After several days of investigation by Marysville Schools officials and Marysville Police officers, nothing new has been discovered about the two 22-caliber gun shells found at Bunsold Middle School Wednesday morning.
The discovery of the two shells in a physical education locker resulted in a lockdown at the school on Route 4. The shells were discovered by a teacher, who alerted administrators, who then alerted Marysville police, according to superintendent Larry Zimmerman.
Zimmerman said in an e-mail message this morning that several students were questioned at school and others and their parents questioned by police at their homes. Nothing more was discovered.
