11/30/07
According to OSP reports:
Two people were injured in a three-car crash that
occurred Thursday
evening, although details in the crash investigation were
not complete this morning.
At 5:35 p.m. three cars were involved in a
crash at U.S. 36 at Payne
Road. Details on how the accident occurred were not
available before
press time. Drivers Dorence Rausch, 65, of 14510 Payne Road
and Linda
Jones, 51, of 383 Calvary Road were both injured and transported
to
Memorial Hospital of Union County. They received serious injuries.
The
third driver, Hiedi Pearson, 32, of 1754 Damos Way was not
injured.
According to police reports:
Thursday at 9:16 p.m. a resident in
the 500 block of North main Street
reported that his bike was stolen
Wednesday.
Benjamin R. Cantrell, 24, of Mechanicsburg was arrested Thursday
at
10:17 p.m. on an outstanding warrant from the Madison County
Sheriff's
Office for failure to appear in court.
Gregory W. Franko, 46, of
19969 Route 4 was arrested today at 12:01 a.m.
for disorderly conduct near
Meadowlark Drive after a fight.
According to sheriff's reports:
Tuesday at
11:40 a.m. deputies reported that while appearing in Union
County Common
Pleas Court for sentencing, the defendant passed out in
the chair after
sentencing and was found to have consumed large amounts
of alcohol in the
hours before the hearing, as well as taking unknown
amounts of various
medications with the alcohol. The 40-year-old man was
transported by medics
to Memorial Hospital of Union County, where he was
treated and released, then
transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

According to police reports:
An employee of the Harold Lewis School on
Charles Lane reported his
Dodge Neon was stolen today sometime between 3:45
a.m. and 5:46 a.m. The
vehicle was recovered in Marion County at 4:30 a.m.
after deputies
responded to a report of a car engulfed in flames in a field
off Route 93.
A resident of Catalpa Place reported an animal complaint
after a
neighbor's dog was loose and ran across the street from the home
and
jumped on his grandson Wednesday at 4:21 p.m.
A South Court Street
resident reported Wednesday that his ex-wife is
calling his place of
employment, which is causing him a hardship.
Ronald A. Griffith, 47, of 925
W. Fifth St. apt. 55, was arrested for
driving under suspension and failure
to comply with license
reinstatement requirements after a traffic stop on
Coleman's Crossing
Boulevard Wednesday at 8:58 p.m.
According to sheriff's
reports:
No charges were filed after deputies were called to the 18000 block
of
Easton Road Tuesday at 8:34 a.m. for a 37-year-old woman who
was
reportedly out of control and damaging property. The woman
was
restrained and transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County
for evaluation.
Charges are pending against a 14-year-old male who was
found in
possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Tuesday at 10:33 a.m.
in
the 18000 block of Delaware County Line Road.
Criminal trespassing was
reported after a resident in the 13000 block of
Fladt Road found a person
asleep in a shed on the property Wednesday. It
was the second time the person
had been found there without permission.

Today
at 2:53 a.m. deputies cited Carla Tyson, 37, of Lima, for driving
under
suspension after a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at the eastbound rest area.

According to police reports:
A Marysville High School student reported being
threatened while eating
lunch Monday at 12:10 p.m.
A resident in the 400
block of West Seventh Street reported Tuesday that
her neighbor threw a large
cardboard barrel and broke her ornamental
fence and lawn ornament sometime in
October.
A 19-year-old female reported Tuesday that an 81-year-old man has
been
stalking her and buying her gifts over the past three months.
A
resident in the 14000 block of Industrial Parkway reported that her
wallet
was stolen out of her purse while shopping at a store on West
Fifth Street
Tuesday.
Christmas holiday colored spotlights were reported stolen from a
yard
Tuesday between 8 and 9 p.m. on Poppy Lane.
An Ostrander resident
reported assault after a girl struck her son in
the mouth with an umbrella
while on the school bus Tuesday. The assault
knocked his tooth out.
Kevin
H. Hicks, 18, of 532 Surrey Lane, and Cory A. Conn, 18, of 19558
Dog Leg
Road, were arrested Tuesday at 8:41 p.m. for stealing a cell
phone car
charger from a business in the 500 block of Coleman's Crossing.
A resident
on West Third Street reported Tuesday that someone stole her
medication which
was locked in a safe.
According to OSP reports:
Details were released
today on a crash involving a mini van and a dump
truck that occurred Tuesday
at 8:21 a.m.
Driver Sarah Zickafoo, no age listed, of Kenton, was stopped at
a
traffic sign on Jerome Road at U.S. 42, when she failed to see a
dump
truck headed toward her northbound on U.S. 42. As a result, she
pulled
in front of Craig Purdum, 31, of London, who was driving a 2004
Sterling dump truck.
Zickafoo was injured in the crash and transported to
Riverside Methodist
Hospital by Jerome Township medics. Purdum was not
injured.
According to sheriff's reports:
A woman reported Tuesday that she
was sexually assaulted sometime over
the weekend in the 100 block of Main
Street in Magnetic Springs. No
charges have been filed.
Tuesday at 6 p.m.
a resident in the 13000 block of Weaver Road reported
that $4,067.17 in
illegal charges had been made on his debit card
account from outside the
country. The theft remains under investigation.
Gino Mangan, 19, of
Lakeview, was arrested today at 12:42 a.m. after a
traffic stop on U.S. 33
for driving without a license, speeding and for
an outstanding warrant issued
by the Bellefontaine Police Department.

