A resident of Greenwood Boulevard reported a theft Thursday at 1:19 p.m.
A resident of West Third Street reported a theft Thursday at 4:05 p.m.
Brandon Lowe, 36, of South Walnut Street, was cited for possession of drug abuse instruments Thursday at 5:25 p.m.
A juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident on Charles Lane Thursday at 7:19 p.m.

While investigating a prowler complaint on Short Street in Milford Center, deputies arrested Timothy J. Barnard, 26, of Bellefontaine for outstanding warrants Thursday at 12:57 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated an assault that occurred at a school in the 11000 block of Route 38 Thursday 9:03 a.m.
A deputy went to a residence on East State Street in Milford Center to investigate a victim’s identity being used to obtain fraudulent credit cards Thursday at 3:39 p.m.
A Union County Deputy met with a Champaign County Deputy to take custody of a juvenile for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 4 p.m. The juvenile was taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 47 for an unruly juvenile threatening self-harm Thursday at 4:25 p.m. The juvenile was taken to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Holycross Epps Road for a domestic dispute between a father and son Thursday at 6:12 p.m.
A deputy went to the Fairfield County Jail to take custody of Gauge K. Robinette, 26, of Columbus, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 10:44 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
