Marysville police responded to a report of a juvenile threatening self harm Monday at 10:01 a.m.
Marysville police recovered a bicycle in the area of South Plum Street Monday at 11:23 a.m.
A resident of West Fifth Street reported theft of money Monday at 2:54 p.m.
A business on U.S. Highway 36 reported theft of a chainsaw Monday at 3:37 p.m.
A car key was recovered from the football stadium parking lot at Marysville High School Monday at 5:04 p.m.
A resident of Village Drive reported a fraudulent loan Monday at 4:46 p.m.
Jody Hayter, 25, of Forest, was arrested for theft of merchandise from a business on Colemans Crossing Monday at 5:25 p.m. She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Hardin County.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
As a result of a driving complaint on U.S. 33, a deputy stopped a red Chevrolet Malibu on Lydia Drive in Marysville Monday at 12:22 a.m. After further investigation, Lucas J. Knight, 22, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office and a report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000-block of Shirk Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife Monday at 1:51 a.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 42 near Bell Road, a deputy arrested Blake J. Chapa, 20, of Dublin, for operating a vehicle while under the influence Monday at 5:20 a.m. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to West Mansfield-Mount Victory Road near Rushylvania Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Honda that lost control, drove off the left side of the road, overcorrected and drove off the right side of the road and struck fence Monday at 5:54 a.m. Darian N. McGue, 22, of Mount Victory, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 12000-block of Taylor Road to investigate a computer repair system Monday at 4:24 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 20000-block of Route 47 to investigate a dispute between a male female over a license plate Monday at 5:50 p.m.
A deputy met with a Bellefontaine Police Officer to take custody of Joseph J. Lakatos, 49, of Bellefontaine, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 8:16 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department, responded to a residence in the 26000-block of Route 739 for an intoxicated and unruly juvenile Monday at 9:20 p.m. The juvenile was taken to Memorial Hospital for evaluation and then transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy investigated a suspicious telephone call that was received at a residence in the 24000-block of Patrick Brush Run Road Monday at 10:47 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000-block of Shirk Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife Monday at 11:30 p.m.