According to police reports:
A piece of construction equipment was discovered
damaged at a
construction site in the 14000 block of Route 4 south Monday at
8:45 a.m.
Three fraudulent checks were reportedly cashed at a business in
the 700
block of Milford Avenue over the past few months.
The theft of an
article of clothing was reported stolen from a home in
the 18000 block of
Timber Lane Monday.
A 13-year-old female was arrested for domestic violence
as a result of
striking family members in the 300 block of Springwood Lane
Monday at 6:24 p.m.
A 16-year-old female in the 700 block of North Main
Street reportedly
left home without permission and was listed as a runaway.
She was
located at 8:28 p.m. and taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center
on unruly charges.

Brad Payne, 41, of Westerville was
arrested today at 2:29 a.m. for
driving under suspension after a traffic stop
on U.S. 33 in the

According to sheriff's reports:
A property owner in the 28000 block of Route
31 confronted a person
attempting to steal a 4-wheel ATV Friday at 8:11 p.m.
The person fled on
foot and got into a nearby car and drove off. There are
two possible
known suspects and the attempted theft remains under
investigation.
Eric D. Olson, 18, of Dublin, was arrested Saturday at 7:48
p.m. on
Highland Croy Road at Park Mill Drive for operating a
vehicle
intoxicated, high blood alcohol levels, underage drinking and
driving
outside of marked lanes. A 16-year-old male passenger was also cited
for
underage drinking.
Noah Davis, 18, of Bexley, was arrested for
possession of drug
paraphernalia and marijuana after he was observed driving
left of center
Saturday at 9:32 p.m. on Post Road at Highland Croy
Road.
Today at 12:55 a.m. deputies found a car parked off the side of
the
roadway on Route 161 at Cosgray Road. The door was left open
and
deputies found a driver's license inside, belonging to a
28-year-old
Dublin man. A call was made to his home and a canine search
was
conducted. As the search was underway, the 28-year-old man arrived
and
asked for medical help for possible drug use and any injuries
sustained
from falling into a creek earlier that day.
Norman L. Hill, 39,
of Savannah, was charged with possession of
marijuana after a deputy
witnessed him staggering down Main Street
toward Fifth Street in Marysville
Saturday at 9:32 p.m. Hill was soon
found urinating in a nearby
alleyway.
According to police reports:
Police responded to the 600 block
of Milcrest Drive for a woman found
unresponsive and not breathing Sunday at
1:59 p.m. Linda Voiles, 56, was
pronounced dead and police are currently
investigating the incident,
listed as natural causes.
Kevin L. Smith, 46,
of North Lewisburg, was arrested Friday at 2:52 a.m.
and charged with
operating a vehicle intoxicated, failure to control,
driving outside of
marked lanes and not wearing a seat belt after a
traffic stop in the 600
block of West Sixth Street.
A resident in the 300 block of Terrace Court
reported a suspicious
incident Saturday, after his elderly mother had not
been heard from
since leaving town with an elderly man.
A bike was found
in the 13000 block of Route 36 Friday afternoon.
A Marion resident reported
Friday at 5:10 p.m. that he believes his
sister living in the 100 block of
Willow Drive is misusing his mother's
funds and possibly opening lines of
credit using her identity. The
incident remains under
investigation.
Michael Bivens, 18, of 310 Sorenson Drive, and Cory Wilson,
18, of 526
W. Eighth St., were charged with theft from a business in the 500
block
of Coleman's Crossing Boulevard Friday at 7:28 p.m.
Kenneth E.
Nicol, 41, of 13757 Fladt Road, was arrested and charged with
disorderly
conduct after he was found walking around intoxicated on West
Fifth Street
Friday at 8:10 p.m.
Brian Arms, 41, of Milford Center, was arrested and
charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia Friday at 9:06 p.m. at the
intersection
of West Third Street at Maple Street.
A resident in the 100
block of Residence Drive reported a license plate
was stolen off a car
Friday.
Michelle Trout, 38, of 614 W. Fifth St., was arrested and charged
with
disorderly conduct Saturday at 1:30 a.m. in the 200 block of
Woodcrest Drive.
A resident in the 600 block of Watkins Glen Boulevard
reported her purse
was stolen from a friend's car parked in the 700 block of
Watkins Glen
Boulevard Friday.
A verbal dispute in the 600 block of West
Fourth Street was reported
between a man and a woman Saturday at 3:20 p.m. No
charges have been filed.
Breaking and entering was reported to have
occurred Oct. 30 at 5:34 p.m.
A resident in the 500 block of Watkins Glen
Boulevard reported jewelry
was stolen from a storage unit in the 600 block of
Clymer Road.

