According to Marysville Police Department reports:
A report was taken for a bicycle that was said to have been intentionally damaged during an incident on North Cherry Street Thursday at 8:14 a.m.
An employee at a business on Suntra Way reported her vehicle was damaged while parked outside the business Thursday at 9:23 a.m.
A resident of West Fifth Street reported a farm utility vehicle stolen from a barn on the property Thursday at 1:53 p.m.
Samantha Lynn Latimer, 38, of West Jefferson, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Clark County Thursday at 1:52 p.m.
A report was taken for a lock cut off a storage unit on North Main Street Thursday at 6:27 p.m.
A resident of Milford Avenue reported being assaulted Thursday at 6:55 p.m.
A report was taken for a stolen vehicle, which was later recovered in front of a residence on Milford Avenue Thursday at 8:22 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a drug overdose at a residence on West Fifth Street Thursday at 10:12 p.m. The individual was transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment, and an investigation is ongoing.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000-block of Cunningham Arbela Road to investigate a trespassing complaint Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
A deputy was sent to the 16000-block of Riverbirch Drive to check a solicitor going door to door Thursday at 11:24 a.m.
A deputy was sent to the area of U.S. 33 and Route 161 for a dispute involving two people standing outside a vehicle that had pulled off the roadway Thursday at 12:38 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 12000-block of U.S. 42 to investigate criminal mischief involving a recreation vehicle Thursday at 3:17 p.m.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Officer to take custody of AnneMarie Thomas, 47, of Dublin, for a domestic violence charge Thursday at 7:04 p.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy charged Brandon S. Tilton, 32, of Kenton, for possession of drug paraphernalia at the Union County Fairgrounds on North Main Street Thursday at 10:25 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 20000-block of Route 47 for a domestic dispute between two residents Thursday at 10:42 p.m. The parties were separated.
