A resident of Valley Drive reported a person entered their residence without permission Monday at 7:42 p.m.
Christy Crespo, 29, of East Eighth Street, was cited for driving without an operator’s permit Monday at 7:11 p.m.

A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 near U.S. 36 involving a 2008 Hyundai Elantra and a 2015 Honda CRV Monday at 7:27 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Route 4 to investigate an internet scam involving iTunes cards Monday at 9:44 a.m.
A deputy and units from the Southeast Hardin North West Union Fire District and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 33000 block of route 31 for a property damage crash involving a 2017 Ford Edge and a 2010 International Semi Monday at 10:05 a.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Route 739 to investigate the possible theft of a livestock gate and other items from a barn Monday at 10:26 a.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 25000 block of Route 31 for a family dispute concerning a vehicle repossession Monday at 11:29 a.m.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Christopher E. Richardson, 40, of Delaware, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 3:12 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Hyundai Sonata that struck a deer Monday at 6:15 p.m.
Deputies responded to Burns Road north of Route 38 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Freightliner Semi that drove off the road and caused damage to a yard Monday at 8:20 p.m.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 21000 block of Route 739 to investigate the theft of a cell phone Monday at 9:35 p.m.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Veda Elisabeth Cost, 20, of Delaware, was transported to Memorial Hospital after receiving injuries from a car accident on U.S. 36 at 10:32 p.m. Monday. She was driving a 2003 Toyota Camry westbound when she went off the left side of the road, struck a mailbox and crossed over to the right side of the road, where her vehicle finally came to rest in a ditch.
