Donald R. McKenzie, 70, of North Lewisburg, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at the Gables at Green Pasture, Marysville.
He was born Dec. 24, 1938, in Paintsville, Ky., the son of the late Haskel and Nancy Caudill McKenzie.
