For the second consecutive year, a pair of former local high school football players are up for vote to the NFL’s Pro Bowl.
Chase Blackburn, a 2001 graduate of Marysville High School, and Donnie Nickey, a 1998 graduate of Jonathan Alder, are on the ballot for inclusion on the 2010 Pro Bowl rosters for the NFC and AFC respectively.

Blackburn, of the New York Giants, is on the NFC ballot twice. He has been nominated for both outside linebacker and special teams.
Nickey, a Tennessee Titans safety, is on the AFC ballot for special teams.
