The Fairbanks boys track and field squad squeezed just about all the points possible out of its talented crew in a Division III Central District tournament at Gahanna on Saturday.
FHS tallied 79 points to finish fourth in the team standings. Mount Gilead edged Berne Union 104-103 for the championship, and Worthington Christian placed third with 85.5.
The Panthers produced one individual district champion in junior Jon Smith in the 400 dash. The 4 X 800 relay team also finished first.
