According to Marysville Police Department reports:
A resident of South Walnut reported suspicious circumstances involving her boyfriend Thursday at 9:44 a.m.
A report was taken for a wallet stolen from a vehicle at a residence on West Fifth Street Thursday at 2:34 p.m.
Drug abuse instruments and evidence of drug abuse were found in a restroom of a facility in the 500-block of London Avenue Thursday at 8:33 p.m.
An intoxicated male was found lying on the ground in front of a business on West Fifth Street Thursday at 9:28 p.m.
Jason Allen Bevard, 34, of Marysville, was arrested on a felony warrant out of the Union County Court of Common Pleas Thursday at 9:36 p.m. Officers also recovered identification belonging to other individuals from Bevard.
An employee at a business on East Eighth Street reported a theft from the business Thursday at 10:45 p.m.
Drug paraphernalia and prescription drug packaging were recovered from the property of a facility in the 500-block of London Avenue Thursday at 9:36 p.m.
An employee at a business on Cobblestone Way reported a theft from the business Friday at 12:48 a.m.
Danny Ray Harrold, 58, of West Ninth Street, was arrested and charged with persistent disorderly conduct following an incident a residence on West Eighth Street.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Watkins Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2000 Dodge truck with a trailer that struck the front of a 2007 Honda Thursday at 7:16 a.m.
A deputy responded to West State Street in Milford Center to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Kia that struck a mailbox while trying to avoid a truck that drove left of center Thursday at 8:58 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 19000-block of Orchard Road to investigate a possible theft from a garage sale Thursday at 9:36 a.m.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Parole Authority Office on Route 4 to arrest Shawna L. Kelson, 30, of Prospect, for a parole violation Thursday at 11:19 a.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 15000-block of Smart Cole Road to investigate a victim’s credit card information that was used to purchase items online Thursday at 1:32 p.m.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Jason A. Bevard, 34, of Huber Heights, for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 9:58 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Jerome Township Fire Department and Washington Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 near Route 161 to investigate an injury crash involving a motorcycle and a Honda Accord Thursday at 4:34 p.m. According to the report, the motorcycle, driven by Terrance Botts, 40, of Pataskala, failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead and struck the Honda. The Honda, driven by Frances Hamilton, 43, of Marysville, then struck a third vehicle in front of it. Since the accident report is unfinished, information on the third vehicle is unavailable.
Botts was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital where, according to a hospital representative, he is in surgery. Hamilton was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital and later released.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
