Officers and the Multi-Agency Drug Enforcement Task Force are investigating the death of a 32-year-old woman on Buerger Street as of 4:16 p.m. Monday.
A resident of Black Road reported property damage at 5:30 a.m. Monday.
A business on West Fifth Street reported the theft of merchandise at 10:28 a.m. Monday.
A business on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard report a theft by an employee at 8:17 a.m. Monday.
A business on Square Drive reported property damage at 9:54 p.m. Monday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies investigated an attack on live stock by two dogs at a property in the 21000-block of Liberty West Road at 9:46 a.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated a burglary at a residence on Greenfield Drive at 12 p.m. Monday.
Deputies, along with units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, responded to U.S. 42 near Hickory Ridge Road at 12:20 p.m. Monday for an injury crash involving a 2016 Freightliner semi that was struck by another semi that left the scene.
A deputy investigated identity theft from a resident of Weaver Road at 12:24 p.m. Monday. The person’s identity was being used to open fraudulent credit card accounts.
A deputy investigated harassing phone calls and text messages that were received by a resident of Pelomar Lane at 12:58 p.m. Monday.
A deputy charged Randy M. Blackwell, 27, of Plain City with falsification, failure to stop after an accident and failure to control at 4:47 p.m. Monday after investigating a property damage crash that occurred Saturday.
A deputy assisted the Richwood Police Department with a domestic dispute at a business on North Franklin Street in Richwood at 5:20 p.m. Monday.
Deputies arrested Dennis L. Hamilton, 47, of Marysville, at a residence on North Cherry Street at 8:41 p.m. Monday for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
