The Bunsold Middle School girls cross-country team took spots 1, 3, 4, 12 and 15 to win its final home meet of the 2017 season on Tuesday.
The Lady Monarchs finished with 35 points and Hilliard Weaver tallied 37.
Northwest Catholic finished with 55.
The top six girls were separated by only nine seconds.
Abri Schmutz of Bunold was the top finisher in a time of 13:10.
The boys race was just as close with BMS taking the 2, 4, 5, 10 and 11 places to win with 32 points. Hilliard Weaver was second with 38 and Northwest Catholic tallied 65.
