Sealed proposals for the purpose of purchasing one school bus will be received by the treasurer of the Triad Local School District, 7920 Brush Lake Road, North Lewisburg, Ohio, 43060, until 12:00 p.m. on May 21, 2012, immediately after which they will be publicly opened and read in the board room. Each bid must be clearly marked on the envelope that it is a School Bus Bid. No bid may be withdrawn or modified by the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid date. Specifications and information may be obtained by contacting: Triad Local School District Treasurer, (937) 826-4961. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to consider other options and irregularities in the bids received. This advertisement is in accordance with a resolution passed by the Triad Local School Board of Education on April 19, 2012.

Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Fiduciaries, Donees, Devisees of and/or Spouse of Janis M. Jewett, deceased, whose addresses are unknown are hereby notified that CME Federal Credit Union, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court, Union County, Ohio, in Case No. 2012CV0121 against them, alleging that on the 20th day of September, 2006, Janis M. Jewett executed to CME Federal Credit Union, a credit line agreement, which Plaintiff is the holder of; that Janis M. Jewett has defaulted in the payments on the note, and there is due Plaintiff thereon the sum of $40,488.05 with interest at the variable rate set forth therein from the 20th day of January, 2012; that in order to secure the credit line agreement, Janis M. Jewett executed and delivered to CME Federal Credit Union, a mortgage deed and conveyed the following described real estate:

Plaintiff says that said mortgage was delivered to the Recorder of Union County, Ohio, on the 6th day of October, 2006, and was recorded as Volume 706, page 606 and is the first and best lien on said premises save the lien of taxes and assessments and the costs of this action.
That by reason of the failure to make the monthly payments as required, the Plaintiff has declared the entire amount due and mortgage securing such not to be absolute; that the Treasurer of Union County, Ohio, may have a claim against said premises. Therefore, Plaintiff prays for in rem judgment in the amount of $40.488.05 with interest at the variable rate set forth therein from the 20th day of January, 2012, plus late charges, advances and penalties; that the mortgage be foreclosed and all equities of redemption be forever cut off; that the Plaintiff be found to have the first and best lien therein; that the priority of all liens be determined by this Court; that said premises be sold as upon execution free and clear of all liens, interest and dower and the proceeds thereof applied to the Plaintiffs claims; and that Plaintiff may have such other and further relief to which it may be entitled at law or in equity.

Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available in the office of the Union County Engineer, 233 W. Sixth Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (holidays excluded). A non-refundable fee of $15.00 will be charged for each set of reduced (11x17) plans.
This notice can be obtained through the County Engineers website (www.co.union.oh.us/engineer) under the Bid Information section.
Proposals must be received by 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, in the office of the Board of Commissioners of Union County located in the County Office Building, 233 W. Sixth Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040. The proposals will be opened and read aloud immediately thereafter.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than August 20, 2012.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Union, County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614)644-2239.
The engineers estimate for this project is $196,000.
Proposals will be accepted only from contractors who are pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the appropriate work type. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract.
The Board of Commissioners of Union County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items, or to waive any informalities in any bid(s), and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder in accordance with Section 307.86 of the Ohio Revised Code as determined by the Board of Commissioners of Union County.
