According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Stanley Curry, 33, of Columbus was cited for driving under suspension and speeding Monday at 1:24 a.m.
A resident of Bridgewater Drive reported theft of checks and signature forgery Monday at 12:44 p.m.
A resident of West Fifth Street reported a fraudulent check Monday at 5:23 p.m.
A resident of Damascus reported unauthorized use of a credit card Monday at 5:43 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000-block of Hazelnut Sunday at 6:23 p.m. after deputies from Delaware county Sheriff’s Office witnessed a domestic dispute between residents when they were at the home for investigation purposes. Deputies determined it was a verbal dispute and were able to calm the situation.
A deputy along with a medic from Liberty Township Fire Department responded to a report of a male subject unconscious at the wheel of his vehicle in the area of Cotton Slash Road and Route 31 Sunday at 8:18 a.m. It was determined that the subject had fallen asleep.
A deputy spoke over the telephone to a female subject in reference to a dispute between her and another resident in the 13000-block of Hinton Mill Road Sunday at 8:36 a.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 200-block of West State Street in Milford Center after the homeowner found a bullet on his front porch. The homeowner confirmed he has heard someone shooting the night before.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000-block of Fish Daum Road Sunday at 11:40 a.m. after a 17-year-old female left the residence without permission. The female had returned home prior to the deputy’s arrival.
A deputy met with a deputy from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Sunday at 3:35 p.m. to take custody of Michael Wayne Wolfe, 32, of 26034 Lunda Road, West Mansfield, on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Tri-County Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 33000-block of Wellwood Road Sunday at 4:26 p.m. in reference to an unruly 17-year-old female. The juvenile was taken to Central Ohio Youth Center.
Deputies along with officers from Marysville Police Department responded to a fight between subjects in the area of Collins Avenue and Route 4 Sunday at 5:24 p.m. The units spoke with all parties involved and it was determined that this was a verbal disputes that resulted from a road rage incident that occurred while traveling eastbound on U.S. 33
Deputies went to a residence in the 15000-block of U.S. 36 to investigate a report of a male subject receiving unwanted text messages and phone calls from his ex-wife Monday at 12:01 a.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 18000-block of Bear Swamp Road to investigate a report of a credit card fraud Monday at 10:42 a.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 12000-block of Langstaff Road to investigate a report of someone getting a credit card using another person’s social security number Monday at 10:44 a.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 25000-block of Patrick Brush Run Road to investigate a report of a domestic dispute between a mother and son Monday at 11:51 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department went to a residence in the 18000-block of Route 347 for an injury crash involving a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire and a 2005 Honda Civic Monday at 3:31 p.m.
Dpeuties and units from the Allen Township Fire Department went to the area of U.S. 33 and Honda Parkway for an injury crash involving a 2011 Toyota Camry that was struck from behind by a 2005 Honda Civic and pushed into the left lane of travel striking a 2016 Honda Monday at 4:22 p.m. Chase A. Martin, 24, of Marysville, was issued a citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy went to a business in the 23000-block of Bear Swamp Road to investigate the theft of medication and money from several purses at the business Monday at 9:38 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 20000-block of Peoria Loop Road to investigate a report of damage done to a vehicle Monday at 10:58 p.m.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol Reports:
Members of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Union County Sheriff’s Office, Allen Township Fire Department and Marysville Fire Department responded to an injury crash on U.S. 33 eastbound in the area of Barker Road for a report of a male subject who was struck by a passing truck while changing a tire. An official from the OSP said the report was not available.
Lee Stout, 40 , of Marysville, was charged with OVI and driving out of marked lanes at a traffic stop on U.S. 33 Friday at 3:33 a.m.
Troopers responded to an injury crash on Route 4 Saturday at 2:29 p.m. A 2002 Pathfinder driven by Bryan Finch, 32, of Columbus, was going southeast on Hillview Road when Finch failed to yield when turning. A 1999 Ford driven by John Trumble, 68, of Prospect, veered to avoid Finch and struck a 2002 Honda driven by Jessica Burkitt, 28, of Marysville. Finch was charged with failure to yield. The family took a juvenile passenger in the Honda to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Teresa Ballard, 39, of Marion, was charged with OVI, driving without a license, no seatbelt and driving out of marked lanes at a traffic stop on Route 4 Sunday at 4:08 a.m.
According to Marysville Police Department reports:
