An employee at a business on North Main Street reported a dispute with a customer Thursday at 10:52 a.m.
An employee at a business on Milcrest Drive reported a dispute with a visitor at the business Thursday at 12:50 p.m.
A resident of Village Drive reported seeing two individuals walking through their yard and looking into their vehicle Thursday at 2 p.m.
A resident of Rosehill Drive reported medication and a watch stolen from the residence Thursday at 2:53 p.m.
Two chainsaws were recovered from a business’ property on North Main Street Thursday at 5:32 p.m.
A juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident at Eljer Park Thursday at 6:48 p.m.
Emily Winter Niehoff, 18, of Windmill Drive, was charged with underage selling of alcohol while at a business on North Cherry Street Thursday at 7:52 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the 16000-block of Myers Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a Honda sedan that drove off the road and into a ditch Thursday at 4:12 p.m.
A deputy responded to the 17000-block of Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2000 Ford that drove off the road, struck a mailbox and then a tree Thursday at 5:56 p.m.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 161 and Homer Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Ford that struck the back of a 2006 Chevrolet Thursday at 6:44 p.m. The juvenile driver of the Ford was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy met with a trooper from the Ohio State Highway Patrol to take custody of Steven D. Carnaham Jr., 27, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 7:11 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to a residence in the 8000-block of McKitrick Road to investigate identity theft involving the victim’s personal information that was used to open fraudulent credit card accounts Thursday at 7:34 p.m.
