A business on Columbus Avenue reported a theft Tuesday at 1:32 p.m.
A business on West Fifth Street reported a theft Tuesday at 11:19 a.m.
A resident of Ash Street reported suspicious conditions Tuesday at 12:48 a.m.
A business on East Fourth Street reported fraudulent checks Tuesday at 4:07 p.m.
A juvenile of Trophy Drive was transported to Memorial Hospital after making threats of self-harm Tuesday at 5:02 p.m.

Deputies responded to a residence in the 22000 block of Buck Run Road for a possible burglary Tuesday at 8:29 a.m.
A deputy went to an address on the 15000 block of Boundary Road to investigate a crash where a 2016 Dodge Ram struck a 2005 GMC Truck Tuesday at 12:06 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 20000 block of Route 4 for a report of a 2007 Mack Truck that hit a 2008 Pontiac G6 Tuesday at 12:13 p.m.
A deputy met with a business owner regarding drugs and drug paraphernalia that were found in a vehicle that was repossessed from North Darby Coe Road Tuesday at 3:05 p.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Jessica L. Hoffman, 23, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant Tuesday at 6:09 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 18000 block of Raymond Road for a possible overdose Tuesday at 7:18 p.m. One person was taken to Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Reed Street in Milford Center to investigate a report of misuse of a credit card Tuesday at 7:56 p.m.
Deputies, along with units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department, Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, Liberty Township Fire Department and fire departments from Delaware County, responded to a barn fire on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs Tuesday at 8:07 p.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Jade. N. Collins, 34, of Columbus, for an outstanding warrant Tuesday at 11:51 p.m. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
