According to Marysville Police Department reports:
A resident of Edgewater Lane reported getting false information after a vehicle accident August 5 at 2:10 p.m.
Officers arrested Justin Wilcox, 27, of Plain City, Tuesday at 2:04 a.m. for resisting arrest and deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
A resident of Surrey Lane reported a telecommunication harassment Tuesday at 5:25 p.m.
Officers recovered equipment from a telephone company Tuesday at 7:08 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police department with a dispute between a male and female in the 100-block of West Fourth Street Tuesday at 2:58 a.m.
A deputy went to Indianpolis to take custody of Jazelle Hardy, 23, of West Carrollton, Tuesday at 8:54 a.m. for an outstanding arrest warrant. She was transported to Tri-County Jail.
Deputies investigated a property damage crash involving a 2007 Chevrolet S10 that lost control, drove through the grass and struck a trashcan in the area of the U.S. 33 eastbound rest stop Tuesday at 1:46 p.m.
A deputy investigated the theft of a chain saw and money from a wallet at a property in the 22000-block of Route 31 Tuesday at 3:04 p.m.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash at the intersection of Route 161 and Route 4 Tuesday at 5:54 p.m. involving an Audi and a Chevrolet Sileverado.
Deputies responded to the 10000-block of Route 38 Tuesday at 7:48 p.m. to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Subaru Forester that drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected and drove into a ditch on the left side of the road.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
There are no injury crashes or arrest reports for today.
