Recently, Marysville Journal-Tribune employee Ann Santos went outside her home in Marysville to pull out some weeds from her flower bed when she discovered a large butterfly, pictured above, hanging around. She had planted some fresh flowers in her flower bed two days beforehand. The butterfly didn’t budge when Santos touched it, and she watched it sit on her flowers for 20 minutes. A short time later, a second similar butterfly joined the first.
