According to police reports:
Joyce A. McCarty, 42, of
Magnetic Springs was arrested Wednesday at
4:45 p.m. for theft, after
passing the cash register area with items she had not paid for.

According to OSP reports:
One person received minor injuries after losing control on icy roads
this morning and crashing in Liberty Township.
Driver Teresa Carlyle, 47, of Marion, was headed west on Route 347
east of Raymond, when she lost control and struck a guardrail. Her
vehicle reportedly overturned and crashed down into a ditch near the
yard of a nearby residence.
Carlyle suffered minor injuries and was transported by medics to
Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Danielle Haley, 19, of Dublin, was arrested Sunday at 5:45 a.m. on
Route 245 at Maple Ridge Road for OVI and underage consumption of alcohol.
Bruce Harcum, 47, of Columbus, was arrested today at 1:29 a.m. for
driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and possession of
drug paraphernalia after a stop on U.S. 33.
According to police reports:
A resident in the 1800 block of Deer Crossing Drive admitted Monday
at 10:38 a.m. to deceiving local dentists in an attempt to obtain
drugs. No charges were listed in the report at this time.
Eric Arnold, 25, of 925 W. Fifth St. Apt. 1, was arrested Monday at
11:11 a.m. in the 16000 block of Square Drive on an outstanding
warrant issued by the Marysville Municipal Court.
Richard A. Monroe, 22, of Richwood, was arrested Monday at 5 p.m. for
theft after he was found shoplifting DVDs totaling $145.95 from a
business in the 1000 block of North Main Street.
According to sheriff's reports:
Misuse of a credit card was reported Saturday at 9:18 a.m. after a
male employee allegedly purchased $1,600 in items on the company credit card.
Friday at 4:41 p.m. investigators received a report that a juvenile
under the age of 13 had been raped by an adult family member several
times, beginning in October 2004 in Taylor Township. The report
remains under investigation.

According to police reports:
Friday at 1:30 p.m. a resident in the 1600 block of Adena Point Drive
reported someone turned on the outside water faucet, causing a water bill of $1,789.
A man reported being assaulted by another man Friday night in the 100
block of East Fourth Street after a dispute. No charges have been filed.
Five teenage males and females were charged with being unruly,
violating curfew and disorderly conduct after they were found
knocking on doors in the 500 block of West Third Street Saturday at 3:11 a.m.
A resident in the 100 block of Birch Drive reported Saturday at 7:50
a.m. that an unknown person forced entry into his residence and stole
a $500 handgun and an unknown amount of dollar coins.
Saturday at 1:11 p.m. a resident in the 1500 block of Lacosta Drive
reported that after terminating her employment at a business she
noticed that her last paycheck was short.
A woman reported Saturday at 9 p.m. that on Nov. 8 she was raped in a
car while parked in the lot of a business in the 700 block of Milford Avenue.
Harold E. Harter, 32, of 302 S. Court St., was arrested on an
outstanding warrant issued by the Marysville Municipal Court Saturday at 10:31 p.m.
A resident in the 1700 block of Creekview Drive reported that an
unknown person possibly attempted to enter his home Sunday at 1:36 a.m.
Someone slashed the tires on a company car and also keyed the car
while it was parked in the 600 block of Rainbow Drive Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
A 17-year-old male was charged with domestic violence after a fight
with his 14-year-old brother Sunday at 5:25 p.m. in the 600 block of Milford Avenue.
A 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were charged with violating
curfew after they were found in the area of West Eighth Street at Ash
Street today at 1:19 a.m.

