5/31/07
According to police reports:
Marysville medics responded to the 300 block of
North Maple Street
Wednesday at 10:05 a.m. after a man was maced during an
argument. No
charges have been filed after a 47-year-old man from West
Liberty maced
a 30-year-old man from Marysville.
A resident in the 200
block of Lakeview Court reported $30 was stolen
from her purse between 1 and
2 p.m. Wednesday.
Christopher A. Shields, 20, of Richwood, was arrested on an
outstanding
warrant issued by the Union County Sheriff's Office for failure
to
appear in court for failing to register a dog after a traffic stop
today
on North Main Street at 2:55 a.m.
According to sheriff's
reports:
The Union County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Human
Services
are investigating the allegation that a 15-year-old female was
the
victim of gross sexual imposition by a family acquaintance in
Dover
Township Wednesday.
A resident in the 21000 block of Lingrell Road
reported Wednesday at
7:40 p.m. that someone had forcibly entered the home
and stole $680 in
video games and a video game system.

According to police reports:
Police responded to Stockyard Steakhouse
Saturday at 11:55 p.m. after
fights erupted inside and outside the business.
Police arrested numerous
people for disorderly conduct. Included are Nicole
R. Reed, 35, of 304
Buerger St.; Brent Reed, 36, of 304 Buerger St., Brian
Reed, 40, of 836
Collins Ave., Robert McWilliams, 46, of 409 Terrace Court,
Timothy P.
Fox, 39, of 1169 Rosewood Drive, Charles Jolliff, 41, of Richwood,
and
Keith Cordova, 33, of 403 S. Maple St. who was also arrested on
an
outstanding warrant issued by the Marysville Municipal Court.
Charges
are pending against two 11-year-old brothers who admitted to
breaking into
the Marysville Middle School and damaging several cameras
and breaking a
window Monday.
A Shriner's donation can was reported stolen Monday from the
800 block
of West Fourth Street.
Cash was stolen from a purse and two
money orders were reported lost or
stolen in two theft incidents Monday at
Wal-Mart at 555 Coleman's
Crossing Boulevard.
A 15-year-old male was
charged with domestic violence Sunday at 7:45
p.m. after he struck his mother
while they drove in Marysville. The
mother stopped at the Marysville Police
Department and the juvenile
fled. He later returned and was
arrested.
Katherine Harris, 41, of Rushsylvania, was arrested for having an
open
container of alcohol while driving on U.S. 33 east Friday at 9:46
p.m.
Two residents in the 1200 and 1300 blocks of Valley Drive reported
their
homes had been shot with paint balls by unknown suspects Friday at
9:55
p.m. and then at 10 p.m.
A resident in the 500 block of West Fifth
Street reported Saturday at
midnight that someone broke the front passenger
side window of her car.
Saturday at 12:30 a.m. a resident of Raymond Road
reported that his car
tires had been slashed and the sides "keyed" while at a
friend's home in
the 1100 block of Fairfield Drive.
Several cars on Ash
Street, Milford Avenue and Catalpa Place were shot
with paint balls and
possibly a BB gun overnight Friday or early
Saturday morning. Windows on the
cars were cracked and broken.
A resident in the 500 block of Allenby Drive
reported that her license
plates had been stolen from her car Sunday at 10:32
p.m.
A bike was reported stolen Monday at 5:06 p.m. from the 800 block
of Collins Avenue.
According to sheriff's reports:
The theft of $380 in
pool supplies was reported Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
from the 21000 block of
Northwest Parkway.
Lawrence Watkins, 20, of Sydney, was charged with driving
with an open
container of alcohol after a traffic stop Thursday at 7:36 p.m.
on
Oharra Road at Route 161.
Robert Graham, 43, of Richwood, was arrested
for domestic violence after
striking his 17-year-old son Thursday at 10:33
p.m. in the 9000 block of
Boundary Road.
Dallas Sollars, 26, of Groveport,
was arrested for speeding, operating a
vehicle intoxicated, high blood
alcohol concentration and driving under
suspension after a traffic stop
Thursday at 10:15 p.m. on U.S. 33 at
Mitchell Dewitt Road.
Joshua Shaw,
19, of Newark, was cited for possession of marijuana and
drug paraphernalia
after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at U.S. 42 Friday at 12:51 a.m.
Charges
are pending against a 14-year-old male student for pulling the
fire alarm at
Fairbanks Middle School Friday at 1:40 p.m.
Tyler Sayre, 26, of West
Jefferson, was cited for possession of drug
paraphernalia after a traffic
stop on Post Road at Highland Croy Road
Friday at 5:51 p.m.
Prescription
medication was reported stolen from a home in the 20000
block of Orchard Road
Saturday at 1:30 p.m. The pills were later found
with a juvenile family
member.
Andrew Culver, 29, of 163 Riverwind Drive, was arrested for operating
a
vehicle intoxicated and driving outside of marked lanes Sunday at
12:40
a.m. on U.S. 33 at Beecher Gamble Road.
Driver Kevin Blair, 18, of
Raymond, and passenger Steven Wilder, 19, of
Pataskala, were cited for
underage consumption of alcohol Saturday at
1:19 a.m. after a traffic stop on
Raymond Road at the U.S. 33 overpass.
Monday at 7:19 p.m. $100 was reported
stolen from a purse on Commercial
Street in Milford Center.
Daniel Clark,
42, of 19160 Delaware County Line Road, was arrested for
operating a vehicle
intoxicated, speeding, high blood alcohol levels and
driving outside of
marked lanes after a traffic stop on Route 37, east
of Route 347 Monday at
9:40 p.m.
Timothy Lewis, 28, of 18516 Raymond Road, was arrested for
operating a
vehicle intoxicated, driving outside of marked lanes, failure to
signal
a lane change and having an open container of alcohol in a public
place
after a traffic stop at the U.S. 33 rest area Monday at 10:05
p.m.

arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated Sunday at 2:35 a.m. after a
traffic stop on Industrial
Parkway at Heritage Drive.
Cordia Ballio, 42,

intoxicated and speeding
after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 Saturday at 12:54 a.m.

According to police reports:
Menacing charges are reportedly pending after a
15-year-old student made
a "gun threat" toward another student at Marysville
High School Thursday at 3 p.m.
Ashley R. Hanson, 22, of 723 S. Walnut St.
was arrested on an
outstanding warrant issued by the Marysville Municipal
Court Thursday at 2:19 p.m.
David N. Phillips, 19, of West Mansfield, was
charged with theft after
stealing a 16 ounce energy drink from a business in
the 1000 block of
West Fifth Street Thursday at 4:18 p.m.
A resident in
the 200 block of West Ninth Street reported that an
unknown person placed
screws under the back tires of his vehicles
Thursday night. The tires, valued
at $200, were damaged.
A resident of South Carolina reported Thursday that
she received bills
from Union County Memorial Hospital. She believes her
sister, who lives
in Marysville, may have used her identity to be treated at
the hospital.

A business in the 13000
block of U.S. 36 reported that approximately
$525 in aluminum wheel rims were
stolen sometime since Monday.

According to police reports:
Olubunmi Dh Longe, 22, of Columbus was arrested
and charged with drug
abuse and two counts of possession of drug
paraphernalia after he was
found with marijuana after a traffic stop on East
Fifth Street at Walnut
Street today at 1:40 a.m.
The Memorial Hospital of
Union County reported that a female was
attempting to use deception to obtain
additional medication for pain
Wednesday at 11:50 p.m.
A resident in the
1800 block of Chiprock Drive reported Wednesday at
8:58 a.m. that someone
damaged the lawn with a chemical.
A 15-year-old male was cited for under age
consumption of alcohol and a
17-year-old was cited for possession of
cigarettes today at 4:09 a.m.
The two were also cited for criminal
trespassing and curfew violations.
Police were called earlier for reports of
juveniles attempting to get
inside a resident's trailer.
Two Tiki lamps
were stolen from a patio in the 500 block of Meadows
Drive
Wednesday.

Columbus were cited for having open
containers of alcohol after a

Bernard Stanley, 39, of Marion was arrested on outstanding
warrants,
driving with an open container of alcohol, driving under suspension
and
a seat belt violation after a traffic stop on Route 4 at Hopewell
Road
Wednesday at 6:21 p.m.
A 13-year-old male was taken to the Central
Ohio Youth Center after
assaulting a family member Tuesday at 6:55 p.m. in
the 22000 block of
Route 739. Charges are pending through the juvenile
court.
A business in the 8000 block of Corporate Boulevard reported
Tuesday
that a suspect used fraudulent discount codes to steal $275.69 over
the
Internet.
Wednesday at 11:31 p.m. a 15-year-old male from the 21000
block of Evans
Road was arrested on a probation violation and charges are
pending.

arrested Tuesday at 11:14
a.m. for an outstanding warrant issued by the

A business in the 100 block of North Cherry
Street reported that a man
pumped $18 worth of gasoline on a credit card
which did not register
Tuesday at 12:27 p.m.
A Sony PSP electronic device
was stolen from a home on West Ninth Street Tuesday.
Gregory L. Combs II,
31, of 11 Hillcrest Circle was charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia,
driving under suspension and no
driver's license after a traffic stop on
Columbus Avenue between Clymer
Road and Dunham Avenue Tuesday at 6:21
p.m.
A resident in the 600 block of Allenby Drive reported a trash bin
fire,
which was possibly started by some kind of explosion Tuesday at
7:48 p.m.

Tuesday at 9:11 a.m. the
Union County Department of Children Services
reported that a 13-year-old
female was possibly the victim of attempted
rape by two unnamed individuals.
The report remains under investigation.
A riding lawn mower was stolen

Brock Road sometime between May 13 and
Sunday.
Tuesday at 11:34 a.m. a woman in the 14000 block of Bethlehem
Claibourne
Road reported an ex-boyfriend is sending her letters in violation
of a protection order.

A burglary was reported after a resident in the
600 block of Meadows
Drive discovered a door had been kicked in and a
computer was stolen.
Police responded to Cottonwood Drive for a animal
neglect/cruelty
report, after two German shepherd dogs were found abandoned
for the past
couple weeks inside a trailer.
A woman reported her credit
card was stolen from her purse when she was
at McDonalds on Route 31 Sunday
afternoon.
According to sheriff's reports:
Patrick Kepler, 32, of New
Bloomington was cited for possession of drug
paraphernalia after a traffic
stop on Route 4 Monday at 6:04 p.m.
Monday at 8:13 p.m. a resident in the
14000 block of County Home Road
reported a $250 hand tiller was
stolen.
Todd A. Elderidge, 34, of 18818 Collins Road was arrested at 12:23
a.m.
today for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless
operation.
His car was found on fire after a traffic crash and had to
be
extinguished. The fire occurred near Unionville Road in the 15000
block
of Route 161.
Nathan M. Jolley, 18, of Marion was arrested for the
theft of a $300
Ruger .22 rifle from a home in the 15000 block of Route 739
today at 1:05 a.m.

According to sheriff's reports:
Scott Grubb, 30, of East Sixth Street was
arrested for OVI, endangering
juveniles, possession of an open container and
possession of marijuana
after a traffic stop Sunday at 10:11 p.m. on Route 4
south of U.S. 33.
A report of underage drinking is under investigation in the
9000 block
of Mission Drive after a 16-year-old male called home to report
that he
had consumed alcohol and was ill. Officers responded to the
location
after talking to the 16 year old and found two 15-year-old males,
three
16-year-old males and two females aged 16 and 17. Also at the
residence
was a 23-year-old male and an adult who was sleeping. The
incident
remains under investigation and possible charges are pending
through juvenile court.
A person in the 7000 block of McKitrick Road
reported Friday at 1:44
p.m. that someone obtained debit card information and
used it to make a
purchase. The incident is under investigation by the
complainant's bank
and the sheriff's office.
Theft of a skid of glass and
other building items from a home under
construction in the 18000 block of
Richwood-Miller Road was reported
Friday at 6:42 p.m. Estimated loss: $2,700.
The incident is under investigation.
Theft of a Honda four-wheeler ATV was
reported Friday at 10 p.m. in the
22000 block of Treaty Line Road. The theft
apparently occurred between
May 17 and 18 and is under investigation. Loss:
$3,000.
Shane Slagle, 23, of Delaware, was cited for driving under
suspension
and open container of alcohol after a traffic stop at U.S. 42 in
the
area of U.S. 33 Saturday at 8:41 p.m.

a.m. that a group of young teenagers

outstanding warrant Friday at

for
driving under suspension and speeding after a traffic stop on North

A resident in the 600 block of Kentucky Circle reported seeing
two
juveniles breaking into vehicles Sunday at 1:36 a.m. When
officers
arrived, they located the two juveniles and were told about
other
vehicles they had broken into.
5/18/07
According to sheriff's reports:
Thursday at 9:10 p.m. a resident on
Cunningham Arbella Road reported
finding damage to his property caused by a
4-wheel vehicle. He later
discovered an abandoned ATV in the woods. Deputies
linked the ATV to a
pursuit that occurred just after 2 a.m. that day, in
which a driver fled
from law enforcement into the field and escaped. The
investigation into
the ATV's owner continues.
A resident in the 33000
block of Carter Road reported prescription
medication was stolen from his
home Wednesday.

