The Marysville Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 9, 2010, in Council Chambers, 125 East Sixth Street, to discuss the following items:
1) To hear a request for a variance to permit installation of one freestanding 97 sq. ft. gas station sign, 5’ from the side setback vs. 72 sq. ft. sign, 60’ from the side setback required and to permit a reader board (business sign) to be on the same sign vs. no other information allowed on the gas station sign; SD-1 zoning district. 3) To hear a request for a variance to permit awning sign vs. awning sign not referenced in sign ordinance and to permit 28.8 sq. ft. business sign vs. 9.6 sq. ft. business sign permitted; to be located at Keller Williams, 1042 Columbus Avenue; SD-1 zoning district.
