Marysville Police responded to a residence on Elwood Avenue for a wellbeing check Monday at 10:32 a.m.
A resident of 433 Wind-Mil Drive reported telecommunication harassment Tuesday at 6:46 a.m.
Vernon Swinning, 38, of 213 W. Seventh St., was arrested for abusing harmful intoxicants Tuesday at 1:03 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies responded to the 32000 block of Route 31 to investigate a crash involving a tractor trailer that lost control, leaving the roadway and then striking a fence Wednesday at 4:03 a.m. Angel A. Alvarez, 44, of Florida was issued a citation for failure to control.
A deputy investigated a crash at the intersection of Route 245 and West Darby Road involving a 2008 Honda Civic that went off the roadway Wednesday at 8:17 a.m. Hailey E. Miller, 21, of Cable, was cited for failure to control.
Deputies investigated a theft from a residence in the 25000 block of Route 31 Wednesday at 11:17 a.m.
While on a traffic stop on Collin Road at Payne Road deputies arrested Steven J. Daniels, 36, of Cable, for outstanding arrest warrants from Champaign County Wednesday at 12:55 p.m. In addition, Ryan R. Ross, 25, of Woodstock, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute between mother and daughter at a residence in the 10000 block of Route 736 Wednesday at 6:40 p.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Joshua C. Dotson, 39, of Woodstock and Dallas L. Fritz, 37, of Columbus, for outstanding warrants Wednesday at 7:55 p.m. They were taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy assisted Richwood Police officers with the investigation of a burglary on Beatty Avenue Wednesday at 8:40 p.m. The Richwood Police Department handled the investigation.