Taylor Ave. was arrested and charged with
domestic violence after an argument
with his wife that turned physical
Thursday at 7:50 p.m.
A resident in the
800 block of Collins Avenue reported returning home
after an argument with
her boyfriend to find her property thrown into
the yard and damaged Thursday
at 8 a.m.
On Thursday a resident on Aspen Drive reportedly received a check
for
$5,000.75 by way of UPS with directions to cash the check and mail
a
money order to another address. The possible fraud is
being investigated.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 400 block of Windmill Drive
reported Wednesday at
12:58 p.m. that someone entered their apartment and
stole several
prescription medications, a 32-inch flat screen TV, a CD player
and a child's toy.
A 9-mm pistol was reported stolen from a home on Scott
Circle Wednesday.
Drug paraphernalia was reportedly found inside an
apartment complex in
the 400 block of Windmill Drive by the manager Wednesday
afternoon.
Mikayla R. Weitznecker, 20, of 460 Windmill Drive no. 27 was
charged
with possession of drugs after being found with a plastic box
containing
marijuana during a traffic stop Wednesday at 4:54 p.m. on East
Fourth
Street at Walnut Street.
An unknown person broke into a residence
and stole $1,100 in cash, a
$500 laptop computer, a $200 gold ring and
prescription medication
Wednesday at 5:17 p.m.

reports:
A resident in the 24000 block of Route 47 reported the theft of
two
checks from his checkbook and forged and cashed for $650 Wednesday
at 12:27 p.m.
Morgan S. W. Brey, 29, of Woodstock was cited for possession
of drug
paraphernalia and a seatbelt violation after a traffic stop on
Yearsley
Road for having a tail light out Wednesday at 8:27 p.m.
Karl
Douglas John, 52, of 12 E. Bomford St. was arrested after a traffic
stop on
Race Road Wednesday at 8:07 p.m. near the Richwood Fairgrounds,
for operating
a vehicle intoxicated and having high blood alcohol
levels. Passenger David
A. Taylor, 43, of 12 E. Bomford St. who was
charged with having an open
container of alcohol.
Today at 2:30 a.m. deputies were involved in a pursuit
after a man on an
ATV fled from law enforcement as they tried to initiate a
traffic stop
on Cunningham Arbella Road. The suspect escaped through a nearby
field.
Charges are pending further investigation.

According to police reports:
Samuel L. Johnson, 45, of 658 Kenny Lane was
arrested on two separate
disorderly conduct charges Tuesday. At 1:21 p.m.
Johnson was found
intoxicated and passed out in an alley in the 100 block of
North Main
Street. Then at 10:09 p.m. he was found intoxicated and passed out
in
the same area and charged again.
A resident in the 600 block of Meadows
Drive was bitten by the
neighbor's dog as she arrived at her mother's
apartment for a visit Tuesday at 1 p.m.
A golf ball reportedly went
through the window at a home in the 1400
block of London Avenue Tuesday at
about 5 p.m.
Credit card fraud was reported after a Collingwood Drive
resident
discovered Tuesday that her credit card had been used on
several
occasions for unauthorized charges.
Two syringes and three
capsules of morphine were recovered on the back
patio of an apartment in the
200 block of Greenwood Boulevard Tuesday.
An ATM card was found in an ATM
machine in the 200 block of East Fifth
Street Tuesday at 8 p.m. The owner has
not been located.
A resident in the 100 block of South Maple Street reported
his $350
Gibson guitar was stolen from his truck Tuesday at 8:45 p.m. A
female
was reportedly observed taking the guitar. The report is
under investigation.
According to sheriff's reports:
A 1998 Buick
Skylark was stolen from a residence in the 9000 block of
Route 4 sometime
over Sunday night to Monday morning. A juvenile suspect
was later located in
Springfield, but the car has not been located.
A guard at the Central Ohio
Youth Center in the 18000 block of Route 4
reported being assaulted by a
15-year-old male inmate Monday at 8 p.m.
Tuesday at was reported that
unauthorized charges were made to a
Lakewood Lane resident's credit card out
of the New York area. A total
of $2,171.41 in charges were made.
An air
compressor was stolen from a yard in the 22000 block of Northwest
parkway
Tuesday at 1 p.m.
Justin E. Caldwell, 20, of 33239 Route 31 was charged with
operating a
vehicle intoxicated, OVI suspension, and following too closely to
cars
ahead after a traffic stop on Lingrell Road Tuesday at 8:06
p.m.

Amber Conn, 28, of Columbus was arrested
today at 1:40 a.m. for
operating a vehicle intoxicated and driving under
suspension after a
traffic stop on Industrial parkway near the Hillcrest
Mobile Home Park.

