Ross A. Horn, 68, of Marysville, died Saturday morning, April 14, 2018, at his home following many months of failing health.
An out-of-doors man and someone who worked with his hands, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoyed all sports and especially enjoyed the Cleveland Browns, the Columbus Clippers and The Ohio State University Buckeyes. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was born March 25, 1950, to the late Harold and Ruth Spencer Horn. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Richard H. Horn, and twin brother, Russell L. Horn.
He is survived by his son, Richard H. Horn; step-daughter, Shawn (Jeff) McCready of Akron; grandchildren, Lauren and Robert McCready; brother, Les L. Horn of Dublin; former wife, Deborah Emanuele of Akron; and many nieces and nephews.
It was at his request to not to have a funeral service. Interment will be held at a later date with his twin brother, Russell L. Horn, at Mount Herman Cemetery. Ingram Funeral Home is completing arrangements.
