A Union County man has been indicted for allegedly trying to stab his live-in girlfriend while she was holding the pair’s baby.
Derek Michael Drake, 29, of 555 Amrine Mill Road, in Marysville, has been indicted on one count each of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, abduction and domestic violence, felonies of the third degree.
If convicted, Drake faces as many as 18 years in prison. He is set to be in court for arraignment Wednesday, Jan 6.