According to police reports:
Another bomb threat was reportedly found at Marysville High School Thursday morning.
Marysville Assistant Police Chief Glenn Nicol said this morning that,
similar to a threat found written on a women's bathroom stall on
Wednesday, another threat was discovered to be written on a men's
bathroom stall on the second floor of the school.
He said the threat was vague, written lightly and barely noticeable.
When the threat was written has not been determined.
Nicol also pointed out that students had exams this week and a four-
day weekend away from school, which could be related to the threats.
In an unrelated incident, Nicol said that overnight a janitor noticed
a book bag left in a corner hallway of the school. At 7:15 a.m.
Thursday police were called to investigate, with no threat found.
On Thursday, Nicol said, a fire drill was held at the school and
police took the opportunity to search the school. Nothing was found
related to the bomb threats, which remain under investigation.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies investigated a criminal trespassing report filed Wednesday
at 10:19 a.m. after a subcontractor kept returning to a home in the
14000 block of Graham-Jones Road demanding money for services. He has
been asked in the past not to return.
In another incident, deputies were called to the same block of Graham-
Jones Road Thursday at 3:02 p.m. for a report of a contractor who
allegedly took a total of $97,990 from several clients for services
never completed. The report is currently under investigation.
Linda Taylor, 45, of Columbus, was charged with OVI and driving
outside of marked lanes after a traffic stop Thursday at 12:40 a.m.
on U.S. 33 at Route 161. Deputies also found a prescription bottle
filled with 30 unknown pills. Drug charges are pending laboratory results.
A resident in the 12000 block of Jerome Road reported Thursday at
3:54 a.m. that her house had been shot at. Deputies arrived to find
that someone had thrown a bottle into her window and no suspects were found.

According to police reports:
Officers investigated Marysville High School after noon on Wednesday,
after a bomb threat was reported.
Marysville Assistant Police Chief Glenn Nicol said this morning that
the threat was found written on a woman's bathroom stall, which
indicated a future date. The same type of bomb threat was reported
last year, also written on a stall.
He said that the school building was searched and students were not evacuated.
Nicol did not want to release further details about the wording of
the threat because the incident remains under investigation at this time.
Javory D. Stookey, 23, of 142 First St. was arrested Wednesday at
10:46 p.m. for possession of drugs after a traffic stop on North Main Street.
A Nutmeg Drive resident reported Wednesday that her ex-husband's wife
is calling and harassing her.
Robert M. Scheeler, 27, of 544 Allenby Drive was arrested Wednesday
at 7 p.m. for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court on a theft charge.
A Meadows Drive resident reported Wednesday at 6:17 p.m. that another
boy is repeatedly beating up on her grandson.
A resident on Bay Laurel Drive reported Wednesday at 5:14 p.m. that
on Jan. 14 an unknown person took her lawn furniture table to the
sidewalk and broke it. On Jan. 16 a chair was broken in the same manner.
A bike was stolen from property on Windsor Court Wednesday.
Wednesday at 2 p.m. a Grove Court resident reported receiving a check
in the mail from Canada for $3,300. After she deposited it, her bank
was informed that it was fraudulent.

Cory Burke, 20, of 538 Allenby Drive was arrested for possession of
marijuana after he was a passenger in a car stopped by deputies in
the 21000 block of Main Street in Raymond Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
According to OSP reports:
One person was injured in a single car crash that occurred Wednesday at 9 a.m.
Driver Lisa C. Moore, 37, of Marion was headed south on Route 739,
when she lost control on a curve in the road near Route 47 and went
off the right side into a ditch. Moore suffered minor injuries and
was transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County by Liberty Township medics.

Stephanie L. Kitchen, 34, of Zanesfield, and Christopher C. Kitchen,
33, of Raymond, were both arrested Tuesday after 9 a.m. on
outstanding warrants issued by Logan County.
Ryan P. Bopp, 30, of Kenton, was arrested Tuesday after 10 a.m. on an
outstanding warrant issued by the Kenton Police Department.
A marijuana pipe was found on a student at Marysville High School
Tuesday at 11:09 a.m.
A Wagon Wheel Lane resident reported Tuesday that her husband has not
been home or seen for the past three days.
A 14-year-old male was arrested for aggravated menacing after he
reportedly held his step-mother at knife point Tuesday at 4:12 p.m.
Tuesday at 6:10 p.m. a resident on East Fifth Street reported finding
a marijuana pipe inside her husband's coat.
According to sheriff's reports:
A business owner in the 23000 block of Route 4 reported Tuesday at
7:03 a.m. that a person came in and bought cigarettes, gasoline and
two prepaid gas cards on a stolen credit card.
Tuesday at 10:12 p.m. Erik Eriksen, 41, of Dublin, was arrested for
OVI after he was found asleep in his car parked in the 10000 block of U.S. 42.

