Junior and senior agricultural business classes and the agricultural communications class of Benjamin Logan High School, pictured above at the John Deere Training Center in Plain City, toured the training facility and visited the Agriculture Broadcasting Network (ABN) on a recent field trip. The first stop was at ABN which is located on the Ohio State University Campus. Students toured the area where radio programs are recorded and edited, met with an agricultural communicator to discuss Issue 2, and met with current interns to learn about agricultural communication career possibilities. At the training center, they learned of the distance learning class and on-site laboratory training sessions. Each student who participated received a John Deere hat at the conclusion of the tour.
