Samantha Ann Evans, 26, of Marysville died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, September 8.
A young lady of faith, she was a member of the Living Light Apostolic Church and a former member of the Agape Community Fellowship of Marysville. She was also a member of the New Hope Christian Outreach program in Circleville, where she volunteered to help the homeless.
She graduated from Marysville High School in 2011.
She was born Nov. 5, 1992 in Marysville to Terry Smith and Michelle Williams Mills. She was raised by her late grandfather, Douglas Williams, after her mother passed away when she was nine years old. He was very dear to her.
She was also preceded in death by her grandfather.
She is survived by her husband, Chad J. Evans, whom she married Sept. 22, 2018; her father, Terry Smith; a brother, Bryant Williams; sisters, Alyssa Ross and Courtney Williams; mother-in-law, Connie Fullen; and her pets, dog Brooklyn (Broccoli) and cat Sprout.
Calling hours will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Ingram Funeral Home, where funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Mike Mollett officiating. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery close to her mother, who she dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with unexpected expenses.
