A resident of Hillcrest Circle was transported to Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation Friday at 4:17 p.m.
Marysville Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions at a business on Lydia Drive Friday at 6:28 p.m.
A juvenile from Westerville was arrested for theft from a business on Colemans Crossing and underage consumption of alcohol by a minor Friday at 8:52 p.m.
Marysville Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions involving a juvenile from Plain City Friday at 11:18 p.m.
Robert Willoughby, 46, of Alabama, was arrested on an outstanding warrant Saturday at 3:08 a.m.

Deputies and units from the Marysville Police Department and Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 for a possible overdose Friday at 1:47 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 6900 block of Macneil Drive to investigate the victim’s credit card being used to make fraudulent internet purchases Friday at 7:04 a.m.
Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Bell Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Ford Econoline 350 that was struck by a 2008 Toyota Corolla Friday at 9:26 a.m. The driver of the Toyota, Allan L. Coil, 25, of Dublin, was issued traffic citations for driving left of center and driving under suspension. A passenger in the Toyota, Derek L. Moore, 32, of Jeffersonville, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Montgomery County. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 15000 block of Boundary Road to investigate damage to a door of the residence Friday at 9:53 a.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 31 near Osborne Road involving a 2007 Ford Explorer, a deputy arrest Eric Gallegos, 30, of West Mansfield, for operating a vehicle while under the influence Friday at 5:59 p.m.
A deputy investigated the possible theft of a check from a residence in the 17000 block of Allen Center Road Friday at 8:22 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Plain City Police Department and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the 8200 block of Route 736 for an injury crash involving a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder that lost control and drove off the road Friday at 9:15 p.m.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department and Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 28000 block of Storms Road for a garage fire Friday at 9:50 p.m. According to Liberty Township Fire Chief Lloyd Segner, the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
Deputies responded to the area of Railroad Street and West Center Street in Milford Center for a property damage crash involving a 1999 Hyundai Elantra that struck a fence and several parked cars before coming to a stop on Commercial Street Friday at 11:02 p.m. After further investigation, Adam E. McKenzie, 26, of Marysville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence on West State Street in Milford Center for a domestic fight between a boyfriend and girlfriend Saturday at 3:29 a.m. After further investigation, Sara A. Cooper, 35, of Marysville, was arrested for domestic violence and Dale M. Barber, 37, of Milford Center was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct. Both were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Sam Reed Road to investigate damage to a mailbox Saturday at 8:41 a.m.
A Union County Deputy met with a Marion County Deputy to take custody of Edward R. Bruce, 33, of Marion, for an outstanding warrant Saturday at 11:26 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies investigated a menacing complaint involving several juveniles that occurred on Pleasant Street in Milford Center Saturday at 6:53 p.m.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Officer in locating a person threatening self-harm at a residence on South Fulton Street in Richwood Saturday at 9:15 p.m.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to an injury crash Thursday at 10:50 p.m. that sent two adults and a four-year-old to the hospital. A 2004 Buick driven by Glenn Ferguson, 80, of Ostrander, was traveling northeast on U.S. 42. Ferguson then failed to maintain control and veered into the oncoming lane. A 2017 Acura driven by Lindsey Malarik, 40, of Delaware, took evasive action but was struck by Ferguson.
Ferguson was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital, while Malarik and a juvenile were taken to Dublin Methodist. Charges are pending.
Troopers responded to an injury crash at Route 736 and U.S. 42 Friday at 9:41 a.m. Patrick Cooper, 52, of Plain City, was traveling west of Route 736 when he failed to negotiate a turn and overcorrected, going right off the road into a ditch. Cooper was charged with OVI and failure to maintain reasonable control and not wearing a seatbelt. He was treated at the scene.
Martey Shelton, 51, of Marysville, was arrested for OVI and speeding on Northwest Parkway Saturday at 9:32 p.m.