According to police reports:
Joshua Dodson, 28, of 944 Coventry Place was
charged with theft and
disorderly conduct today at 3:46 a.m. after he was
found lying on the
ground with an injured leg after falling off a bike.
Dodson claimed the
"Next Slumber Party" pink and purple girls bike was his
sister's,
although police discovered he had stolen the bike from the
Goodwill
Store on Main Street based on the sales sticker.
A rock was
thrown through the windshield of a CSX Railroad vehicle
Monday at 6:27
a.m.
Funds were withdrawn from a bank account without authorization,
as
reported by a Meadowlark Drive resident Monday at 11:59 a.m.
A resident
in the 800 block of Lakeview Drive reported he had purchased
a vintage Booton
power amp on eBay in March and has not received the
item and the check has
been chased as of Monday at 1:46 p.m.
An unknown person pried open the
exterior cable box to a home in the
1600 block of Bay Laurel Drive Monday at
3:40 p.m.
Several prescription medications were stolen from a home in the
800
block of Milcrest Drive Monday at 6:18 p.m.
A resident in the 1100
block of Toby Court reported her son had written
checks on her account
without permission Monday at 8:56 p.m.
An unknown person entered a home in

Additional charges were filed against the passenger in a OVI
arrest
Friday. James Weiner, 20, of Columbus was charged with
underage
consumption of alcohol after the traffic stop Friday at 8:45 p.m.
on
U.S. 33 at U.S. 42. The three juveniles in the back seat were
released
to their parents.
Jennifer Carter, 26, of Columbus was charged
with operating a vehicle
intoxicated, high blood alcohol levels, and driving
outside of marked
lanes after a traffic stop Sunday at 3:09 a.m. at Route 161
in Plain City.
A handgun, valued at $500, was stolen from a closet in a
home in the
17000 block of Raymond Road Monday.
A 17-year-old male was
cited for underage consumption of alcohol,
unruliness after he was
intoxicated and being unruly at home Sunday at
10:53 p.m. in the 9000 block
of Wells Road. During the dispute with his
mother, the male became physical
and possible assault charges are under
review. The male was transported to
the Central Ohio Youth Center.
Monday at 3:31 p.m. a resident reported a barn
on the property on Jolly
Road had been shot numerous times with a BB gun,
causing $676 in
damages. In addition, a fence was cut, bales of straw were
stolen and a
lawn chair was destroyed.

According to OSP reports:
James McCain, 21, of Columbus, was arrested after a
traffic stop on U.S.
33 at Avery Road Sunday at 1:53 a.m. McCain then fled on
foot when he
saw the deputy get out of his cruiser. McCain was soon struck
with a
Taser and apprehended. He was transported to the Franklin County
Jail
for operating a vehicle intoxicated, state OVI charges, possession
of
heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under
suspension,
obstructing official business. The Union County Sheriff's Office
canine
unit also responded.
Charles Fickles, 24, of Columbus, was arrested
for operating a vehicle
while intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. 33
eastbound near U.S. 42
Saturday at 3:06 a.m.
According to police
reports:
A 26-year-old woman in the 600 block of Milford Avenue reported
to
Memorial Hospital of Union County staff Friday at 10:50 a.m. that
she
was sexually assaulted by a male acquaintance after leaving a local
bar.
The report is currently under investigation.
A resident in the 1700
block of Millington Way reported Friday that he
purchased $459 of glass
astronomy slides on eBay, but has not received the items.
Friday at 1:38
p.m. a resident reported a $2,200 diamond ring was
missing from the home in
the 500 block of Fox Drive.
A 13-year-old female was charged with possession
of tobacco under age at
Marysville Middle School Friday afternoon.

