A resident of Butternut Drive reported theft of a firearm Tuesday at 12:19 a.m.
Vernon Swinning, 37, of West Seventh Street, was arrested for public intoxication Tuesday at 1:14 a.m.
Charrisa Rand, 42, of Dayton, was cited for driving under suspension and speeding Tuesday at 11:54 a.m.
William Holbrook, 45, of West Fifth Street, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Union County Tuesday at 1:41 p.m.
Paul York Jr., 52, of Papaya Drive, was cited for open container in a public place Tuesday at 6:11 p.m.
A resident of Allenby Drive reported a dispute involving a juvenile Tuesday at 10:44 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy went to the Clinton County Jail to take custody of Bryan S. Menz, 46, of Plain City, for an outstanding arrest warrant Tuesday at 2:38 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 15000 block of County Home Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer that lost control, drove off the road and struck a utility pole Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. The juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Cotton Slash Road to investigate a domestic fight between two family members Tuesday at 8:19 a.m. A juvenile was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy investigated counterfeit money that was received at the Union County Treasurers Office on West Sixth Street in Marysville Tuesday at 8:59 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 14000 block of Scottslawn Road for an injury crash involving a 2006 Freightliner semi and a 2017 Harley Davidson Road King Motorcycle that lost control and drove off the right side of the road. The driver of the semi, Chris Nicol, 33, of Marysville, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield from a private drive. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy investigated a neighbor dispute that occurred in the 12000 block of Black Road involving a dog Tuesday at 4:49 p.m.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the 27000 block of Route 31 to investigate a minor injury crash involving a 2001 Honda Accord that tried to pass a 2000 Case tractor that had slowed to turn Tuesday at 4:56 p.m. The Honda lost control, drove into a ditch and then struck a treet. The driver of the Honda, Jena E. Webb-Dicus, 21, of Kenton, was issued a traffic citation for improper passing.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 34000 block of West Mansfield Mount Victory Road to investigate damage to a vehicle Tuesday at 5:46 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 27000 block of Zook Road to investigate identity theft involving a credit card account Tuesday at 7 p.m.
A deputy responded to the area of Brock Road and Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a vehicle that struck a deer Tuesday at 7:08 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 17000 block of Echo Drive to investigate fraudulent charges made to an online account Tuesday at 8:38 p.m.
