Marysville Division of Police responded to a mentally disturbed individual loitering at a business on Route 31 Monday at 12:15 a.m.
A resident of Valley Drive reported an unruly juvenile Monday at 6:57 a.m.
Zachary Paige, 24, of Clovernoll Court, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Union County Monday at 11:16 a.m.
Michael Hayslip, 30, of Northcrest Drive, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Union County Monday at 2:09 p.m.
A resident of Square Drive reported unwanted and harassing phone calls Monday at 11:24 a.m.
A resident of Lantern Drive reported a solicitor entering the premise without permission and without a solicitor’s permit Monday at 12:01 p.m.
Joseph Issacs, 27, of Milford Center, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Adult Parole Authority Monday at 6:02 p.m.
A business on Colemans Crossing Boulevard reported a fraudulent prescription Monday at 6:43 p.m.
Shelby Boyer, 18, of North Lewisburg, was cited for plates belonging to another vehicle Monday at 7:07 p.m.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to an injury crash on Robinson Road and Burns Road Monday at 7:07 p.m. Jacob Brown, 27, of Marysville, was traveling southwest on Robinson Road when he lost control on a curve due to loose gravel. He ran off the right side of the road and crossed over Burns Road before striking a ditch and coming to a halt in a yard. He was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital by Marysville EMS.
