Sara Ann Nicol, 58, of Marysville, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017, at Riverside Methodist Hospital surrounded by her family, after a brief struggle with pulmonary fibrosis.
She worked at Union County SAC Office, where she met her husband, William “Bill” Nicol. She also worked at Trinity Lutheran Church and was a member of the Marysville First United Methodist Church. The youngest of 14 children, she was born on Oct. 15, 1958, in Kenton, to the late Donald and Marie Flickinger Goodwin. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Edgar, Don and Truman Goodwin, and mother-in-law, Barbara Nicol.
