According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Phillip Slane, 20, of North Cherry Street, was cited for failing to comply with the order of a Police Officer, driving under suspension and failure to have proper license plates Tuesday at 9:57 a.m.
A resident of Elwood Drive reported excessive dog barking from a business on North Maple Street Tuesday at 10:53 a.m.
Marysville Division of Police recovered an iPhone from East Sixth Street Tuesday at 11:31 a.m.
A resident of Pinehurst Court reported excessive barking from a neighbor’s dog Tuesday at 2:22 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
While checking a loud music complaint, deputies found an underage party at a residence in the 27000-block of Claiborne Road Sunday at 12:57 a.m. After further investigation, Colt C. Heck, 20, of Marysville and Alvin R. Payne, 19, of Richwood, were charged with underage consumption/possession of alcohol. The incident remains under investigation.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000-block of Bethlehem Claiborne Road to investigate a dispute between a brother and sister Sunday at 2:16 a.m. The parties were separated for the evening.
A deputy went to a residence in the 29000-block of LeMasters Road to investigate the theft of a debit card and money from the victim’s bank account Sunday at 10:56 a.m.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 12000-block of Bell Road, a deputy arrested Jessica L. Hoffman, 22, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant Sunday at 12:51 p.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000-block of U.S. 36 to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter-in-law Sunday at 5:41 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000-block of Treaty Line Road for an unruly juvenile Sunday at 7:56 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 31000-block of Route 31 for an unruly juvenile Sunday at 9:03 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a motel in the 10000-block of U.S. 42 to investigate the theft of a wallet Sunday at 9:40 p.m.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Cindy C. Jones, 45, of Richwood, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 9:50 p.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County Deputy met with a Delaware County Deputy to take custody of Jesse McDaniel, 18, of Delaware, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 9:54 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County Deputy met with a Logan County Deputy to take custody of Jose Diaz, 22, of Detroit, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 11:48 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County Deputy met with a Hardin County Deputy to take custody of Jody V. Hayter, 25, of Forest, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 11:55 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000-block of Pleasant Ridge Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between a girlfriend and boyfriend Monday at 2:41 a.m. The parties were separated.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 14000-block of Route 47 to investigate a possible missing adult male Monday at 12:12 p.m.
Deputies went to a residence in the 14000-block of U.S. 36 to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother-in-law Monday at 12:22 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 200-block of Cross Street in Unionville Center to investigate a dispute between a mother and son Monday at 12:34 p.m.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 31 and Miller Road for an injury crash involving two vehicle Monday at 12:47 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a property near the intersection of Wheeler Road and Route 347 for a neighbor dispute Monday at 1:47 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 9000-block of Brock Road to investigate identity theft involving the fraudulent access of the victim’s cell phone account Monday at 4:18 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000-block of U.S. 36 for a dispute between two females over a Wi-Fi box Monday at 4:49 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 8000-block of Watkins Road to investigate a trespassing complaint involving several all-terrain vehicles Monday at 5:42 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 21000-block of State Route 245 Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that was driving eastbound on Allen Center Road. The operator of the vehicle drove through a stop sign, into a yard and then left the scene.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of State Route 4 and Amrine Wood Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Chevrolet truck that was southbound on State Route 4 Tuesday at 5:47 p.m. The truck was struck by a northbound 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer that lost control and drove into oncoming traffic. The driver of the Chevrolet Trailblazer, Sabrina M. Eddy, 24, of Marion, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
On Tuesday at 5:50 p.m., a deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000-block of Bear Swamp Road to investigate a neighbor dispute involving horses and golf balls.
Deputies went to a residence in the 10000-block of Hazelnut Drive Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife.
Deputies went to a residence in the 22000-block of Raymond Road to investigate a another domestic dispute between grandparents and a grandson Tuesday at 9:29 p.m. The parties were separated for the evening and no report was taken.
On Tuesday at 9:57 p.m., deputies went to a residence in the 11000-block of US Route 36 to investigate a dispute between a male and female.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 100-block of Rose Street in Magnetic Springs Tuesday at 9:57 p.m. to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend.
A deputy met with a Hilliard Police Officer to take custody of Chase W. Maxwell, 19, of Hilliard, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri County Regional Jail Tuesday at 11:50 p.m.
