According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Joseph Boerger, 36, of West Fifth Street, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Franklin County Thursday at 8:10 a.m.
A resident of Kentucky Circuit reported telecommunication harassment Thursday at 9:42 a.m.
Emily Miller, 36, of Caddie Drive, was cited for failure to stop for a school bus Thursday at 8:11 a.m.
An employee of a business on Square Drive reported damage to a television Thursday at 3:34 p.m.
A resident of Greenwood Boulevard reported a dispute Thursday at 7:22 p.m.
Marysville Division of Police assisted Marysville Fire Department with a possible drug overdose Friday at 12:33 a.m.
An employee of a business on North Main Street reported aggravated menacing Friday at 1:41 a.m.
Marcus Stone, 25, of North Lewisburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Champaign County Friday at 12:40 a.m.
Marysville Division of Police responded to a juvenile making suspicious threats Friday at 1:17 p.m.
Roger Cooper, 23, of Delaware, was arrested for abusing harmful intoxicants Friday at 9:01 p.m.
A resident of Fairway Drive reported an unruly juvenile Friday at 8:50 a.m.
A resident of Milford Avenue was transported to Memorial Hospital after threats of self-harm Friday at 11:03 p.m.
A resident of Deer Run Road reported a dispute Saturday at 12:28 a.m.
Justin Oppy, 27, of Hillcrest Drive, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Union County Saturday at 11:36 a.m.
A resident of Meadows Drive reported domestic Saturday at 1:28 p.m.
Kayla Ford, 25, of Richwood, was cited for driving under suspension Saturday at 4:51 p.m.
Marysville Division of Police recovered a bicycle from the area of Woodside Drive and Millwood Boulevard Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
A business on Allenby Drive reported coin machines were tampered with and money was stolen Sunday at 10:07 a.m.
Ryan Arthur, 30, of East Seventh Street, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Union County Sunday at 11:42 a.m.
A resident on East Sixth Street reported a burglary Sunday at 2:51 p.m.
A resident of Wind-Mil Drive reported theft of a Keurig Sunday at 3:04 p.m.
Zachary Paige, 24, of Clovernoll Court was arrested for burglary Sunday at 5:56 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 36 and Springdale Road for an injury crash involving two vehicles Thursday at 3:47 p.m.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the 16000 block of Route 347 to investigate an injury crash involving a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier that lost control, drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected and drove off the left side of the road an into a ditch before rolling over onto its top Thursday at 5:36 p.m. One victim was taken to Memorial Hospital.
While investigating a driving complaint, a deputy stopped a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse on the on-ramp from Delaware Avenue to U.S. 33 Thursday at 9:32 p.m. The deputy arrested the driver, Jeanne M. Kuruc, 43, of Westerville, for operating a vehicle while under the influence. She was taken to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to a residence in the 20000-block of Treaty Line Road for a 53 year old unresponsive male Friday at 1:46 a.m. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene and the person was pronounced dead and taken to the Franklin County Morgue.
A deputy investigated a dispute between a business owner and a tenant that occurred at a property in the 28000 block of Osborne Road Friday at 10:30 a.m.
As a result of a road rage incident involving a gun, deputies and officer from the Marysville Police Department stopped the driver of a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche on U.S. 33, west of Northwest Parkway
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Ryan Adkins, 33, of Columbus, was arrested for OVI and failure to control after failing to negotiate the roundabout at Eiterman Road, striking the median, the yield sign, the curb and coming to a halt in the roadway Saturday at 3:11 a.m.