Jeffrey, 22, of Columbus, was arrested on U.S. 33 on an
outstanding warrant
issued by Marysville Municipal Court Friday at 2 p.m.
A 12-year-old female
student at Marysville Middle School reported being
threatened by other
students Friday at 3 p.m.
Friday at 3 p.m. a Cable area resident reported an
unauthorized
transaction of $300 was taken out of her credit card in the 1000
block
of West Fifth Street.
A 15-year-old male from Columbus was charged
with possession of tobacco
under age after he was found with cigarettes at a
park in the 400 block
of East Ninth Street Friday evening.
A Damos Way
resident reported numerous teenagers throwing a small black
object at his car
while driving on the Route 31 overpass Friday at 7
p.m. The car was not
struck.
Two basement windows were reportedly damaged in the 900 block of
White
Oak Court Friday at 9 p.m.
An unknown person slashed five tires on a
Honda CRV on two separate
occasions in the 600 block of West Third Street.
The latest incident was
reported Friday at 11:14 p.m.
Jason A. Bevard, 25,
of 616 W. Third St., was released from the Franklin
County Jail and then
picked up Saturday at 5:53 a.m. and charged with
two outstanding warrants
issued by the Marysville Municipal Court.
Karina D. Olsen, 46, of 1007 Mill
Park Drive, was arrested Saturday at
8:21 p.m. and charged with two counts of
assault after a fight in the
parking lot of a business in the 1000 block of
West Fifth Street.
Donald I. Adams, 36, of 284 Fairview Drive, was charged
with criminal
damaging after kicking in the front door of a residence in the
400 block
of West Fifth Street during an argument Saturday at 10:21 p.m.
A
check book and driver's license were stolen from a purse during a
wedding
reception in the 500 block of Park Drive Saturday at 11 p.m.
A bike was
reported stolen from the 100 block of Hemlock Drive Sunday at 1:15
p.m.
Jonathan M. Vandall, 21, of 1424 Westbrook Drive was arrested Sunday
at
5:06 p.m. on an outstanding warrant issued by the Marysville
Municipal
Court after he was found in the 800 block of Amrine Mill
Road.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies responded for a report of a
missing 17-year-old female from
Bonnie Court Sunday at 6:51 a.m. The female
was later located in
Marysville at around 10 p.m. She claimed she had been
abducted by knife
point and taken to Columbus, which Marysville Police later
determined to
be false. No charges have been filed at this time.
A $250
floor jack was stolen Friday from the 12000 block of Bates Road.
Brandon
Fisher, 22, of 511 Olive St., was charged with operating a
vehicle
intoxicated, possession of marijuana, high blood alcohol
concentration,
driving outside of marked lanes and child endangerment
after he was stopped
on U.S. 33 west of U.S. 42 Friday at 8:45 p.m.
Burglary was reported Saturday
at 2:12 p.m. from a residence in the
13000 block of Watkins Road. Someone
reportedly broke into the home and
stole electronic equipment valued at
$1,238.
James Jarvis, 30, of Milford Center was charged with criminal
mischief
and assault after allegedly striking a female and tampering with her
car
so she couldn't leave during a dispute on Reed Street in Milford
Center
Saturday at 3:57 p.m.
A juvenile male reportedly barricaded himself
inside a shed Saturday at
7:23 p.m. in the 17000 block of Paver Barnes Road
after a dispute with
his grandmother. The male came out of the shed and was
then transported
to Memorial Hospital of Union County for a mental
evaluation. No charges were filed.
Dustin Burchette, 18, of Plain City,
and Bradley Purdum, 18, of London,
were both cited for possession of
marijuana after a traffic stop on
Industrial Parkway at Taylor Road Saturday
at 11:45 p.m.
William Loudermilk, 29, of 690 Milford Avenue, was charged
with
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a traffic stop on Glen Oaks
Drive
Sunday at 2:11 a.m.

David Sawyer, 37, of 173 Northcrest Drive was
charged with two counts of
abusing harmful intoxicants after he was found
huffing computer cleaner
at a park on East Ninth Street and again at Memorial
Hospital of Union

Stephen P. Carpenter, 23,
of 1723 Millington Way was arrested in the
area of Marysville High School on
an outstanding felony warrant through
the Franklin County Sheriff's Office
today at 3:06 a.m.
Joseph A. Ferguson, 47, of 454 Allenby Drive was charged
with disorderly
conduct after he was reportedly intoxicated and passed out on
a beach in
front of a business in the 16000 block of Square Drive today at
4:48 a.m.

conduct Wednesday at 4:25 p.m. after she reportedly
struck her neighbor

Gonzalez, 24, of a possible New York address was charged with
solicitation
without a permit after complaints regarding him selling
magazines in the 300
block of Springwood Lane Wednesday at 5:11 p.m.
A resident in the 200 block
of Windsor Court reported that an unknown
person wrote a check for $34 on his
old checking account Wednesday at 6:25 p.m.