Friday morning deputies were called to do a welfare check on a 49-
year-old male in the 11000 block of Lunda Road. The man had left the
home to visit a friend and deputies asked them to keep an eye on the man.

A resident in the 100 block of Tulip Drive reported Monday morning
that someone had removed the valve stems from the tires on her son's car.
A resident in the 200 block of Windsor Court reported Monday that she
received a bill for $2,030 in dental work completed under her
daughter's name. She reported that she has not seen her daughter in five years.
A business in the 1200 block of Columbus Avenue reported a diesel
fuel spill and gasoline stolen Monday.
In a felony theft report, a woman reportedly passed bad checks at a
business in the 700 block of Milford Avenue Monday.
In another felony theft report, a man reportedly passed bad checks at
a business in the 700 block of Milford Avenue Monday.
Jessica M. Cowan, 20, of 304 W. Seventh St., was arrested and charged
with theft after shoplifting at a business in the 500 block of
Coleman's Crossing Boulevard Monday at 4:58 p.m.
Kenneth E. Nicol, 41, of 12900 Bear Swamp Road, was arrested and
charged with persistent disorderly conduct after he was reportedly
knocking on the door of a business in the 700 block of South Walnut
Street in an attempt to gain entrance today at 3:53 a.m.

for driving under suspension and two outstanding warrants for his
arrest issued by Franklin and Madison counties.

11:46 p.m. for OVI, after a stop on Main Street at Fifth Street.
Terri Baughman, 24, of Springfield, was arrested for OVI Saturday at
2:13 a.m. after a stop on U.S. 33 at Route 31.
Steven Hayner, 67, of 17297 Martin Welch Road, was arrested for OVI
Sunday at 12:10 a.m. after a stop on Sixth Street at Ash Street.

