reported electronics and equipment taken during the night. The incident
is still under investigation.
 A visitor at Memorial Hospital of Union County reported damage to their
vehicle parked in the parking lot Saturday at 11:45 p.m.
John P. Cordova, 34, of 31 Woodcrest Drive, was arrested on an
outstanding warrant out of Municipal Court Saturday at 12:40 a.m.
Sunday at 3:21 a.m., George R. Rogosky, 39, of 836 Collins Ave., was
arrested for two counts of aggravated assault and one count of weapons
while under disability after an altercation involving a loaded firearm
at his residence. Rogosky is currently being held pending a bond hearing.
Sunday at 9:57 p.m. in the 500 block of Coleman Crossing, a store
reported a theft of money and gift cards by an employee. Rheann S. Epps,
18, of Richwood, was arrested and charged with three counts of theft in
connection with the complaint.
Justin R. Jeffrey, 24, of 975 McAuliffe Place, was arrested on an
outstanding warrant out of Municipal Court on Sunday at 10:20 p.m.
Sunday at 11:21 p.m. Ben M. Cook, 28, of 699 Kenny Lane, was arrested on
an outstanding warrant out of Municipal Court.
Monday at 4:39 a.m. in the 500 block of Glen Oaks Drive, a male and
female were reported in a dispute. The male was taken to Memorial
Hospital for treatment from an earlier crash on Scottslawn Road.
Daniel P. Kandel, 24, of 137 Hemlock Drive, was arrested on an
outstanding warrant out of Delaware County Monday at 12:52 p.m.
Monday at 3 p.m. a Visa check card was found in the area of Delaware
Avenue on the road. It was turned into the police department.
Today at 3:51 a.m. in the 1900 block of Chiprock Drive,  a resident
reported an acquaintance of her 15-year-old son calling the home
numerous times during the night after being asked to cease. The incident
is still under investigation.