Sunday at 1:54 a.m.
for speeding and failure to comply with license
reinstatements in the

A bike was found
left off of the side of Quail Hollow Drive Sunday.
Two males were reportedly
attempting to steal scrap from a business on
East Ninth Street Sunday at
11:21 a.m.
Tires were slashed on a car parked in the 300 block of Damascus
Road Sunday.
Items were reported missing from a home on Butternut Drive
Sunday.
A die cast collectible car was stolen from a business in the 900
block
of West Fifth Street Sunday.

for drinking

Daniel Lariamore, 33, of Marysville was arrested Sunday at 1:23 a.m.
for
drinking and driving after a traffic stop on Fourth at Maple streets.

According to sheriff's reports:
One man was arrested after driving his car
into his home, while drunk
driving Wednesday.
Larry J. Counts, 34, of
14125 Sycamore Drive was charged with operating
a vehicle while intoxicated
and super high blood alcohol concentration
levels. At 3:57 a.m. that day
deputies were called to his home for a
domestic incident. Counts reportedly
had parked his car alongside
Sycamore Road and decided to move the car onto
his driveway. There was
an argument with his wife, who reportedly did not
want him to drive.
Counts then got into the vehicle and drove up the driveway
and into his
garage door, causing damages.

were called to the Memorial Hospital of
Union County emergency room for two
adults involved in an argument today
at 9:15 a.m. A 15-year-old female and
another juvenile female whose age
was not reported, were having a sleepover
on Lingrell Road when they
decided to take prescription drugs found in the
home. The 15-year-old
suffered an overdose and was transported to the
hospital for care.
Parents of the two juveniles were reportedly arguing in
the emergency
room, resulting in the police presence.
A burglary attempt
was thwarted Thursday at 9:45 p.m. in the 27000 block
of Kinney Pike Road. A
resident reported hearing someone open the back
door of the home and hearing
two male voices. When the resident turned
on the lights the two men fled on
foot. No entry was made and the
suspects were not found.
According to
police reports:
Wednesday at 8:14 p.m. a resident on Catalpa Place reported
that he got
into a verbal argument with a known person, who then punched him
in the
eye and damaged his storm door. No charges were listed in the
report.
A South Court Street resident found a bike in her front yard
Thursday afternoon.
A resident of West Fifth Street reported Thursday at
7:38 p.m. that
someone stole a change jar, filled with approximately $40 to
$50.

Union County Children's Services reported Monday
at 3 p.m. a possible
physical child abuse incident in the 600 block of
Allenby Drive.
A Richwood resident reported Tuesday that someone broke the
driver side
window of her car and stole a purse containing IDs and credit
cards in
the 200 block of Riverwind Drive.
A 17-year-old girl was reported
as a runaway or missing from the 1500
block of Meadowlark Lane. She left for
school Tuesday morning but did
not attend class. The girl was later found at
school.
Wheelchair ramps were stolen from the 900 block of Catalpa
Place Tuesday.
According to sheriff's reports:
A woman reported being
assaulted Monday at 9:40 p.m. in the 11000 block
of U.S. 36. A person struck
her with a pizza pan while she was holding
her 8-year-old son. The child was
taken to Memorial Hospital of Union
County for evaluation, but was not