According to police reports:
Kenneth E. Nicol, Jr., 41, of 13757 Fladt Road was arrested Friday at
11:30 a.m. on an outstanding warrant in the 700 block of South Walnut Street.
A resident in the 700 block of East Sixth Street found $94 in cash in
the driveway to her home Friday at 1:27 p.m.
A resident in the 500 block of Garden Drive reported Friday that
someone made unauthorized withdrawals from his savings account from Las Vegas.
A 15-year-old male was charged with criminal trespassing and
possession of firearms after he was found at a business in the 500
block of Coleman's' Crossing Boulevard Friday at 4:30 p.m.
A business in the 16000 block of Square Drive reported that a woman
ordered $7.50 in food and left without paying Friday.
Whitney Levally, 21, of 324 Terrace Court was arrested in the 300
block of East Fifth Street on a warrant through the Dublin Police
Department Saturday at 1:19 a.m.
Saturday at 2:01 a.m. a woman in the 700 block of Kenny Lane was
found in possession of prescription medication that was not her own.
No charges were listed.
Shelda L. Wiley, 33, of 714 N. Maple St. was arrested Saturday at
2:01 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and having an open
container of alcohol in the 700 block of Kenny Lane.
A man in the 500 block of Ash Street reportedly overdosed on an over-
the-counter cold/cough medicine Saturday at 3:21 p.m.
James A. Webb, 31, of 525 Rosehill Drive was arrested Saturday at
9:21 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct after he was found
intoxicated on the ground in a yard in the 500 block of Ash Street.
During a traffic stop on Timberview Drive Saturday at 10:42 p.m.
driver Justin Robinson, 18, of 1591 Valley Drive was arrested for
possession of drug paraphernalia. Passenger Collin Hott, 18, of 18579
Easton Road was also arrested and charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia after he was found with a glass pipe with burned marijuana inside.
An unknown person reportedly threw a brick into a window of a car
parked in the 200 block of North Plum Street Sunday at about 2:30 a.m.
David Deskins, 34, of 13966 Pleasant Ridge Drive was arrested and
charged with driving under suspension after a traffic stop in the 300
block of East Fifth Street Sunday at 2:37 a.m.
Gregory W. Hamilton, 39, of 874 Watkins Glen Boulevard was arrested
Sunday at 2:45 p.m. at U.S. 33 at Avery Road on an outstanding warrant.
Benjamin G. Pyers, 30, of 20242 Raymond Road was arrested Sunday at
4:08 a.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after he
was found with a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana in the 600 block of Meadows Drive.
A 16-year-old male was charged with domestic violence Sunday at 5:45
p.m. after a fight with his stepfather in the 400 block of Linden Street.
Matthew W. Johnson, 18, of Milford Center was arrested Sunday at 5:49
p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after he was
found at a business in the 1000 block of Columbus Avenue with a
multicolored glass pipe used to smoke marijuana.
Richard A. McVay, 23, of 560 Meadows Drive and Robert L. Hamilton,
27, of 13966 Pleasant Ridge Road were both arrested Sunday at 7:45
p.m. while at a hotel in the 16000 block of Square Drive for
outstanding warrants issued by the Marysville Municipal Court.
A female home health employee reported she was assaulted Sunday at
8:21 p.m. by one of her patients in the 100 block of Chestnut Street.
Sean G. Smock, 36, of 496 W. Third St. was arrested today at 3:22
a.m. for operating a vehicle intoxicated and driving under suspension
after a traffic stop in the 500 block of West Third Street.
Shane Wallingford, 36, of 23611 Holy Cross Epps Road was arrested
today at 5:33 a.m. for disorderly conduct after he was found prowling
in the backyard of a residence on Surrey Lane.
According to sheriff's reports:
A 17-year-old female accidentally overdosed on medication Saturday at
12:26 a.m. in the 8000 block of Highland Croy Road.
Friday at 12:34 p.m. an employee of a business in the 8000 block of
Industrial Parkway reported that a female employee stole paperwork.
Charges are pending at this time.
Friday at 3:22 p.m. someone forced entry into a home in the 19000
block of Powderlick Road and stole $1,275 in alcohol, cash and video games.
Someone forced entry into a storage trailer in the 7000 block of
Currier Road Saturday morning and stole a generator valued at $488.84.
Saturday at 12:52 p.m. a resident in the 15000 block of Fish Road
reported someone stole two chairs and a table from their front porch,
while the home was under construction.
Deputies responded to the 23000 block of Raymond Road Sunday at 3:58
a.m. for a report of people at a home, possibly committing a theft.
When deputies arrived no one was there and someone had written
profanity in the front on a car window.
Deborah Smith, 20, of Lima was arrested Sunday at 3:09 a.m. after she
was caught speeding at 96 mph on U.S. 33 at Delaware Avenue.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 600 block of Milford Avenue reported that her ex-
boyfriend broke into her apartment Wednesday night, went to an
upstairs bedroom and changed clothes, went to the living room where
she was sleeping and took money from her coat pockets and left.
A business in the 500 block of Coleman's Crossing Boulevard reported
that two women were seen on video shoplifting unknown items Thursday.
A resident on Allenby Drive reported that he found drug paraphernalia
in a pile of discarded property from an eviction on Allenby Drive Thursday.
Joseph M. Tackett, 33, of Springfield, was arrested for having an
open container in a motor vehicle Thursday.
A Milford Center resident reported that he was assaulted today at
12:36 a.m. when he left a business in the 200 block of North Plum Street.
Larry L. Baker III, 26, of West Mansfield, was arrested on an
outstanding warrant issued by Bellefontaine Police Department today
at 1:10 a.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Burglary was reported Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. after someone forced
entry into a vacant house in the 6000 block of Weldon Road and stole
$3,000 in copper pipe sometime after Jan. 4.
A business in the 23000 block of Route 4 reported someone used a
stolen credit card to purchase $243.77 worth of merchandise Thursday
at 3:38 p.m.
Tony Bennett, 37, of Delaware, was arrested for possession of
marijuana after the drugs were found in his vehicle during a traffic
stop in the 12000 block of U.S. 42 Thursday at 8:20 p.m. Several
pills were also found in the car, which are being tested for further drug abuse changes.

