According to Marysville Police Department reports:
A resident of Richwood reported a theft that occurred in the city of Marysville Wednesday at 12:09 p.m.
An employee of a business on Route 31 reported fraudulent money used by a customer Wednesday at 5:35 p.m.
A resident of Southwood Drive was transported to Maryhaven after threats of self-harm Wednesday at 5:45 p.m.
A Marysville resident reported a theft from a business on West Fifth Street Wednesday at 10:48 p.m.
Marysville Division of Police checked the well-being of a resident of Milcrest Drive Wednesday at 11:23 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Bear Swamp Road to investigate a dispute between the homeowners and a guest Wednesday at 12:02 p.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Dustin G. Starkey, 28, of Orient, for an outstanding arrest warrant Wednesday at 2:59 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion County to take custody of Cameron J. Koonce, 26, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant Wednesday at 5:04 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to a campground in the 20000 block of Route 347 for an unresponsive person Wednesday at 10:51 a.m. The person was pronounced deceased and the Union County Coroner’s Office was called to the scene. The Sheriff’s Office could not be contacted by press time.
A deputy investigated the theft of landscape equipment form a property in the 15000-block of Scottslawn Road Wednesday at 12:21 p.m.
A deputy went to a church camp in the 10000-block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate a break-in and the theft of a lawn mower Wednesday at 2:55 p.m.
A deputy responded to U.S. 42 near U.S. 33 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda and a 2010 Honda Wednesday at 6:03 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department responded to a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a dog bite involving a German Shepard and a juvenile Wednesday at 7:16 p.m.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
There are no injury crash or arrest reports for today.
