A business on Colemans Crossing reported theft of merchandise Monday at 10:26 a.m.
A resident of Greenwood Boulevard reported receiving threatening and harassing phone calls Monday at 10:45 a.m.
A resident of West Fifth Street reported a dispute with neighbors Monday at 10:48 a.m.
Marysville Division of Police responded to Bunsold Middle School after receiving a 911 hang up from a cell phone Monday at 12:18 p.m.
Shannon Czarnecki, 33, and Kenneth Czarnecki, 48, both of Bellefontaine, were arrested for theft from a business on Colemans Crossing Monday at 4:50 p.m.

According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 9300 block of Wintersweet Court for a neighbor dispute involving smashed pumpkins Saturday at 12:46 p.m. After further investigation, Lakshmi N.C.S. Adari, 44, of Plain City, was charged with public intoxication.
A deputy went to a residence in the 21000 block of Liberty West Road to investigate the theft of prescription medication Saturday at 2:34 p.m.
A deputy met with a Hilliard Police Officer to take custody of Corey S. Baldwin, 43, of Broadway, for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 4:52 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and a Richwood Police Officer were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Route 739 to investigate a domestic dispute between a male and female Saturday at 7:41 p.m.
While investigated a driving complaint, deputies stopped a 1998 Toyota Tacoma on U.S. 33 east of U.S. 36 for driving erratically Saturday at 10:21 p.m. The driver, Marvin B. Lopez, 34, of Virginia, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies went to a residence in the 21000 block of Bear Swamp Road to arrest a juvenile for an outstanding warrant Sunday at 3:07 a.m. He was taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy responded to the U.S. 33 westbound exit ramp to U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1986 Chevrolet truck that drove off the road and struck a traffic sign Sunday at 3:42 a.m. Randall L. Baker, 44, of Kilbourne, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash involving a 2002 Honda Accord that was struck by a deer on Bear Swamp Road near Route 739 Sunday at 7:40 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 36 and Springdale Road to investigate an injury crash involving a 2010 Ford Escape and a 2004 Chevrolet Express van Sunday at 12:42 p.m. The Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the 18000 block of Route 47 to investigate an injury crash involving a 2015 Ford Escape and a 2012 GMC Yukon Sunday at 5:34 p.m.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Cheryl A. Compton, 54, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 6:19 p.m. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Seth C. Coulter, 28, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 6:42 p.m. He was taken to the Tri County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Brock Road to investigate a property damage crash involving 2010 Nissan Versa that struck deer Sunday at 7:04 p.m.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Mitchell-Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2009 Honda Accord that struck a deer Sunday at 8:37 p.m.
A deputy met with a Delaware City Police Officer to take custody of Tyler F. Holton, 24, of Delaware, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 8:39 p.m. He was taken to the Tri County Regional Jail.
A deputy assisted a Richwood officer with a person threatening suicide at a residence on Race Street in Richwood.
A deputy went to the Multi County Jail in Marion to take custody of Harold W. Blumenschein, 39, of La Rue, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 1:09 a.m.
A deputy responded to the overpass at U.S. 33 and Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Acura RDX and a 2004 Buick Century Monday at 3:47 p.m.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Aaron J. Rice, 23, of DeGraff, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 3:49 p.m.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 east of Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Volvo Semi that struck the back of a 2010 Dodge Caliber Monday at 3:51 p.m.
Deputies went to a residence in the 600 block of Milford Avenue to arrest Shannon E. Alexander, 40, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant Monday at 8:07 p.m.
Deputies checked a disabled 2005 Chevrolet Malibu on Route 347 near Patrick Brush Run Road Monday at 9:09 p.m. A vehicle occupant, Dereck Tanner, 27, of Marion, was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to an injury accident on Monday at 5:44 p.m. on U.S. 33. A 1998 Honda Civic, driven by Hari Haravel-Nagarathinam, 34, of Dublin, struck the back of what the driver called a “big work truck.” The truck left the scene before troopers arrived. Haravel-Nagarathinam was treated at the scene by Marysville EMS. No citation were given.