According to OSP reports:
Several young family members were injured Wednesday in a rollover
crash near Milford Center.
At 9:05 p.m., driver Bethany Sorg, 17, of 12935 Route 4, was headed
eastbound on Woodstock Road and lost control at a left curve at
Middleburg Plain City Road. She attempted to correct the turn, but
went off the right side and crashed into a ditch. The car overturned
in the crash and came to a rest on its top. Inside the car with Sorg
was her sister Brooke, 16, and her brothers Blake, 11, and Brice, 9.
All four members of the Sorg family suffered minor visible injuries
in the crash and were transported to Memorial Hospital of Union
County by Union Township medics. The vehicle sustained severe damage
in the crash. Bethany Sorg was also cited for failure to control.
According to police reports:
Wednesday at 1:56 p.m. a resident on Parkway Drive reported that an
unknown person opened a credit card in her name sometime in 2006.
A purse was reported stolen from inside a church on East Sixth Street
Wednesday at 2:37 p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies responded to the 23000 block of Shirk Avenue. Charles Tegge,
76, was found deceased in his bedroom Wednesday at 10:20 a.m. No foul play is suspected.

Former Marysville police officer hit by car
A former Marysville Police officer ended up in the hospital after he was
struck by a passing car in Delaware County Saturday night.
Roger L. Wessell, 64, of Marysville, now an Ostrander police officer,
was reportedly transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital for minor
injuries.
According to the Delaware Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, at
about 7:30 p.m. that night Wessell was attempting to direct traffic
around a crash scene in the westbound lanes of U.S. 36.
He was reportedly standing in the eastbound lane and his cruiser was
stopped in the westbound lane with its emergency lights on to protect a
vehicle which had crashed into a ditch.
As Wessell directed traffic, driver Howard P. Dean, 54, of Chesterland,
was headed westbound on U.S. 36 when he drove around the cruiser and
struck the officer.
The state patrol reported that Wessell had a flashlight but was not
wearing a reflective vest as he stood in the roadway. The crash remains
under investigation at this time and no charges have been filed against
Dean. Alcohol use has not been considered a factor.
According to police reports:
A resident on West Fourth Street reported menacing Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
after his neighbor told him he "would kill him if he woke him up with
his truck in the morning."
Numerous tools were stolen from a construction site on Route 4 Tuesday
at 8:37 a.m.
Crystal Goodson, 42, of 323 S. Walnut St. Apt. A, was arrested Tuesday
at 8:50 a.m. on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for
telephone harassment and operating a vehicle intoxicated.
Several cars parked in the Marysville impound lot were broken into and
numerous items were stolen Monday night.
Jodi L. Bender, 40, of 981 Coventry Place, Apt. C, was arrested Tuesday
at 7 p.m. for driving under suspension.

dispute Tuesday at 11:31 a.m., with no charges.

A business in the 700 block of Milford Avenue
reported to police Monday
three separate incidents of stolen alcohol between
Nov. 16 and Dec. 11,
totaling a loss of $36.85.
Tuesday at 9:20 a.m. a
resident in the 400 block of Grand Avenue
reported the theft of tools
totaling $350 from his garage.
Residents in the 300 block of South Oak Street
reported receiving
numerous unwanted phone calls from a female on Coventry
Place Monday.
Gretchen M. Addison, 40, of 597 Kenny Lane was arrested Monday
at 7:26
p.m. on U.S. 33 at the Franklin County line on an outstanding
warrant
issued by the Marysville Municipal Court.

Monday at 7:31 a.m. it was reported that several windows were broken
out
at a property under construction in the 28000 block of Route
739
sometime over the weekend and led to a $5,000 loss.
Kimberly Fry, 31,
of 328 S. Court St. was arrested today at 12:02 a.m.
for OVI, high blood
alcohol levels and having an open container of
alcohol inside her car after a
traffic stop on U.S. 33 near the rest area.
Chad Hooker, 30, of Dublin was
arrested today at 1:56 a.m. for OVI and
parking in a roadway. A deputy
witnessed a car parked on Industrial
Parkway at Mitchell Dewitt Road. On the
scene, the passenger of the
vehicle was standing in a ditch nearby on the
road and did not feel safe
to be in the car with the driver. Hooker was the
driver of the vehicle.

