Lisa A. Comer, 41, of Delaware, died Sunday, April 8, 2018, at her residence.
She was raised in Cody, Wyoming, where she graduated from Cody High School. She lived in Delaware for the last few years. She was a member of the ASPCA and a strong believer in organ donation.
She was proud to say she was a Christian. She was an avid reader of mysteries and enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her two nephews. Her mother recalls how joyous a time it was when she was born. and when she was able to take her home.
She was born Aug. 26, 1976, in Marysville, to Terry G. (Laura) Comer of Marysville and Virginia A. “Ginny” (Myers) Comer of Bellefontaine.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Lori Jenkins of Bellefontaine; paternal grandmother, Irene Comer of Marysville; maternal grandmother, Norma Myers of Marysville; nephews, Devon Jenkins and Dylon Jenkins; and cousin, Tina Malvig of Minnesota.
The Rev. John Watkins, pastor at the Church of Christ in Rushsylvania, will officiate a memorial service celebrating her life at 6 p.m. Friday at Snyder Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive, Delaware.
