Christopher Ford, 28, of Pataskala, was cited for having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle Friday at 7:06 a.m.
Timothy Holton, 25, of Delaware, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Friday at 8:44 a.m.
A business on Route 31 reported unauthorized use of a fax number for fraudulent purposes Friday at 10:51 a.m.
Alyssa Carver, 23, of Delaware, was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia Friday at 8:44 a.m.
A business on North Main Street reported theft of money Friday at 9:27 a.m.
Jessica Hoffman, 22, of Bell Road, was arrested for theft of merchandise from a business on East Eighth Street Friday at 3:35 p.m.

A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Shirk Road near Raymond Road involving a 2003 Honda Accord that struck a deer Friday at 7:52 a.m. A report was taken.
A deputy responded to the 13000 block of U.S. Route 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt that struck the rear of a trailer hauled by a 2008 Ford F350 Truck Friday at 12:31 p.m. The driver of the Chevrolet, Ryan D. Arnett, 25, of Fairborn, was issued a citation for assured cleared distance ahead.
A deputy and units from Allen Township Fire Department responded to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate an injury crash involving a 2014 Honda CR-V and a 2016 Honda Civic Friday at 2:48 p.m. One person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies responded to U.S. Route 42 north of Currier Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1997 Dodge Truck and a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse Friday at 3:48 p.m. A crash report was taken.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 16000 block of Myers Road to investigate a report of a possible assault between two female subjects Friday at 4:16 p.m. Both parties were separated.
A deputy and a Marysville Police officer investigated a report of a missing runaway juvenile from a residence in the 11000 block of Hinton Mill Road Friday at 4:39 p.m. The juvenile was later located and was transported back to the residence with no charges.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a dispute between a male and two female subjects Friday at 6:10 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 10000-block of Streng Road to investigate a dispute among the residents Friday at 6:16 p.m. The parties separated for the evening.
A deputy met with a Reynoldsburg Police Officer to take custody of Michael R. Barr, 40, of Gahanna Friday at 7:47 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
After receiving several reports of a vehicle driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of U.S. 33, a deputy arrested the driver of a 2016 Kia Soul, Jeffrey S. Hambleton, 54, of Delaware, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated Friday at 7:53 p.m. He was taken to the Union County Sheriff’s Office than onto Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a report of unwanted phone calls being received at a residence in the 22000-block of Middleburg Plain City Road Friday at 8:13 p.m.
Deputies responded to the 27000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2004 Ford that drove off the roadway and struck a ditch Saturday at 8:23 a.m. Deputies arrested the driver of the Ford, Zachary A. Stuck, 21, of Newark, for improper handling of a firearm.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and Marysville Fire Department responded to the U.S. 33 westbound rest area to investigate a report of two subjects in a vehicle suspected of a drug overdose Saturday at 12:32 p.m. Deputies arrested the driver and passenger of a 1992 Toyota, Michael E. Dungee, 37 of Athens, and Natalie M. Dungee, 28, of New Straitsville, for possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drugs. Both were released with citations.

Jennifer Mursch, 43, of Columbus, was taken to Memorial Hospital after veering right off the road, hitting a culvert and rolling over on Route 4 going south. She is to be charged with OVI and failure to maintain reasonable control.