Deputies are investigating an assault incident, which occurred
Tuesday
at 1:51 a.m. A 19-year-old female was transported for medical care
at
Grady Memorial Hospital after allegedly being struck repeatedly by
her
boyfriend and another female during a dispute in the 18000 block
of Route 739.

was charged with driving under suspension
and possession of marijuana after
troopers discovered the crime in Union
County, but pulled her over just
outside of the county in the eastbound

A business in the 100 block of North Main Street reported that a
14-year-old
youth was unruly and asked to leave. The teenager reportedly
came back with a
baseball bat. The incident is under investigation.
A resident reported that
an unknown person withdrew $569.13 with a Visa
debit card without their
permission. The incident occurred at a business
in the 100 block of South
Main Street.
Paul D. Shaw, 59, of 23 Butternut Drive was cited for disorderly
conduct
after he was found intoxicated in a park in the 400 block of
Ninth Street.
A 13-year-old male was reported being unruly in the 700
block of West
Eighth Street. The child's father was found intoxicated and the
teen was
removed from the home.
Amber M. Lawson, 25, of 201 Norhtcrest
Drive was arrested and charged
with domestic violence following a physical
altercation with her husband.
A theft was reported in the 1000 block of
North Main Street. Two
17-year-old females were reportedly caught attempting
to steal makeup.
A resident of the 1500 block of Rebecca Drive reported that
an unknown
person made an unauthorized purchase from her checking account in
the amount of $236.95.
Marcum W. Waller, 22, of 17 Hilcrest Drive was
charged with possession
of drugs following a traffic stop in the 500 block of
London Avenue.
An unknown person cut a screen, entered the residence and
removed a
laptop computer from the 600 block of Parkway Drive.

A theft was reported in the 23000 block of Route 4 on May 8
at 9:42 a.m.
An individual filled two gas cans and left on foot without
paying. The
cans were recovered and found to be stolen from a neighbor. The
incident
is still under investigation.

According to Sherriff's reports:
Residents in the 9000
block of Wells Road reported Friday at 8:28 a.m.
that someone had left blood
around the doors of their homes and had also
tried to break into a home and a
vehicle. Charges are pending against a
17-year-old male, who had a cut on his
hand, who was later found walking
around the area.
A resident in the 17000
block of Route 4 made allegations Saturday at
midnight that events were
happening in her home that made her believe
someone in the residence was
attempting to cause harm to her.
Javier Clemente, 28, Columbus was cited for
OVI, super concentration, no
operator's license, failure to control, and open
container Sunday at
3:18 p.m. after going into the median and striking a
guard rail on U.S.
33 east of Route 42. A short time later another driver,
Ruben Serrano,
31, Columbus stopped requesting to tow the car, he was found
to be
intoxicated and was arrested for OVI, refusal, and reckless
operation.
William Hanawalt, 53, LaRue was arrested Sunday at 12:53 a.m. on
Route
37, north of Richwood, for OVI, marked lanes, and possession
of
marijuana. A white substance was also found and charges are
pending
based on lab results of the substance.

Danielle Hayes, 40, 1405 Mill Ridge Drive was arrested for
OVI,
concentration, and driving without headlights Sunday at 3:34 a.m.
on
Ninth Street near London Avenue.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 300 block of West Ninth Street
reported Thursday at
7:28 a.m. that an unknown person broke a window and
damaged some siding on his garage.
A resident in the 400 block of
Bridgewater Drive reported Thursday at
11:34 a.m. that the rear license plate
was missing from her vehicle.
Domestic violence was reported Thursday at 4:15
p.m. when a brother and
sister were involved in a physical altercation in the
1000 block of
Clover Knoll Court. No charges were filed.
Possible sexual
abuse of a juvenile was reported Thursday at 6:26 p.m.
after a 3-year-old
male resident in the 600 block of East Sixth Street
made references of sexual
abuse by a family member while at his daycare.
Michael A. Kinsey, 22, 470
Poppy Lane, was arrested and charged with
aggravated menacing and criminal
damaging after his ex-fiancee who lives
in the 400 block of Poppy Lane
reported Thursday at 6:50 p.m. he had
damaged her vehicle and threatened
her.
Arthur L. Burchett, 36, 203 Chestnut St., was charged Friday at
3:14
a.m. with disorderly conduct after he was found intoxicated
and
urinating in the street at Sixth and Chestnut streets.

