Nichole Carter, 25, of Prospect, was charged with assault Monday at 2:54 a.m. Before officers arrived, she fled the scene was later cited for OVI, hit skip and no taillights Monday at 3:57 a.m.
Ryan Shuster, 33, of Kenny Lane, was cited for driving under suspension Friday at 7:26 a.m.
Shelby Cantleberry, 25, of First Street, and Tammy Michael, 47, of Longwood Drive, were both cited for disorderly conduct for engaging in fighting Friday at 9:50 a.m.
Angela Marks, 33, of Dayton, was cited for driving under non-compliance suspension and possession of a controlled substance Friday at 10:57 a.m.
A resident of Windsor Drive reported damage to his vehicle Friday at 11:06 a.m.
Justin Snyder, 20, of West Jefferson, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Madison County Friday at 8:44 a.m.

According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy investigated a possible injury crash that occurred in the parking lot of a business in the 24000-block of Honda Parkway involving a 2009 Honda and a 2007 Mack truck Friday at 5:05 a.m. Both were traveling northbound in a parking lot in separate lanes next to each other. Both drivers claim the other veered into their lane before they collided.
According to the sheriff’s report, there were no witnesses and the drivers didn’t report the incident until 3:40 p.m. that day. The deputy who took the report listed “possible injuries” to both drivers.
A deputy met with a trooper from the Ohio State Highway patrol to take custody of William E. Wampler, 39, of Marysville, for an outstanding arrested warrant Friday at 2:26 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-county Regional Jail.
While on a traffic stop on North Mill Street in Milford Center, a deputy arrested Seth A. Wagner, 23, of Lakeview, for an outstanding warrant from the Marysville Police Department Friday at 2:31 a.m. he was turned over to a Marysville Police Officer.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9400-block of Unionville Road to investigate harassing messages and pictures that were received on a social media website Friday at 9:30 a.m.
A deputy investigated the possible theft of funds from a checking account that occurred at a residence in the 13000-block of Route 347 Friday at 10:25 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 22000-block of Johnson Road to investigate the theft of a trailer, zero turn mower and an all-terrain vehicle from a barn that was forcibly entered Friday at 1:37 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000-block of U.S. 36 to investigate a dispute between two males and a female Friday at 22:04 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000-block of Whitestone Road for an unruly juvenile that left the residence Friday at 11:06 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000-block of U.S. 36 to investigate a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend Saturday at 3:54 a.m. The parties were separated for the night.
A deputy met with a trooper from the Ohio State Highway Patrol to take custody of Isaleen L. Sutton, 24, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 9:28 a.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000-block of U.S. 36 to investigate a dispute between a male and female Saturday at 10:08 a.m. The parties were separated.
A deputy was sent to a farm in the 15000-block of Jolly Road to investigate a neighbor dispute Saturday at 1:45 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000-block of Cotton Slash Road for an unruly juvenile Saturday at 2:29 p.m.
Deputies went to a residence in the 15000-block of Meadowbrook Drive to investigate a dispute between a mother and son Saturday at 4:42 p.m. The parties were separated for the evening.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers investigated an injury crash on U.S. 33 Friday at 3:28 p.m. involving an eastbound 2008 Honda that drove off the right side of the road at milepost four, struck a guardrail, traveled down an embankment and into a fence. The driver, Johan Olofsson, 43, of Marysville, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control. He suffered non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to Memorial Hospital by Allen Township EMS.