p.m.
Fraudulent prescriptions were reportedly passed at several
area
pharmacies by a known subject.
A resident in the 1000 block of
Sherwood Avenue discovered possible
counterfeit money Monday at 3 p.m.
A
business in the 100 block of Main Street reported a flower pot was
broken on
Monday.
A resident in the 1600 block of Saffron Drive reported she was
assaulted
Sunday evening by a live-in boyfriend.
On Monday at 3:40 p.m. a
resident of Sumac Drive told police about being
approached by an adolescent
who requested they sell their medication.
A resident in the 100 block of
North Plum Street reports money missing
from a checking account
Monday.
Monday at 4:55 p.m. police were told about a car parked in the
1000
block of Village Drive, which had a threatening letter left on
the windshield.
According to sheriff's reports:
An attempted identify
fraud and theft incident was reported Monday at
11:39 a.m. from a resident in
the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road. An
unknown suspect had illegally opened
an account in the victim's name and
tried to purchase $1,500 in cell phones.
The attempt was stopped and no
money was lost.
A 10-year-old male was
injured after being bitten by the family dog Saturday at 9:35
p.m.

One injury resulted in a two-car crash
Monday at 10:25 a.m. Driver D.
Robert Thompson, 29, of 1200 Streng Road was
headed south on London
Avenue when he stopped to pick up leaves. At the same
time driver Kay S.
Kuder, 50, 209B Windsor Court was headed south on London
Avenue, behind
him and failed to stop in time. Her vehicle struck the rear
end of the
truck. Kuder was injured in the crash and was transported to
Memorial
Hospital of Union County by Marysville medics.

According to police reports:
Police responded to Industrial Parkway Thursday
at 12:48 p.m. after a
semi truck became caught on low hanging electrical
wires near a
construction site. The wires were stressed, causing the utility
poles to
be pulled down onto the roadway. The portion of roadway was shut
down
for several hours as the situation was dealt with. Police
are
investigating the cause of the wires slack, which led to the
crash.
Police recovered knives in a car parked on Amrine Mill Road Friday
at 2:57 p.m.
A resident in the 1300 block of Milstone Drive reported a
possible scam
over the Internet Friday at 4:23 p.m.
The window of a car
was broken out Friday in the 700 block of Grove Street.

with domestic violence
after a fight at his home Saturday at 12:01 a.m.
A residence in the 400 block
of Gallery Drive reported being assaulted
by a known person Saturday at 1:03

A 17-year-old male was charged
with underage consumption and a curfew
violation after a traffic stop on
Court Street Saturday at 1:53 a.m.
A license plate was stolen off a car in
the 400 block of Chestnut Street
within the past week.
Pete M. Shepherd,
40, of 15303 Payne Road was charged with operating a
vehicle intoxicated
after police received reports of a car striking an
object and leaving the
scene Saturday at 4:16 p.m.
Bryan J. Speasmaker, 40, of 20500 Westlake Lee
Road was charged with
disorderly conduct after complaints that he was walking
in the roadway
Saturday at 5:59 p.m.
Toby S. Stebbing, 38, of 720 N. Main
St. was arrested for domestic
violence after a fight at his home Saturday at
8:30 p.m.
A man in the 200 block of Windsor Drive reported Saturday at 11:02
p.m.
that his estranged wife had been taken against her will. Upon
further
investigation, it was found that she had left willingly.
Eric B.
Hinton, 43, of 60 Pleasant St. in Milford Center was charged
with physical
control after he was found to be intoxicated, while
sleeping in his parked
car in a business parking lot in the 900 block of
West Fifth Street Sunday at
1:10 a.m.
William S. Gonzalez, 43, of 112 1/2 W. Fifth St. was charged
with
disorderly conduct in the 100 block of North Main Street Sunday at
1:45 a.m.
William E. Cline, 42, of 21923 Raymond Road was arrested for
driving
under suspension after a traffic stop on Fourth Street Sunday at
2:35 a.m.
Michael A. Millington, 44, of 650 Meadows Drive was charged
with
domestic violence after a fight at his home Sunday at 7 a.m. He was
also
charged with driving under suspension and driving without a
valid
license after admitting to driving to the home.
A storage unit on
Clymer Road was found unlocked Sunday at 10:55 a.m. It
is unknown if anything
was stolen at this time.
Derek R. West, 22, of 142 Buerger St. was charged
with operating a
vehicle intoxicated, failure to yield to oncoming traffic,
driving with
an open container of alcohol, possession of marijuana and
drug
paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Maple Street Sunday at 6:03
p.m.
A house in the 1300 block of Valley Drive was reportedly damaged by
an
unknown person Sunday.
Clothing was stolen from a home in the 500 block
of West Ninth Street Sunday.
Thomas Lowell Johnson, 18, of 441 Morning
Star Drive was arrested Sunday
at 10:14 p.m. for stealing items in the 100
block of North Main Street.
According to sheriff's reports:
Deputies found
a car parked in the roadway on Miller Road Saturday at
2:48 a.m. The keys
were still in the ignition. The owner was contacted
and the car had
reportedly been stolen.
A total of $285 in tools were stolen from a site in
the 8000 block of
Corporate Boulevard Saturday.
A total of $1,500 in car
parts were stolen from seven different cars
parked on a lot in the 8000 block
of Business Way Saturday.
Deputies assisted a family member in the 18000
block of Raymond Road
after the person suffered a medical behavior issue and
needed to be
transported to Memorial Hospital of Union County Saturday at
3:57 p.m.
for evaluation.
Jeremy Goff, 19, of Plain City was arrested for
possession of drug
paraphernalia and marijuana after a report of possible
drug use in the
vehicle Saturday at 6:23 p.m. in a lot in the 10000 block of
U.S. 42.
An employee in the 10000 of U.S. 42 found a plastic bag
containing
possible marijuana Saturday at 7:24 p.m.
Jonathan Wurtsbaugh,
24, of Richwood was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated, driving
outside of marked lanes, possession of
drugs and paraphernalia after a
traffic stop on Route 37 near Richwood
Sunday at 1:39 a.m.
Cody Kilgore,
20, of Lima was arrested for possession of drugs and drug
paraphernalia after
a stop on U.S. 33 Sunday at 2:11 a.m.
Andrew Walker, 21, of Port Clinton was
arrested for operating a vehicle
intoxicated and driving outside of marked
lanes after a stop on U.S. 33
at Route 31 Sunday at 4:30 a.m.
According to
OSP reports:
Sunday at 3:04 a.m. Brian Coldren, 45, of 12953 Kiser Road was
cited for
operating a vehicle intoxicated after a stop on Watkins Road at
Hinton Mill Road.