Michael Lawson, 53, of Marysville was arrested for
OVI, having an open
container of alcohol and driving left of center,
after a traffic stop on
Milford Avenue at Maple Street.
Today at 3:11 a.m. Betsy Grove, 22, of Shelby
was arrested for OVI after
a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at U.S. 42.

Two 16-year-old males were involved in a fight
at Marysville High School
Friday at 7:30 a.m.
A resident on West Sixth
Street reported Friday that two of her bank
checks were stolen. One, which
had been written out for $80, had already
been cashed at a business in the
900 block of West Fifth Street.
On Friday the Union County Department of Job
and Family Services
reported a case under investigation involving the
possible sexual
assault of a 3-year-old male.
Sunday at 5:01 a.m. the
Delaware Department of Job and Family Services
requested assistance from
police while removing a 3-year-old from the
custody of the
parents.

p.m.
for possession of drugs after a traffic stop on U.S. 33.

Someone stole a $369 trailer hitch from a man's truck while
he was at a
business in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street Sunday at 5:51
p.m.

Roxanne Taylor, 18, of 319 W. Sixth
St., was arrested Friday at 9:18
p.m. for failure to signal a lane change,
possession of marijuana and
possession of drug paraphernalia after a stop on
Delaware Avenue at
Coleman's' Crossing Boulevard. Passenger John Boggs, 20,
of the same
address, was charged with possession of marijuana and
drug
paraphernalia. Deputies also confiscated several unidentified
pills
which could lead to further drug-related charges.
Marvin Rivers Sr.,
35, of Columbus, was arrested Saturday at 2:35 a.m.
for operating a vehicle
intoxicated, high blood alcohol levels and
driving outside of marked lanes.
During the traffic stop on
Middleburg-Plain City Road in Milford Center,
passenger Alicia Wilson,
33, of Milford Center, was arrested for persistent
disorderly conduct
after she continually got out of the vehicle, disrupted
the arrest and
would not follow orders of law enforcement.

30, of Richwood, was arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated Saturday at
4:02 a.m. after a traffic stop on Route 4 at Hopewell Road.

According to sheriff's reports:
Union County Sheriff's deputies are searching
for a man missing since
Christmas from his residence in the 10000 block of
Route 4.
Ryan Patrick, 49, who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 230
pounds,
was last seen driving a green 1993 Ford Ranger with no front grill.
He
is a white male, with brown hair and blue eyes. His license plate
is
AVW7088. Anyone with information on the man's location is asked
to
contact Sgt. Eric Yoakam in the Investigations Department at
645-4100.
A resident in the 13000 block of Watkins Road reported Dec. 27
that
someone possibly shot a gun into the house, after a small hole was
found
in the siding.
A total of 20 boxes of landscaping rocks, along with
hand and power
tools, were stolen from a property in the 21000 block of Shirk
Road
Thursday. The loss was listed at $2,397.69.
Melissa Holycross, 39, of
Marion, was arrested today at 4:25 a.m. for
speeding and providing false
information on her identity when stopped on
Route 4 at Wolford Maskill
Road.

Tires were slashed on a car parked at a
business in the 500 block of
Coleman's Crossing Boulevard Thursday.
A
resident of Rebecca Drive reported Thursday that her husband is
allegedly
writing checks on a closed account.
Joseph A. Williams, 26, of Woodstock, was
arrested Thursday at 10:24
a.m. for driving under suspension, menacing and
obstructing official
business after a traffic stop on West Fifth Street.
A
resident of West Sixth Street reported Thursday at 11:05 a.m. that
sometime
in December his canoe was stolen from a facility on Northwest Parkway.
A
resident of Lakeside Circle reported receiving harassing phone calls
on her
cell phone from unknown females Thursday at 5:03 p.m.
A 15-year-old male was
arrested for domestic violence Thursday at 7:19
p.m. after he struck his
younger sister in the face in the 500 block of
Amrine Mill Road.
A Caddie
Drive resident reported that two ex-roommates came back to the
apartment and
entered without permission to remove their belongings
Thursday at 7:46
p.m.
Michael A. Chellis, 40, of Clyde, was arrested for physical
control,
possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop
on
Delaware Avenue today at 3:31 a.m.

