Margaret T. “Peggy” Boehm, 70, of Granville, died Tuesday morning, Jan. 23, 2018, at Mount Carmel East Hospital.
She retired from Radico Inc. She was active at Middleton Independent Living, where she resided for the past few years. She enjoyed crocheting and made several blankets, scarves and hats for her family and friends. She was a devoted fan of the Ohio State University Buckeyes and enjoyed watching NASCAR. Most of all, she was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed dearly.
She was born April 8, 1947, in Savannah, Georgia, to the late Leo and Madeline (Evans) Robinson.
She is survived by her children, Rick Boehm of Pataskala, Jeff (Shelley) Boehm of Johnstown and Melissa (Andy) Taylor of Heath; sisters, Patty (Aaron) Story of Marysville and Linda (Michael) Boos of Grove City; grandchildren, Jim, Jake (Amanda) Boehm and JayJay Boehm and Robby, Josh, Allie and Maggie Taylor; aunt, Anna Jean Baker of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st Street, Newark. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Oakdale Cemetery in Marysville.