According to police reports:
Police arrested Anthony Redding, 38, of 218
Cypress Drive for allegedly
assaulting a 38-year-old woman at his home.
During the arrest, Redding
became belligerent and attempted to assault a
Union County Sheriff's
deputy. He had to be forcibly restrained and suffered
minor injuries to
his nose and was transported to Memorial Hospital of Union
County for
care. He was also cited for resisting arrest.
A concrete mixer
was stolen from a home under construction in the 300
block of Wilderness
Drive Thursday.
Bryan R. Rutherford, 29, of Delaware was arrested on an
outstanding
warrant issued by the Union County Sheriff's Office Thursday at
6:32 p.m.
Police were notified Thursday that a 14-year-old female in the
600 block
of Allenby Drive has not been attending school.
Public indecency
was reported after a man was witnessed urinating on a
car parked in the 900
block of Delaware Avenue Thursday at 10:02 p.m.
Jeremy C. Zehendner, 22, of
Ostrander was arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated and failure to
control his vehicle after he crashed
on East Fifth Street Thursday at 10:07
p.m.
According to sheriff's reports:
Michael Cleland, 25, of 14205
Shagbark Ct. was arrested for domestic
violence after allegedly shoving his
wife to the ground as she held
their two-year-old daughter Thursday at 8:09
p.m. at their home.
Thursday at 3:31 a.m. Arthur Rought, 21, of West
Mansfield was arrested
for physical control of a vehicle and reckless
operation on private
property. Deputies had responded to a report of a car
stuck in a field
off of Route 739 and found Rought passed out inside and
lying across the floorboards.
According to OSP reports:
Thursday at
10:24 p.m. driver Meghan Hager, 22, of DeGraff was heading
west on U.S. 33,
when a deer ran into the roadway and struck her
windshield, causing her minor

someone attempted to open illegal credit card accounts.
Antonio Garcia,
21, of Columbus was cited for driving under suspension
and failure to control
Monday. At 11:51 p.m. deputies found a car parked
partly on the roadway in
the area of Paver Barnes Road at Northwest
Parkway. Garcia was found to be
responsible and had been driving under suspension.