Dustin Tyler E. Edwards, 18, of 500 W. Third
St., was arrested Wednesday
at 12:39 p.m. for driving under suspension after
a traffic stop on Columbus Avenue.
A resident on Van Kirk Drive reported
Wednesday that a handgun is
missing from his home.
A mail box was
reportedly knocked off its post in the 1000 block of Van
Kirk Drive
Wednesday.
Nathaniel C. Epling, 20, of 15722 Jolly Road, was arrested today
at 2:23
a.m. for driving under suspension and having expired license
plates
after a traffic stop on Watkins Road.
A resident in the 200 block
of Greenwood Boulevard reported today at 3
a.m. that someone attempted to
enter her apartment sometime between 6
p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on
Wednesday.
According to sheriff's reports:
Hand and power tools valued at
$1,225 were stolen from a home under
construction in the 14000 block of Grand
Jones Road Wednesday.
Rick Mount, 53, of Richwood, was arrested for operating
a vehicle
intoxicated, driving outside of marked lanes and obstructing
official
business Wednesday at 5:40 p.m. in the 18000 block of Cunningham
Arbella
Road. Deputies investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle parked
in a
driveway. Mount was found inside and refused to get out. Deputies
then
used a Taser device to get Mount to comply with their orders. The
tire
tracks from Mount's vehicle showed that he had been swerving in
the
roadway, drove into a yard and then went through the yard to stop on
the driveway.
A 17-year-old Marysville male was arrested for possession of
drug
paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Coleman's Crossing Boulevard
at
Delaware Avenue Wednesday at 9:22 p.m.

Robert Harbin III, 24, of Columbus, was arrested today at 2:01 a.m.
for
driving under suspension after a traffic stop on U.S. 33.

According to police reports:
A naked 43-year-old female was reportedly found
passed out inside a
vehicle she did not own at a restaurant at 404 S. Oak St.
Tuesday at
12:46 a.m. The woman was transported to the Memorial Hospital of
Union
County emergency room due to her apparent intoxication and condition.
No
charges were filed.
A 14-year-old male was cited for violating curfew
and trespassing inside
vehicles Monday at 1:38 a.m. A resident in the 1300
block of Carmel
Drive reported seeing juveniles attempting to get inside cars
parked in
front of the home. The male was found in the area.
An employee
at a business in the 17000 block of Route 31 reported that a
cash deposit was
taken from the office safe Sunday. An undetermined
amount of cash was
stolen.
A laptop computer was reported stolen Monday from inside a home in
the
700 block of Meadows Drive.
A resident in the 1000 block of Van Kirk
Drive reported that she was
assaulted by her ex-husband and thought he was
going to kill her
Tuesday. No charges have been filed.
Juan J. Figueroa
Jimenez, 23, of Bowling Green, Kentucky was arrested
for driving under
suspension, failure to obey a traffic control device,
failure to reinstate
his license, and doing a prohibited U-turn on
Delaware Avenue Tuesday at 8:26
p.m.
According to police reports:
Daniel Knipp, 21, of 25 E. Park St. was
arrested for driving under
suspension and possession of marijuana after a
traffic stop on Rose
Street in Magnetic Springs Sunday at 12:47 a.m.
A
gift card and cash were stolen from a home in the 21000 block of Main
Street
in Raymond sometime over the weekend.
Steven R. Jamison, 45, of 260 Pearl St.
in Richwood, was found walking
down U.S. 33 between Scottslawn Road and the
rest area Monday at 12:47
a.m. Deputies picked him up and dropped him off at
the rest area. He had
been involved in a fight with his brother Daniel B.
Jamison, 38, of
Sebring, Fla. who kicked him out of the car on U.S. 33. As a
result,
both brothers were cited for disorderly conduct.
A total of $450
in hand and power tools were stolen from a home under
construction in the
24000 block of Route 47 Sunday.
A total of $100 in damages were reported
after someone slashed the right
rear tire of a truck parked on Railroad
Street in Unionville Center Monday.
