Mt. Victory plane crash kills one November 10, 2009 at 8:03 am By J-T staff reports
A Springfield cardiologist died after his airplane crashed Saturday. The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office reported that Wilhelm Kalweit, 56, was found dead after his airplane crashed at 5:45 p.m. near Mt. Victory in a field located southeast of the village. The doctor was reportedly making his way home from Canada, when the airplane went down.
