According to Marysville Police Department reports:
An employee of a business on South Court Street reported damage to flooring Thursday at 1:20 p.m.
A resident of Claudia Lane reported a dispute Thursday at 3:45 p.m.
Brandon Spielberg, 23, of Columbus, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Hilliard Police Department Thursday at 5:50 p.m.
Marysville Division of Police is investigated drug possession following an incident on West Fifth Street 6:43 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Industrial Parkway for an injury crash involving a 2005 Chevrolet Impala Thursday at 10:04 a.m.
A deputy responded to the roundabout on Route 161 at Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown make and model vehicle that struck a utility pole and then left the scene Thursday at 10:48 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Dover County Line Road to investigate damage to a window Thursday at 1:22 p.m.
A Union County Deputy met with a Delaware County Deputy to take custody of Kaleb R. Everhardt, 19, of Lima, for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 1:28 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Industrial Parkway to investigate an injury crash involving a 2005 Hyundai Elantra that struck the back of a 2003 Chevrolet truck, which then struck the back of a 2005 GMC 1500 Thursday at 3:21 p.m. The driver of the Hyundai, Richard A. Wallen, 40, of Russells Point, was issued traffic citation for driver under suspension and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 13000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a stolen credit card that was used to purchase power tools Thursday at 4:24 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 27000 block of Ford Reed Road to investigate the theft of prescription medication Thursday at 7:44 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Bear Swamp Road to investigate a runaway juvenile Thursday at 8:57 p.m.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to a three-vehicle accident on Route 42 and Industrial Parkway Thursday at 10:04 a.m. A 2005 Chevrolet Impala, driven by Robin Gibson, 41, of Marysville, rear-ended a 2007 Honda Pilot, which then rear-ended a 2010 Nissan Ultima. The driver of the Ultima, Man Jinder Singh, 58, of Powell, claimed minor injuries and refused treatment. Gibson was charged with OVI and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
