The Multi County Crash Investigation Team is investigating an injury crash that sent four people to the hospital this weekend.
At about 5:43 p.m., a head-on crash between a 2006 Dodge Charger and a 2002 Dodge Ram occurred on West Darby Road. Three victims, Josh Cavinder, 17, of Huntsville, Taylor Hall, 18, of Marysville and Madison Hall, 19, of Franklin, were taken to Memorial Hospital, then to OSU Medical Center. A fourth victim, Jordan Greene, 16, of Cable, was taken to Memorial, then to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
As of Sunday, Cavinder and Madison Hall were still hospitalized.
Allen Township Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department, Liberty Township Fire Department, Perry Township Fire Department and Northeast Champaign County Fire District all responded to the scene.
According to Marysville Police Department reports:
A resident of Creekview Drive reported the theft of a wallet at 12:52 p.m. Friday.
A resident of Aspen Drive reported receiving threatening messages at 1:13 p.m. Friday.
Officers impounded abandoned vehicles with plates that required confiscation at 2:04 p.m. Friday.
Officers responded to an incident of domestic violence and child endangerment on West Sixth Street at 4:05 p.m. Two juveniles were reportedly fighting each other. Neither has been charged.
Officers arrested Amber Tackett, 30, of 318 W. Ninth St., at 6:51 p.m. Friday for an outstanding warrant out of Plain City
Officers responded to an incident of domestic violence on Clovernoll Court at 8:23 p.m. Friday.
An assault was reported at Uptown Friday Night at 9:42 p.m.
A resident of Creekview Drive was transported to Memorial Hospital at 10:26 p.m. Friday for a mental health evaluation.
A resident of Trophy Drive reported a dog bite at 9:49 p.m. Friday.
Officers charged a group of juveniles with a curfew violation at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Officers arrested Madison Neubauer, 22, of 435 W. Sixth St., at 4:21 a.m. Saturday for domestic violence.
Officers arrested Coleton Beltz, 22, of 931 Southwood Drive, at 7:39 a.m. Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension and the illegal possession of a firearm.
A resident of East Fifth Street reported damage to a vehicle at 11:50 a.m. Saturday.
A resident of South Walnut Street was transported to Memorial Hospital after making threats of self harm at 5:57 p.m. Saturday.
Officers are investigating a rape that was reported at 1:03 a.m. Sunday. Officials say both the victim and suspect are juveniles, and are known to each other.
Officers cited Duayne Barrett, 31, of 144 Cottonwood Drive, for driving under suspension at 12:53 p.m. Sunday.
A resident of Milford Avenue reported an unruly juvenile at 5:29 p.m. Sunday.
Officers cited Samantha Bogardus, 27, of Milford Center, at 9:41 p.m. Sunday for possession of marijuana.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies, along with units from the Union Township Fire Department, responded to the intersection of North Mill Street and Orchard Road for an injury crash involving a 2011 Mitshubishi Outlander that drove through the intersection, into a ditch and struck a residence at 145 north Mill Street at 5:30 a.m. Friday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver, Kayla M. Richmond, 26, of Washington Courthouse, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at a stop sign.
A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint at a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs at 2:28 p.m. Friday.
A deputy investigated a neighbor dispute at a residence in the 23000-block of Fields Drive at 3:41 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to May Street in Magnetic Springs at 4:32 p.m. to investigate another trespassing complaint.
Deputies investigated a property damage crash involving a 2000 Toyota Corolla that struck a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 in the 10000-block of Industrial Parkway at 4:47 p.m. Friday.
A deputy met with an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper at 11:54 p.m. Friday to take custody of Quincy M. Rollins, 28, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Morrow County Jail to take custody of Joshua M. Justice, 27, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 1 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Jacob Landon, 21, of Marysville, was charged with OVI and having no lights on his license plate after being pulled over on U.S. 42 Saturday at 3:13 a.m.
Tyler Carr, 25, of West Virginia, was charged with OVI, no seatbelt, failure to maintain reasonable control and a hit skip on Route 161 Sunday at 12:17 a.m. He reportedly caused a non-injury crash involving one other vehicle at a nearby roundabout and left the scene afterward.
