The defendants, unknown beneficiaries of the Jihad Saliba Revocable Declaration/Agreement of Trust dated December 29, 2004, unknown successor trustees of the Jihad Saliba Revocable Declaration/Agreement of Trust dated December 29, 2004, unknown grantors of the Jihad Saliba Revocable Declaration/Agreement of Trust dated December 29, 2004, but whose current address is/are unknown, will take notice that on June 7, 2010, the Plaintiff, BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, filed its Complaint in Case No. 10CV0298, in the Court of Common Pleas of Union County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 604 Kentucky Circle, Marysville, OH 43040, Permanent Parcel No. 29-0025003.201 (”Real Estate”), and alleged that the defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

Notice is hereby given upon Scott Christian Ellinger, last place of residence unknown, and upon Leona M. Ellinger, whose last known place of residence is 218 Cross Street, Unionville Center, Ohio, 44088, that on June 16, 2010, a petition for adoption of Dessiree Nicole Ellinger, who was born on April 21, 2006, in Union County, Ohio, was filed in Union County Probate Court. It is alleged that you, Scott Christian Ellinger, and you, Leona M. Ellinger, as the legal father and biological mother of Dessiree Nicole Ellinger, have failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimus contact with the minor and have failed without justifiable cause to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition. The Petition For Adoption filed in Case No. 2010-5-017 is scheduled for hearing on the 18th day of August, 2010, at nine o’clock a.m. at the Union County Courthouse, 215 West Fifth Street, Room 109, Marysville, Ohio. If you, Scott Christian Ellinger and/or you, Leone M. Ellinger, disagree with these allegations, you may appear at the hearing and contest the petition for adoption and contest the petition for adoption. Otherwise, the Court will find that your consent to the adoption is not necessary. You may also appear at the adoption hearing if you feel that the adoption of your minor child is not in the best interest of your child, or be forever barred.
“A Final Decree of Adoption, if granted, will relieve you of all parental rights and responsibilities, including the right to contact the minor, and, except with respect to a spouse of the adoption petitioner and relatives of that spouse, terminate all legal relationships between the minor and you and the minor’s other relatives, so that the minor thereafter is a stranger to you and the minor's former relatives for all purposes. If you wish to contest the adoption, you must file an objection to the petition within fourteen days after proof of service of notice of the filling of the petition and of the time and place of hearing is given to you. If you wish to contest the adoption, you must also appear at the hearing. A Final Decree of Adoption may be entered if you fail to file an objection to the adoption petition or appear at the hearing.”