Davor Seferovic, 18, of Dublin, was charged
with possession of marijuana

Memorial Drive Thursday at 6:55 p.m.
Jacob Keaton,
22, of Plain City, was arrested Friday at 3:18 a.m. for
operating a vehicle
intoxicated and super concentration of blood alcohol
levels. Deputies were
called to the 700 block of Butler Avenue for a
potential burglary in progress
at a home. The burglary proved to be
unfounded, but a car had been left in
the area. Keaton was the owner and
when he returned to the vehicle, it was
determined he was intoxicated.
Robert Monroe, 38, of Richwood, was arrested
for driving outside of
marked lanes, failure to control his vehicle and
obstructing official
business. On Nov. 5 deputies discovered a car crashed on
Harmon Patrick
Road. On the scene, Monroe claimed to be a passenger in the
vehicle. It
was later determined that he had been the driver.
A total of
$108 in copper pipe leading from the home to a propane tank
had been stolen
in the 21000 block of Raymond Road Friday.
Charges are under review for
obstructing official business after a woman
was stopped for speeding on
Industrial Parkway at Brock Road Friday at
1:47 p.m. The woman claimed she
was speeding in order to get to the
hospital for an injured son. Deputies
called her son's school and
discovered he was fine. She then claimed her
other son was the one
injured which also was determined to be
unfounded.

A resident

appears to be a
counterfeit $20 bill Monday at 8 p.m.
Misuse of credit cards was reported
Monday at 6:32 p.m. from the 200
block of Scott Farms Boulevard after
unauthorized purchases were discovered.
Burglary was reported Monday at
5:15 p.m. after someone entered a home

males were involved in a verbal and physical dispute Monday at 4:26

Deputies dealt with two females being
uncooperative after a traffic stop
Sunday at 2:25 a.m. on Middleburg Plain
City Road in Milford Center.
Driver Lindsey Webb, 22, of 403 S. Maple St. was
charged with speeding,
operating a vehicle intoxicated, and driving under
suspension. Deputies
tried to give the passenger - who was not going to be
charged with
anything, - a ride home, but the girl would not give an address
and kept
changing her story about where she lived. Deputies were able to get
the
correct address in Marysville. The passenger, Melissa Galiffo, 22,
of
Dublin, was eventually arrested for obstructing official
business,
resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct after she
became
abusive toward officers, escaped from her handcuffs, then
physically
resisted arrest.
Wesley Edgar, 21, of 566 Grace Drive, was
arrested for operating a
vehicle intoxicated and high blood alcohol levels
after a traffic stop
on U.S. 33 at U.S. 36 Sunday at 3:21 a.m.
Deputies
investigated a report filed Thursday by the Union County
Department of Job
and Family Services that it had received a complaint
that someone was
planning to burn a house down in Taylor Township.
A resident in the 24000
block of Route 31 reported Friday that two grave
markers had been stolen from
the family cemetery sometime between 2002
and Oct. 20.
Possible child
endangerment charges are being looked into after a 15-
and a 12-year-old male
jumped out of a car Friday at 8 p.m. on South
Mill Street in Milford Center.
The males claimed their family members
were driving while intoxicated and
they jumped out for their own safety.
Deputies drove the juveniles to another
family member's home.
Deputies responded to Kandel Road for a car which drove
off the road,
struck a utility pole and went into a field. Driver Kristy
Johnson, 27,
of Urbana, was arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated,
high blood
alcohol levels and failure to control her vehicle Saturday at 5:31
a.m.
She refused treatment fort possible injuries. Passenger John Moxley,
31,
of Urbana, was injured in the crash and was transported to
Memorial
Hospital of Union County for visible injuries.
Saturday at 1:11
a.m. Memorial Hospital of Union County reported that a
man came in with
injuries from an assault that occurred on Fels
Boulevard. The man was
reportedly struck by unknown males when he got
involved in their fight. The
victim and people at the scene claimed to
not know the identity of the
suspects and were not cooperative. No
charges were filed.
Tracy Starks,
38, of Mechanicsburg, was arrested Saturday at 4:22 a.m.
for operating a
vehicle intoxicated, high blood alcohol levels and
driving outside of marked
lanes after a traffic stop on Milford Avenue.
Nothing was reported stolen in
a credit card fraud attempt that was
caught Friday involving a victim in the
12000 block of Route 4. Suspects
had tried to purchase a computer.
A total

A resident in the 300 block of West Fifth Street
reported that an

reported this morning that charges against the suspect have been
referred to
the Union County Prosecutor's Office for review.
A resident in the 600 block
of West Fifth Street told police that an
unknown man spoke to his 10-year-old
daughter outside their home
Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in a suspicious person
report.
A storage facility on Clymer Road was broken into Wednesday and
