A business on east U.S. 36 reported the theft of a DeWalt Box on Monday at 9:58 a.m.
Officers assisted Juvenile Probation on Monday at 10:09 a.m. in serving a warrant.
A resident of Carmel Drive reported a fraudulent account was opened in her name on Monday at 11:30 a.m.
A resident of Linden Street reported the theft of a snow plow on Monday at 11:42 a.m.
An incident of identity theft was reported at a business on Delaware Avenue on Monday at 12:01 p.m.
A resident of Grove Street reported the theft of fishing equipment on Monday at 4:09 p.m.
A resident of West Third Street reported the theft of postal packages on Monday at 5:07 p.m.
A resident of West Fifth Street was transported to Memorial Hospital on Monday at 5:22 p.m. after making threats of self harm.
A resident of Ash Street was transported to Memorial Hospital on Monday at 9:11 p.m. after attempting self harm.

As a result of a traffic stop in the 11000-block of Middleburg Plain City Road on Monday at 8:47 a.m. involving a 2003 Honda Accord, a deputy charged Zachary L. Nichols, 25, of Milford Center, with possessiong og marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
A deputy investigated threatening phone calls that were being received at residence in the 19000-block of Belleville Road on Monday at 9:08 a.m.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Route 42 on Monday at 4:44 p.m. to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Dodge Durango that was struck by a piece of metal that flew out of the bed of a 2002 Dodge Dakota.
A deputy investigated threatening phone calls being made to a residence on East Catherine Street in Magnetic Springs on Monday at 6:21 p.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail on Monday at 6:38 p.m. to take custody of Michael S. Avren, 42, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department and released on bond.
A deputy investigated a complaint of multiple juveniles throwing rocks at a residence in the 100-block of East Catherine Street in Magnetic Springs on Monday at 6:51 p.m.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash at the intersection of Whitestone Road and County Home Road on Monday at 7:37 p.m. involving a 1997 Mercury Cougar that lost control and drove into the ditch.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000-block of Black Oak Drive on Monday at 9:52 p.m. to investigate a possible burglary.
A deputy assisted units from the Marysville Police Department and Marysville Fire Department on Monday at 10:38 p.m. at a business in the 700-block of South Plum Street with a person threatening self harm.