Terry L. Spain, 53, 21277 Evans Road, was arrested for OVI
out of a
hit-skip accident Wednesday at 4:58 p.m. at Evans Road and Route
739.
The report did not indicate what Spain hit.
Randy J. McElroy, 49, 143
Beatty Ave., was arrested for OVI,
concentration, open container, and marked
lanes on Route 4 Thursday at 9:44 p.m.
Joanne B. Jones, 43, 78 Main St.,
Magnetic Springs, was arrested for OVI
and concentration after a crash on
Route 37 Friday at 1:09 a.m. Jones
made allegations the accident was caused
by a hitchhiker she had picked up.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 600 block of West Third Street
reported Wednesday at
10:28 a.m. that a counterfeit check had been delivered
in the mail.
A resident in the 1000 block of Village Drive reported Wednesday
at 3:56
p.m. that her bedroom window had been hit, possibly by a
baseball.
Jonathan P. McLoughlin, 22, 718 B. Collins Ave. was arrested
Wednesday
at 4:38 p.m. on an outstanding warrant from the Marysville
Municipal Court.
A Marysville High School student reported Wednesday at 6
p.m. that her
cell phone had been stolen sometime between 7-7:30
a.m.
Leigh R. Smith Jr., 31, 437 Black Hawk Drive, was arrested and
charged
with OVI, no operator's license, and seat belt violation following
a
traffic stop on North Main Street Thursday at 1:06 a.m.
According to
sherriff's reports:
Theft of a firearm from a vehicle, occurring between
October and May 2
of this year, was reported Wednesday from a resident in the
14000 block of Osage Drive.
Criminal damaging was reported Thursday at
6:50 a.m. after a mailbox was
blown up sometime between April 30 and May 2 in
the 28000 block of St.Route 739.
A referral from Delaware County
involving sexual abuse by a juvenile was
taken Thursday. The alleged crime
occurred two or three months ago in
the 9000 block of New California
Drive.

arrested for OVI on U.S. 33 at 1:22 a.m. Thursday.

According to police reports:
A resident in the 200 block of Bridgewater Drive
reported Tuesday at
7:10 p.m. that her 15-year-old son was being unruly.
A
business in the 100 block of North Maple Street reported criminal
damaging to
a garage door of the business Tuesday at 7:51 p.m.
A resident in the 100
block of Lakeside Circle reported a verbal dispute
Tuesday at 11:07 p.m. with
his girlfriend that became physical.
Dawn R. Cooper, 34, 245 Tulip Drive was
arrested and charged Tuesday at
11:07 p.m. with assault, disorderly conduct,
and possession of drugs,
following an assault on her neighbor.
According
to sheriffs reports:
Union Rural Electric reported Monday at 10:55 a.m.
numerous copper
strips, used for grounding purposes for telephone poles, had
been cut
and removed at Storms Road near Hoover-Bault Road.
Shannon T.
Griffin, 46, 23800 Davis Road, West Mansfield, was issued a
minor misdemeanor
Monday at 8:42 p.m. for failure to control her canine
which reportedly
injured a neighbor's canine.
Tuesday at 6:53 p.m. a resident in the 30000
block of LeMasters Road
reported damage by a B.B. gun to the windshield of
his vehicle.
Estimated damage is $200.
Theft was reported Monday after a
unknown quantity of checks was taken
from a residence in the 15000 block of
Fish Road. The checks were passed
in the Marysville area for an unknown
amount.
A resident in the 14000 block of Wilderness Trail reported Tuesday
at
7:58 p.m. that a chemical or accelerant was used to spell out
profanity
in the yard of the residence.
Charles S. Martin, 50, 13950
Middleburg-Plain City Road was issued a
minor misdemeanor for failure to
control his canine which reportedly bit a neighbor.

lanes, and a warrant through Franklin County.

According to police reports:
Criminal damaging was reported Monday at 8:45
a.m. after someone
allegedly shot a paintball gun at a business in the 300
block of South
Main Street, breaking a window.
Theft was reported Monday
at 6:35 p.m. after a resident in the 1100
block of London Avenue reported an
unknown person made unauthorized
transactions on his debit card totaling
$1,200.
Child neglect was reported Monday at 8:54 p.m. in the 500 block of
North
Main Street. An investigation is pending into children living at
the
residence without water, along with possible drug and alcohol
activity in the home.
Chad E. Dench, 36, 245 Tulip Drive was arrested
Tuesday at 12:18 a.m.
and charged with assault following a physical
altercation with his girlfriend.
William J. Pitts, 20, 251 Dogwood Drive
was charged Tuesday at 2:19 a.m.
with underage consumption following a
dispute at the residence.
According to sheriff's reports:
Criminal
mischief is being investigated in the 24000 block of
Holycross-Epps Road. A
resident reported Sunday at 8:50 p.m. someone
forcibly entered a gated
driveway and kicked in a door. Nothing was
found missing in the
home.
Theft of a John Deere tractor was reported Monday at 1:21 p.m. in
the
19000 block of Raymond Road. The owner left the tractor in a driveway
to
be serviced, but it was never taken in for service. Estimated loss
is $25,000.
A sexual offense is being investigated after a York Township
child was
brought into Memorial Hospital Monday at 6:17 p.m.
A business in
the 28000 block of St. Rt. 31 reported Monday at 9:44 p.m.
the theft of a
statue worth $200.
