A resident of Trophy Drive reported identity theft Wednesday at 12:55 p.m.
Marysville High School reported a dispute Wednesday at 1:18 p.m.
Jamie Lee Harrington, 21, of Raymond, was cited for driving under suspension Wednesday at 3 p.m.
A resident of Buerger Street was transported to Memorial Hospital for evaluation for comments of self-harm Wednesday at 5:10 p.m.
A resident of Windmill Drive reported a dispute Wednesday at 6:06 p.m.
A resident of West Third reported a burglary Wednesday at 10:50 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and a Plain City Police Officer were sent to a motel in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 for a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend Wednesday at 2:22 a.m. After further investigation, William B. Campbell IV, 24, of Kentucky, was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Robin L. Parmer, 27, of Kenton, for an outstanding arrest warrant Wednesday at 2:52 a.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated the theft and forgery of several checks from a residence in the 21000 block of Route 245 Wednesday at 2:27 p.m.
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a semi-tractor trailer that struck a 2014 Toyota Avalon Wednesday at 3:42 p.m.
Deputies responded to U.S. 33 near the rest area to investigate an injury crash involving a 2007 Toyota Camry, a 2015 Honda CR-V, and a 2015 Dodge Charger Wednesday at 6:42 p.m.
Deputies responded to U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala and a tractor trailer Wednesday at 7:27 p.m.
A deputy responded to Route 4 near Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Kia Sorrento that struck a deer Wednesday at 9:07 p.m.
A deputy investigated a dispute between a home owner and a guest that occurred at a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 Wednesday at 9:57 p.m.
